The only issue is when i called in to reserve the trailer. the lady set me up for the wrong store. i didn't find out the change till i arrived at the store which didn't have the trailer. I was sent across town by them. it could have saved me some time is this was not the case. Thanks

The gentleman was friendly and helpful, but ALL the locations in Fairbanks are understaffed. It takes forever to get checked out when only one person works there.

Everything at the origination point was excellent. Wish I could say the same thing for the pickup location. Trailers at the pickup location were 95% out of service.

Everything was great. I’ve rented from U Haul 4-5 times this year, and have had nothing but positive experiences each time.

2nd horrible experience this year. 20 years renting at uhaul & am now dealing with incompetent staff. Due a refund of $44.74 which the local people apparently can't manage. Spent more time on the phone dealing with the inability of the locals to do their jobs than I did in the truck. The money is stuck as a pending debit charge instead of having been refunded to my account, as would have made sense. Train your staff!

The interior of the pickup truck smelled a bit like fish and there was a piece of salmon skin in the truck bed. It wasn't overwhelming though. Maybe an air freshener would help.

As reported in earlier comment, Steve was absolutely amazing and ensured I did not leave uhaul until satisfied. He deserves as much praise as possible for his dedication to the customers... As I was brought to tears, pleading that I know what I said, confirmed and informed in Anchorage...and recalled and re-enacted the entire situation, Steven made sure to calm my fears and handled the issue then and there. He was very very very persistent making sure I did not walk out of there without a comforted smile and sense of trust fulfillment. I was very happy how much he cared about my customer experience... Although currently upset over the charges, to actual give review if my experience at the location, I highly recommend this uhaul for all friends and family simply because of how well Steven treated me and how important he made me as a customer feel. I definitely felt as though my concerns and experience were the highest priority because of him, and was absolutely leaving a proud and satisfied customer that day.
