Sioux Falls was very efficient with my goods. Although things were not taken care of as stated but the man who helped us when we got there did make up for it. more issues are still pending

The price was high considering that it was an upstairs unit with no elevator. There was an issue with the lock panel that took a chunk of time and a heavy hammer to resolve. The staff were awesome!

States climate controlled, no way that it was in the range of 60-75 in the units. Nearly got heat stroke loading my stuff into my 2nd story unit. Way hotter than advertised. Staff was great tho!
