I used this location twice this month and both times I had issues. First time I dropped off truck an hour before it was due back then received a huge bill come to find out it was not checked in until 2 hours later I did receive my money back after going down to location. Then second time I returned the truck almost 2 hours before it was due back and U-Haul calls me next day asking when I am going to return truck adviced them it was returned on time yesterday. Upon bringing the truck back I told the lady of my issue first time she said she would check it in right away obviously not. I am not sure if I ever move again if I will use U-Haul again. I am not sure if this was done to get more money from customers or they just got busy .but checking in trucks on time are very important so customer do not get extra charges. .Laura B.

I had a good experience picking up the trailer but dropping it off was a different story. I was waiting to drop off the trailer for about 15 minutes and I was behind two Uhaul trucks who were also waiting. There wasn't anyone in the garage working. I went inside of the store and there was a long line of people waiting but no one at the counter. I went and found the male who was supposed to be working in the garage and let him know I was trying to drop off the trailer. He had requested that I be patient. He was "helping" a customer who was having some mechanical issues with his vehicle. By helping, he really was just spectating while the customers were trying to figure out what was wrong the vehicle. Because he was spectating, he wasn't helping any other customers and I had to do a self-return. Another customer helped me get the trailer off of my vehicle and backed into a parking spot and he said he would have to do the self-return option as well because none of the employees would help. I think some additional training needs to be done with employees to have them be as efficient as possible instead of making customers wait around.MARIAH J.

The rubber seal on the driver door wasn't secured was constantly falling off. I noticed when I picked up the truck and the attendant offered to swap trucks but I didn't have time. Very good experience otherwise!Peter T.

They (Male and a Female who hooked up the trailer)were very nice, they liked their jobs and were fun. i changed from Bed and Beds to this location because of trailer size but I am very glad I did. I rented a flat trailer- went home to get my hitch, came back and someone had â€œreturnedâ€ my trailer and rented it to someone right out from under me. Then this jerk employee said to charge me again for a new rental. Thankfully Ashton helped me and I didn't get double charged.ERIN S.

I'll be honest. I caught this location on a busy day (Friday of Labor Day weekend). My reservation was not ready at the time I was told it would be when I booked it. That said, the staff at my location worked their collective butts off to meet my needs, which I appreciate and respect, and after a (barely) acceptable amount of delay, I got the vehicle I had reserved and completed the business I needed the vehicle for. All in all, I'd do business with U-Haul again, but I'd make a point of booking my reservation earlier.STEVEN F.

The person who brought out my uhaul brought it around and just left it sitting there with the engine running and ran inside. Didnt tell me it was mine or anything. Didnt say a word to me. Just went inside. It started downpouring rain so i wasnt standing right there when he dropped it off because I was getting out of the rain. So I had to go back inside and confirm it was mine because that guy didnt say a word to me. Didnt even try. He wasnt friendly from the start either. Everyone else was friendly. I am not sure what you all changed with your reservation system but historically, when someone reserved equipment it was available. I was told two days prior to move that nothing was available however I could drive miles 160 miles round trip to pick up a trailer. I have heard this happening to others however they were told to drive 400 miles round trip to get their truck. When moving nobody has time to go pick up their equipment. We select a location for a reason. It feels like you are getting your customers to haul your equipment around. You should be making sure the equipment is at the location it was scheduled to be picked up from. Thankfully I called back one day before our scheduled move and a wonderful employee assisted me and located a trailer that I could pick up at my requested location. Customer beware; have a plan B as your equipment may not be available.Kathy S.
Last time we reserved a trailer, it was a terrible experience because they had given our trailer away, stating that the reservations mean nothing and it's first come first serve. But this time was excellent!! Our reserved trailer was ready, the online check-in worked great and the instructions on how to return the trailer were clear and simple. No notification of pickup location other than on Uhaul website, which was changed to a farther location. Beds and Beds representative was unhelpful and unprofessional. Second time Uhaul has made me drive to another location. Several staff at main location were out smoking cigarettes together rather than assisting the several customers that were waiting.Ryan F.

The young, blonde fellow that was helping me was not personable at all and when a problem arose ( not of my doing) he did not hesitate in using the f* word. Both he and another gentleman ( also young, dark dared- appeared to be a group leader or supervisor of some sort) seemed to be having nasal problems and were wiping their noses with their hands snd shirt sleeves... pretty disgusting on it's own but in light of the Covid crisis, REALLY disgusting. An older gentleman Mark, I believe, was extremely kind, funny and patient. He and one other young man, were the only ones, out of the many present at that site, that had any customer service at all! I guess I would recommend this site to a friend because they had a lot of trucks to rent and the are very central, but I would also warn them that their customer service stinks and to be sure not to touch anything there without using sanitizer.ROBIN S.

I had a ton of interactions with the staff at this location and only had two good experiences. The worst was when I had previously had a late payment. There was a UHaul lock on my storage unit, which I fully understand, but it wasn't taken off even weeks after I caught up the payment. An employee came up with me, told me he would go look for the key, and left me sitting there without returning for over a half hour. I left, and when I returned a couple of weeks after that, the lock was still there despite payments being all caught up. I was so relieved to get my things out of the storage unit and never deal with this location again.mikayla n. | Overall Experience
Completely unprofessional and wrong that someone pays for 30 days with no other option and moves out early, maybe due to a change in circumstance and they don't get reimbursed for any of the amount they were required to pay but didnt use. My initial phone conversations were very helpful but when I got confirmations on everyting the size of my unit was wrong. I called 2X and when I got there it was still not correct. Your employee on site (Tyler?) was excellant to work with.
