My online reservation was an utter and complete nightmare. It sent me to a location that I would say looked like a crack house, but that would be an insult to crack houses. This location wasn’t even opened. I had hire two movers at $50 dollars an hour to help me. I had to pay them while I was on hold with customer service for at least 45 minutes. Please issue me a full refund for the truck that I finally received. Moving is stressful enough without this type of malarkey. I’m emotionally scared my this Dangus moving disaster. Next time I’ll use to Drys and a Truck. Good dray.

I was double charged for the Safe Move coverage and the rental fee! I was also overcharged for the mileage by 10 miles!! I’m very disappointed with my rental experience and do not appreciate the company attempting to rip me off. This is ridiculous that I know have to take extra time to get the issue resolved!

I arrived to pick up my truck at 11:00am as scheduled but took 45 minutes to actually get a truck. The assistant manager gave my truck that I had a reservation for to the guy a head of me in-line even though when he said there was just one 17 foot truck left I spoke up and said well that should be mine because I have a reservation so I ended up with a smaller truck,. When I returned the truck and I also returned some unused boxes along with my receipt for credit the girl had to do my credit in two different transactions and had ask me for my debit card three times even though she informed me they already had my credit card information on file and I only received one of my credits the other one is not showing up on my bank statement so I guess I’ll be back to see this dealership again tomorrow ... Greg Zomer Who checked my truck in was the only one that seem to have a clue on what was going on or what was coming in and what was going out he had to tell the girl what the sales codes were for the boxes because she couldn’t figure it out even though I had a receipt . He was the only bright part of my experience... pleasant young man.

We had a few issues: -the pick up and drop off were ridiculously slow. The staff was great but the computers were sloooowwww and they needed more staffing. -We were charged for the dolly and pads in the truck that we did not order or use. Overall we liked the storag unit and Amanda and Susan were wonderful and always available.

The guy who checked me in when returning the trailer was rude, made accusations that it was my fault the tires weren't uhaul tires they were road hazard tires. They were the tires the trailer came with and then wanyed to charge me extra money for returning the trailer an hour and a half after the time that nobody told me even existed. My experience was good until i brought it back and had to deal with th8s jerk

We had a terrible time getting checked in and checked out (this was after hours). When we arrived to get the keys and truck, we could not get checked in online. We were on hold for 30 minutes before a customer service rep answered and she was no help. If it wasn’t for the employee who was off the clock but in the parking lot with his family, we wouldn’t have gotten our uhaul. We were then a half an hour short of our time and were rushed. When we brought it back, we couldn’t check out and upload pictures etc so we had to call customer service again and waited another 30 minutes. The only good part of our experience was the truck worked well and got all of our stuff moved.

When I first called and made the appointment the person on the phone was professional, however when I went to verify the rental of the truck on Monday April 23 at the location for pick up we found that they have listed the name incorrectly and the pick up date incorrectly. So the staff then corrected these errors. On Friday when we went and picked up the U-Haul I had already pre-paid on Thursday for the 20 foot truck and Car trailer we left that day with the truck went home loaded it and had returned back to U-Haul on Saturday to pick up the car trailer. When we arrived to pick up the car trailer we were informed that they had given away the one that they pre-registered for Us so they had us Connect the truck to another trailer and they assisted with this connection The representative then went into the store to change the paperwork and found out we were unable to take the trailer that was hooked up so we then had to unhook from the first trailer and re-hook up to a second trailer which would make this our third trailer for this order. The associate stated that we looked like we knew what we were doing and went back into the store to complete the paperwork. We then had to flag down the associate to find out how to load our pick up onto the trailer. The associate then walked out and said we were doing everything correctly and went back inside while my daughter was trying to assist in loading the pick up she was in between the U-Haul and the trailer and when we were loading the pickup onto the trailer as the pickup went up the ramps The whole trailer came off of the hitch. The associate then ran out to help and assisted him to re-hook up the trailer to the U-Haul the associate went back into the store to Update our contract with the correct information my daughter then had to flag down another representative to make sure that my son-in-law had in fact had strap down the pick up to the trailer the correct way the new associate was very helpful and had said he had done everything correctly and thanked us for using U-Haul and sent us on our way. However after leaving the U-Haul store in Sioux Falls we had then realized that the hard copy of the contract had not been given to us so they emailed a copy of the contract to my email address.

Live up to the guarantee that the equipment will be there and in good working condition when the customer shows up. I had to drive to Madison, nearly 100 miles round trip out of my way, to get the auto transport that I needed.
