No elevator so I received first floor accomodations. Was great. Used it to separate and store items from a pallet liquidatior until I had sold each item. Only needed it for 30 days. Check out was easy using the Uhual App.

Kristina m | Overall ExperienceThe actual storage Unit I was assigned had stuff inside that I had to move out and part of it was a moldy cardboard box. The storage unit also had a wet floor and I suspect maybe ceiling was leaking because it rained on that day that I was moving in. I moved a bunch of clothes into that storage that I sell so hoping they don't get damaged by rain if the ceiling is truly leaking. Now the storage facility itself had a horrible bathroom smell because the bathroom door was just wide open and quite evidently unkept. It was hard to breath in there honestly. I hadn't already booked it I would've gone somewhere else just because of that smell.
