I had to wait on drop-off, which was fine, but signage says to wait in truck, and i didnt even know if you knew i had come in... you should consider managing that part of the experience differently... but otherwise, everything was great...

While the help I did receive was very friendly and courteous, the location was seriously understaffed. They have 3 systems to use, but only one person was working and it took a half hour just to get through the line. Again, she did a great job (I believe Amanda was her name) and I believe the shortage that day was unexpected, but I feel there need to be contingencies to prevent staffing levels that low. By the afternoon when I returned the truck, the staffing and services were much better.

In the last month I have rented a car trailer, 20' truck, 26' truck, an enclosed 6' x 12' trailer and a storage unit. Service has always been excellent from everyone with minimal wait times when busy. Kyle has done a great job and always shown me a positive attitude in getting us what we needed. Thank you to everyone at the 923 W. 11th store for making our moving experience a positive one and a little less stressful one.

Door locked on arrival had to enter through drop off garage. Guy sitting at desk said some one else would help me. That guy came from dark room after a bit and smelled of pot. After renting truck later I got a phone call from last renter looking for keys. Not impressed that uhaul gave out my name and number to another customer. Upon returning truck instructions in garage say stay with vehicle. No one came so I wandered inside. Same pot guy sitting in dark room again. Brought my concerns about giving out number and nothing was done. Not even an apology. He even asked if I was sure. Definitely not a professional experience at all.

I specifically rented a 15 foot truck and when we picked it up all they had left was a 10 foot truck. I was extremely frustrated with that as we had to use extra vehicles and extra gas to finish the move. I feel we should have been offered a discount at time of pick up but that was not done. I only rented the 15 foot one as that was what was recommended to me for our move of a 2 bedroom apt. Any reimbursement at this time would be greatly appreciated as we will have another similar move in a year and would like to trust your services.

I was told I could pick up a trailer at 730a.m. on 9/10/17 when I got a call confirming my order. The pick up location was not open until 9a.m. so I had to make 2 trips across town to get the trailer. I brought this issue up with the owner and he did not seem to care at all about the miscommunication. I would like a call back regarding and resolving this issue

I droped off trailer 23 hours early.. was charged a full day.. item was not checked in on my arrival. But the next day at noon after i made 3 phone calls.. kid unhooked trailer and sent me on my way

I couldn't tell if the lady was high or drunk or just plan tired. During our conversation she just would fall asleep and wake back up and ask us what did you say. She also was very dirty and not appropriate Hygiene was taken and also walking around with no shoes. Not very respectful

When times and days are changed per uhaul make sure if customer doesn't answer phone calls at least customer service leaves a voicemail. I didn't find out my time was pushed back until the day I went to uhaul at the time I originally scheduled my truck. Customer service was oblivious to my needs and carelessly told me it was not their problem I had to come back later. Customer service 1-800 numbers were down for several hours on a Saturday. The whole experience was a nightmare. Truck was dirty. They did nothing to compensate me or the time I had to drive out of my way on my moving day to be turned away and told to come back 4 hours later to get my truck. So Frustrated!

I rented a unit 4 weeks prior to picking it up. When I went to pick it up they said it was not available. The previous renter had not returned the unit. I understand that things like this happen but U-Haul should have let me know before I walked into the building so I had a chance to make other arrangements. They did cut me a deal on a different unit , which I appreciated, but I could only haul half of the vehicles I had intended to haul. If not for the manager and staff working hard to find a solution my rating would have been poor. ......very poor.

Hire more help on a busy week end. Most of us waited for an hour or more. The three people were helpful at the desk, but they had to leave to help with trailers or trucks. They were exhausted at the time of day we picked up our trailer. (4pm) The trailer had tires with different ratings and required air. We had one tire that had only 22 psi of air in it. They required either 50 or 65. Evidently they were not checked before sending the trailer out. Luckily we discovered this before leaving town and took care of it ourselves.

When I made reservations for a different location, I was confirmed. So I was very disappointed later in the day when I found out I had to go to a different location.You shouldn't tell customers their desired location is available when it is not.
