The two staff members that were there were very professional. My complaint is about this locations lack of staff. When I returned my rental it took nearly 45 minutes due to lack of staff. Please contact store manager and have her correct this staffing situation. Thank you,

I was charged for five gallons of gas. The needle was touching the three quarter mark when I got the truck but was told it was 7/8 I returned it touching the 3/4 mark. Let's fill them up then we wouldn't have this problem. A two wheel cart and moving blankets were in the truck when I did not request them. If I rent from U- haul again I will have pictures of the fuel gauge and be an asshole and demand extra stuff taken out of the truck.



Here again, I arrived, parked the truck and the gentleman was there by the truck in minutes. He was very friendly and I was only there for a short time.

We originally were shocked when we entered into a location full of irate customers. We were nervous after each customer ahead of escalated their frustrations. After the delay, we were delighted to be helped by a gentleman who was so genuine and helpful in instructing us on the use of our equipment. After leaving the location, we received contact from a representative of the location. The call was delivered by a woman who seemed very upset regarding a matter irrelevant to our rental and call. She was quite disrespectful, threatening, derogatory and very aggressive. I'm sure it was solely a Uhaul requirement to reach out to our family; which we understand and appreciate. But, the condescending attitude of the representative was quite unsettling, hurtful and sour. Days later, we returned our rented equipment and were impressed and delighted to be helped by a very positive woman. The woman who helped us check out and complete our return was so polite, very quick and helpful. Ofcourse, we received an email offering us ti comment on experience. We enjoyed our two positive experiences out of the three. We hope this comment only inspires more positivity, positive reinforcement and our appreciation to the two great experiences we had.

There was snow on the back of the trailer, however, we received a discount and greatly appreciated the kind gesture, especially since we are a non-profit organization.



Uhaul is overpriced and there is very little communication between emoloyees. Had to give my information to multiple people, repeating my self, over and over. They also say unlimited miles on the page, when you get a quote but when I dropped off my truck, they told me I went over my mileage and charged extra, to my charge.

Only went to the Sioux falls location because I booked a truck online in Bookings SD that was not actually available despite being available online. Customer service called to inform me of this fifteen minutes before the call center closed the day before I needed the vehicle. When I called back after my group reached a decision, ten minutes later as the representative told me was fine, they were closed and I was unable to change my reservation.

On a Saturday, there were only 2 workers. They were very helpful, but they needed more staff. There was a huge line and took almost an hour to get the trailer I had reserved for pick up at 10AM (Arrived at 9:30AM).

Due to some pending weather I had to change my truck rentals a few times. In all cases I was able switch it with no issues. We got done with the truck early and I was please that I only was charged for the time I had the truck out. Saved me at least $100 on my move. I will recommend U-haul.

Having employees be more polite, when I returned the equipment one of the straps was damaged and kept on going on and on about the strap been just replaced and was new. I mean that is the reason people get insurance
