I dropped off after hours so didn't interact with anyone at the Rossford location.
Jason ZThe movers that came did not bring any type of equipment like I was told they were going to have they treated on top of that? They treated my furniture, and all of my items disrespectfully. They drag it through the dirt. They drag it through The Rocks. The gravel they just tossed it in the box. I was left to believe that they couldn't put anything in there. And I was gonna have to leave stuff behind, or put it in a nether storage and come back for it. Later they didn't wrap anything up with the furniture pads, I ended up having to hire another set of movers to come in. And correct what they did. And not only did they wrap everything up and put everything in their butt, all the stuff that I thought I was gonna have to leave behind. They was able to fit in there, also, which means the movers. You sent, did not pack it correctly. So my experience was not a positive one. Not only that, but they rushed through the job because they had booked another job, leaving themselves only 2 hours to complete my job, technically less than 2 hours. Because they had to leave before noon so that they can get to their other job at noon. So they got 300 or however much money it cost me to not even complete the job. And I still had to spend another three hundred dollars to get it done, right.
arkkieta aTruck was not available when reserved. Had to wait till location opened and delayed the move. Truck was in pretty rough shape. Skirting broken and bent along with a lot of scratches all around. Driving the truck was freighting. A lot of shaking and steering issues it has.

Steve PApp. Performance can be sketchy at time. Loading errors, etc. I had to choose an inconvenient drop off location, only to discover a full service Uhaul facility very near to my destination. Changing drip off location was easy, but the phone number given for changes was no longer in service. Still an excellent overall rental.

JAMES SI'm had an issue decoupling. I believe it was due to the very tight tolerance of the hitch ball pocket and it's design. Grease will likely help next time. Another customer helped me decouple, which amounted to a substantial amount of rocking up and down until separation.
MATTHEW PThe system was slow when returning vehicle ! Instruction should have been explained when unit was picked up! I do not know there would not be an agent there when I returned. So I had to unhook the unit myself and it was quite heavy !

TONY CService was great, however, it was incredibly frustrating to pick up a vehicle with 3/8 of a tank of fuel that needed filled up before I could even get on the road.
Wesley PWe hope to speak to the manger today. Although gas gauge was on the low side of the F, it wasn’t full. We went 24 miles total, didn’t sit in traffic, 1/2 of trip was highway, didn’t leave the truck idling and when we filled up before returning it took 7.7 gallons, over $30. We obviously want to pay for the gas we used but not for the person before us who didn’t fill it up.

JERRY RThe reserved tow dolly did NOT have fully functional lights. No running lights. No right brake light. No right turn signal. Had to use a magnetic light kit on the towed vehicle in order to be safe and legal. Added cost to my rental and the store manager was argumentative and unwilling to ‘make it right’.

VICTOR SThe truck was cleanish. The cab floor had alot of dried dirt/mud and the box itself could have used a cleaning. The staff that we worked with at pick-up and return were excellent! Very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
LISA ROnly issue was the drivers side wiper blade was broken and not usable. Fortunately it did not rain during the time I rented the truck.
Jeffrey FI rented a trailer to transport a lawn tractor. The equipment was new, the staff was very friendly and organized. Very, very easy transaction. Will be renting from this location again.
william rThe window was dirty, we were told we could return the truck anytime before midnight and was never told anything about being charged an extra $20 if returned after 8 PM! Called to speak with a manager and the manager was very rude! Never told anything but to return the keys in the drop box, which we did! But was not told to check the truck out myself! Very poor customer service, will be letting my friends know not to rent from uhaul.

NATALIE RThe online site for checking the truck wouldn't allow me to take pictures, and wouldn't let me proceed WITHOUT taking pictures. Ended up having to go back into the store to get help and even they couldn't get it to work. They finally just made a note on the account. This was the only disappointing part of my experience.
TROY HWasher fluid was frozen and couldn’t use it for at least an hour after the engine compartment was heated up. Also there wasn’t an ice scraper so I had to sit and wait until it got warmed up before I could see out of windshield.
JAMES EIt was closed when I arriveed to drop off the Uhaul. I got a call from there when I was driving it back from Indiana & the lady on the phone was very nice as there was a miscommunication from when I picked up the Uhaul & when I was dropping it off. All was/is good
