Your staff seemed listless and demoralized. The facility was chronically understaffed and the U-Haul phone system makes communication very inconvenient from a customer viewpoint. Given these shortcomings and the higher rental fees I am going back to a local vendor. Your physical plant is excellent, your corporate style of management doesn’t fit with the Fairbanks sensibility. I wasted a lot of time and expense dealing with trivial issues.

They promised to get it repaired and did not. I complained every year when it leaked. I had moldy ceiling tile fall into my unit and on my stuff. Part of my unit was not useable because of that. The new managers listened and seem better

Also, facility has sophisticated computer/24-hr personnel monitoring: every unit status continuously displayed/recorded for prompt response if necessary. Staff always helpful/friendly!
