Everything was good except for the lighting by my unit, 2333. The light would not stay on for more than 2-4 minutes at most. I would have to walk out of interior of unit & walk down the hall to turn the light back on. Then it would go out 2-3 minutes later& have to walk the hall again! This became VERY IRRITATING if I were trying to work or organize my efforts! Checked a couple of times with staff to see if possible to keep light on longer. Solution I was told to move to unit that the light was on constantly. This is a problem of being able to work at unit the 2 1/2 years I used it. I am not a complainer, but a single woman & moving was not an option. The light is on sensors & I would have to walk the hall every 2/4 minutes to be able to see & work. Very irritating & affected feelings about U-Hall facility. I feel a patron should be told lights are not always available for work or organizing for periods of time in certain units. I am gone now so this complaint will have no affect, I am sure. Experience was satisfactory, but U-Haul will not be known as a favorite for me.R Dawn C. | Overall Experience

My experience with this uhaul location has always been a positive. I was completing a move and purchased a 20' rental for two days. Very reasonably priced. I purchased the insurance and an extra $5 for roadside assistance. Unfortunately I had an incident with the truck which required roadside. (Always think to purchase roadside). The roadside experience was pleasant as well. Got there at 1130pm and took care of it at no charge. Great service guys. Keep it up.JEFFREY STEVEN J.

While the truck I rented had no issues when I had it. Numerous â€˜dummy' lights were on while I was driving it. I didn't know if something was really wrong or that it was just a reminder to get service soon. Maybe make sure all the repair reminder lights are taken care of before renting out.Stacy M.

The last 2 times I've rented from U-Haul here in Vegas I've had to use one card to hold a truck and another to pay with because the stimulus card shows up as a pre paid card. I run a Business and have always followed every single one of Uhauls rules yet here we are heading into the weekend and my money is still tied up with the banks. I would have loved to treat my Daughter to anything she wants this weekend yet here we are with my money all tied up. How can I remain positive when I've been working my ass off all week yet my 5 year old Daughter can't have what she deserves? Fuck Biden and Harris!!! I may just take my money elsewhere.Dana W.

The drivers door was in disrepair and did it properly close. As I drove down the highway I could hear the wind whistling through the partially open door. When I brought it to the attention of the staff at the Uhaul location they said oh yea its been like that for awhile now. You just have to slam it really hard. Did not feel comfortable in the vehicle but it was already rented and I simply could not unload it and swap trucks. A little disappointed.Billy K.

The Manager Robert gave away the unit I reserved the day prior with employee Travin, forcing me to find a new unit somewhere else and pay more money. I've had a larger unit for 3 years and was downsizing to a smaller unit. He wouldn't even look at me or the papers on the counter that were from the previous day, for my unit. He also charged me for moving pads that i didn't use and that weren't even equipped on the truck I rented a few days prior. Other employees were present with both horrible experiences with Robert. My wife was shocked when Robert said "people buy units all the time, I don't know". When i closed my unit out Travin was working and all he could tell me was that Robert just sold the unit. We are long term customers in both trucks and units and have never seen anything like this, and to do it around your employees just shows them that this type of customer satisfaction is okay. Not only was this location clean and organized, your employees here are friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful. They let me return the truck there because the kid where I picked it up failed to give me a drop off address, and they waved the fee for not dropping it off at the right place. They couldn't help with everything though, and gave me the number for their boss. And I'll be calling it in the next few days to go over some of the things the other kid overcharged me for. Or he can feel free to give me a call at his convenience because I'm busy moving into a new house.Steven W.

You need to put on your website in BOLD that when you arrive you're required to give a name and number of A reference that is immediately available right then to be called and spoken to. That is very inconvenient as you may not always have someone right at that moment that's even available or by their phone to answer. That needs to be told to your customers ahead of time so they can prepare or don't make it mandatory that you have to have that reference available to be called. You should only have to list a name and number of someone. Especially as a repeat customer I shouldn't have to keep doing that if I haven't had any previous issues. First time customers I understand. Repeat customers that should not be a requirement and makes experience very unpleasant.Camille H.
The mobile check in experience was not good. There were things that could have been handled before I showed up. Hi This was the worst rental I ever had with U-Haul. 1. I booked a 15ft trailer around 10 days before departure for pickup in Oxnard, CA or Ventura,CA. 2. A 15ft trailer was confirmed at his time 3. 2 days before pickup I got the run around from U-Haul. Pick up in Ventura, Hours later pickl up in Westlake,. Next day pick it up 35 mls away in Simi Valley. 4. Pickup was originally booked and sheduled at 9.30 AM. Finally I got the truck by 1.15 PM !!!! 5. All of a sudden I was given also a 10ft trailer only ?!!! 6. Therefore: a. I could not pick up all my storage and had to extend the storage place. Costing me $ 95 for an additional month b. As the 10ft is only a 2 seater, I had to buy a ticket from LAX to Las Vegas for my greanddoughter . Another $ 65 c, Further my wife has a handicap, so she would have needed our granddoughter on this trip. d. To TOP THIS ALL you gave me an UNSAFE truck. Front right light was not working. Driving in the night from LAX to Las Vegas was therefore a unnecessary and dangerous risk. ( Pics of the malfunction light is available on request.) 7. The proper authorities will be informed by me accordingly My family and I was incovienent unnecessary costing us our health. Since the error is on the part of U-Haul I would like to have a full refund of the rental of the truck I paid on my credit card.JOERN D R.

The price was raised three times. Management pretended to make an adjustment and did nothing. I was living overseas and felt helpless, as if my hands were tied with all of my possessions at your mercy. They said they could not change the increase but would give me a credit, yet they did nothing. Only thing I wasn’t happy with was the prices going up consistently. Also, on more than one occasion, I was called and told my storage unit was found unlocked and open. I never really went to my storage unit so this was very disturbing, and i assumed my unit had been broken into. Upon having to leave work each time I was called with this info, I went to the unit only to find it was the unit next to mine that was left open. The storage unit was fine until it was time for me to move out a couple days before the next billing cycle I was moving this stuff by myself from Las Vegas to California I only had two days to clear out the unit and asked the lady at the front desk if I can use the Dumpster to clear the rest of the things out that I didnt need she told me that there was a fee and I said OK I’m fine with that then she said that it was full and she didn’t know when it was going to be emptied out I said do you have a date or time? She said I don’t know it could be tomorrow morning it could be in the afternoon I felt like she was being very rude and short with me However I needed a more helpful answer because I knew that it was only me removing the items and that I need to get them out in one day I was not able to do that because I was not getting any clear answers so I told her I didn’t want anything in there and removed the lock. I now live in California and ever since then you guys have been bothering me with Bills saying that Owe a balance when I don’t need or want any items in there to my knowledge moved out of the unit.
