Did online registration. Waste of time. Nothing was retained in the system except my basic account info. Had to input info again at the counter. Trailer had left side light not working. Sent out anyway without repair. Associate started to help another customer before finishing with my rental. Another associate saw me waiting and came to help. Return was very fast and easy.Michael D.

The truck I got leaked! And twice my reservation was changed & tried to be changed! I needed the truck longer than planned & was charged a rediculas amount of money that I didn't know about upfront! I've asked for the number to the corporate office & nobody either knows it or won't give it out! This last time I rented a truck will probably be my last time! I don't intend to rent from Uhaul again! And definitely won't suggest to friends! Have kept the truck overnight before & never had a problem! Now I get hit with a nasty charge! Employees half the time don't know if truck was returned!! Very unsatisfied!!!!Raymond M.

There was a long line to check in for the van on Saturday morning. More staff at busy times would be good. There was a confusion with final costs charged, but it was immediately corrected when I informed them. Well done!PETERR B.
The truck provided had wheels out of balance so keeping up on the highway past 65 was very shaky. Made the 1,900 mile trip a bit unpleasant. It also had a check engine light on for a loose gas cap / evaporative system failure.JASONM T.

The trailer we reserved wasn't available. We then had to get a truck, however it was smaller than what we originally were getting with the trailer which forced us to make multiple trips costing time. We also had to pay for gas and miles (however the employee did discount it for us). Then upon returning it the next day we get accused of not giving them the key and was being told to pay for a new one. A supervisor got on the phone and apologized and told us not to worry about it and they will keep looking for the key.Kyle H.

Moving is stressful to begin with. Staff was below par here. I show up to get my truck that was reserved and no truck because the person before me did not return it. And there was no plan b. Cost me more money with my current landlord because I couldn't get all my stuff out. Link to check in was errored and the CSR had me on hold more than 30 minutes and still never came back on the line with me. The woman who checked me in did not check the fuel gauge but said it was at 7/8 full. I checked when I first got in and noticed that wasn't accurate but didn't think much of it because I knew I wasn't going far (my trip was 18 miles total) and I assumed they would understand. I did not think it take pictures for â€œevidenceâ€ since the mileage would speak for itself. When I returned the staff refused and said it was explained to me that I should check the yellow gauge before hand. It actually wasn't explained to me, she just highlighted the areas on the paper and I never thought in a million years that I would have to prove myself or my point to someone who clearly didn't THEIR job of checking the gas gauge. I was charged nearly $40 in gas and only drove 18 miles total and had the vehicle for under 2 hours. I am highly disappointed and feel that this is some type of scam. They probably pocket the money on the side.ERINBEVERLY P.

I give an EXCELLANT RATING because of one associate and his name is CORY he cares SOOO much about the customers. BUT LAST NIGHT (9/27/2021) I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE MAN THAT ANSWERED AND I EXPLAINED I NEEDED MY UHAUL RECEIPT AND I KNOW MONDAYS ARE BUSY FOR UHAUL, AS I FOR OUR REAL ESTATE BROKERAGES WE OWN AND USE UHAUL AND REFERRRRR OUR CLIENTS TO UHAUL BUT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WAS SOOO RUDEEE, TALKING OVER ME,SAYING WE ARE BUSY AS I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN AND PLEASE BY ALL MEANS LOOK AT RECORDING AND LOOK AT MY ACCOUNT AND YOU WILL SEE WHO SENT ME THE EMAIL FROM UHAUL LAST NIGHT, AS I AM A EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FOR MANY YEARS HE WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED IT WAS SOOO BAD THAT AT THE END WHEN WHEN HE SARCASTICALLY ASK IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH I SIMPLY SAID, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FROM YOUUUUUHAROLDMICHAEL B.

Dropping the keys off after hours is a very complicated procedure. It takes too long to do , there is not a lot of light around and could be unsafe to be doing so.Catherine M.

The 10' truck was having an issue with the ignition. I was told about this but when it worked ok for me on the lot, I figured it was ok. The office employees that helped me are super nice and attentive so I have no issues there. Several times throughout the rental period, the key would not turn in the ignition causing many retries and waiting time during an already hectic day - should be fixed immediately and discount would be appreciated since the truck was not properly maintained and for my trouble and frustration.Kimberly M.
I had an issue with pick up, but it wasn't their fault at all. They did everything they could and got me a truck not too long after my original reservation. I did notice after I left that one of the tires was extremely low. Luckily I had a pump and was able to fill it up without someone having to come to my house.Allan K.

They lied about the gas I returned, UHaul charged an extra $75.00 for gas. The truck was return with the same amount of gas from the day i picked up. I have the receipt for the gas station where i put the gas. I called Uhaul customer service they were suppose to call within 48 hours. I have not heard from no one. Very bad service!!!!Suman R.

While the truck performed as intended and clean, the cab is definitely showing its age. I only performed a very small move the took about 3 hours, however, if the move involved a long-distance this truck would have been unacceptable. We were supposed to turn it into Skip's Auto service in Scotia, NY. The we arrived, the place was closed and a sign said they were on vacation. Fortunately, I had stayed at a hotel where the Hamburg Street store was and we went there. We went about 10 miles out of our way to go to both places. When I went to secure my storage space, he was showing me where the unit was and the door was wide open. When I asked about it he told me it was broken. I had already paid and now find myself looking for alternatives. The Manager and his Staff are EXCELLENT!!! However, Having to move a set of stairs on wheels is unacceptable in todays standards. News Flash: Upgrade your facility and give these wonderful employees a modern facility that they deserve and have earned!!!! This facility is extremely OUT DATED!!!!!!!!! Interaction with the facility went well up until the pandemic hit. Once it hit and we started to get behind, the customer service line would direct me to call the facility to set up payment arrangements. But each time I contacted the facility, I was told payment arrangements were not possible, even during a time when everyone was losing money and unable to fend for themselves.
