The two men working there were extremely rude. We got there about 5 minutes before they closed and both men ran inside to shut off the open sign and try to close up shop: I walked in and the â€œmanagerâ€ rudely stated â€œwe are closed drop the key in the box, you can't expect me to come inspect the return in 2 minutes.â€ Again upon arrival they were both outside, someone with a little more respect and decent customer service would have said, â€œsorry guys we are getting ready to close, you can check it in yourself online or just drop the key and we will do it in the morningâ€ someone with great customer service would have taken the extra 5 minutes and done the check in. I called customer service to advise that we did indeed drop off before 7pm, and the rep apologized for our experience at the location. I was told he would submit feedback and have a manager reach out. The next morning I got a call and it was the â€œManagerâ€ the same man that was rude the night before he right away sedated â€œit was me that told you we were closed and I was not rudeâ€ I was explaining my said and again rudely he cut me off and said let me stop you there, I asked him to please let me talk and explain myself and he would not. He then stared my husband was rude and was cursing at the other store associate. My husband was not rude nor did he curse, he simply told him we already dropped they key and they can check it in, in the morning. Terrible customer service, even worse follow up call. I did tell him since he would not let me speak that I was going to go ahead and end the call. There is no point in staying on the call when the manager is in denial about he behavior and pointing the blame on the customer.maricella E.

This is one of the best uhaul locations I've been to. I did not catch her name, but the woman with the long hair in a pony tail that works there was my hero for the day. She helped me find the right equipment for a unique situation, and she was relentless in ensuring the timing of the rental worked for me. Her help and guidance made my haul a breeze. POOR customer service from start to finish.Sequoia tried, but still didn't get it. It took over 3 hours + 8 phone calls to have services ordered. My order + the credit card was in the name 'Brantley', yet they call me 'Hellendrung'. I was quoted 6 different prices YET NOT ONE PERSON would listen. THEY just ALWAYS talked over the issue at hand, ALWAYS blamed the computer system or ME (which by the way STILL has the wrong order and doesn't show the correct order) I received over 9 text messages yesterday with the wrong times stating the U-boxes were being picked up WHEN THEY WERE ALREADY PICKED UP!!!! I had to ASK for an apology, was not offered anything for all of the mistakes, my time and the lack of knowledge on anyone's part. This started off in a negative direction with several others before Sequoia was in play. I never visited the store location so I have not idea how to rate it. Once again, had to wait in a very long line to return my rentals. Once I got to the front counter after waiting at least 20 minutes, the gentleman was somewhat rude, pointed towards the parking lot and told me I need to be over there to return my units. I did so, the young man was very friendly out in the yard. A couple days later I get a call from U-Haul saying that a customer is waiting for the trailer that I was supposed to drop off, which I dropped off on Thursday, July 28. After dropping off the equipment, I never received an email confirmation or paperwork from this location saying that the transaction was complete. I didn't really appreciate the phone call saying that they're still waiting for me to return an item that I already returned. You folks Gotta get that fixed.George A.
None of the garage doors worked. Customer serv help was lessened due to lack of available employees. Another lock was placed on my unit w/o knowing, it took an hour to get door working, get keys to lock, wasted rental tine & u charged an extra day, SMH! The owner informed me that he would not honor a free month of storage for having rented a 20' truck. I spoke to customer service the day prior and was told there was a reserved unit for me and that the offer was still on the table; I even received an email stating such. I was forced to pay for a 5x5 because I desperately needed the storage since I had not expected to be turned away initially. Seems silly to offer a free month of storage for applicable/eligible truck renters, then change up at the drop-off location when they are expecting to use it without additional costs.jermey L.

The location was good, but I will never recommend Uhaul again. I reserved a 26' truck and 3 days before I was supposed to pick it up I was told only 15' trucks were available. I had to scramble and no one else had a truck. I finally got a 20' truck and it was too small for my stuff. I was then given a 26' truck the next day and had to move all my stuff from the 20' to the 26' and it was an awful experience.SPENCER W.

I rented a truck and a car transport for moving from San Jose, CA to Phoenix, AZ. I've never used a car trailer before. I selected this location as my drop location for both the car transport and the truck; however, when I arrived in Phoenix, my drop off location was changed to a different location and I was not notified. I tried to get help at both the new location and at this South Mountain location with unloading my car and returning the car transport but both locations were unwilling to help me and both locations told me they didn't know how to change my drop off location. They instructed me to call the customer service number and get help from them. I was eventually redirected to a different Uhaul location 30 minutes away where they helped me unload my vehicle and return my equipment.Adam G.
When I put my reservation in, I spoke with Traffic in Tampa Florida and they said I couldn't have it shipped and stored too Casa Grande Az because there wasn't storage there. My household goods went to Phoenix. When I called to have them scheduled for delivery, the gal said she couldn't locate me 3 U-Boxes. Finally she was able to after I provided her with the box numbers and then she said it would be an additional charge for the boxes and insurance. I explained that I paid for the box rentals upfront and that was incorrect. I was charged an additional amount for delivery from Phoenix to Casa Grande which I asked about in the beginning and was told the amount quoted to me was for delivery from Tampa to Casa Grande but that wasn't the case. When my boxes were delivered, I was given a time for 10:15 am to 12:15. I got a call from U-haul at 9:30 the they were at the storage until to deliver the boxes and I had just order breakfast at a restaurant and had to let the food go and go to the storage until. Once I got there, the gal who was helping with the delivery said they had to pick up 3 boxes and then deliver mine at the same location. It was a nightmare from beginning to end. The gals on both end doing the delivery of the boxes were amazing but the people coordinating and giving pricing and correct information were well below what I would have expected for a company of this size. I was give misinformation from several different people I spoke to. Very disappointed. I hate to say that because have used U-Haul several times but this was not a good experience at all.TAMARA E.

I was told by an employee I could only access my unit during business hours 7-7:30pm and that had always been the case. I then informed the rep that hadn’t been my previous experience storing with other UHaul locations. My account was also reported as past due when my due date hadn’t yet passed. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone as they seem to make up their own rules and not a reflection of my overall UHaul experience. My only suggestion is to improve the access to units which always set off the alarm. Entering my code never seemed to work. Buen Servicio , mejorar aseo, mantenimiento y vigilancia : :) Nuestra experiencia fue buena, en el sentido de que pudimos mantener nuestras cosas guardadas, en buen estados, durante el tiempo de transicion pudimos seleccionar que llevar,donar o botar...fue agotador pues no contabamos con mucha ayuda de familiares. Simembargo habia personas muy solidarias gracias a Dios! Por solucionar ..improvec..:( Solo observamos ciertas circunstancias...algunos sitios y carritos sucios, especialmente descuidafos los baños, la gente no cuidaba de este servicio...y al no haber papel higienico disponible, lo atascaron con las toallas...y el otro baño familiar era horrendo y apestaba ...(stinky and dirty)...creo un poco mas cuidado para el aseo y mantenimiento del lugar ...ademas de vigilancia..una noche, tirando unos cartones salto un hombre de dentro del basurero ( a homeless) ..esoces peligroso ! (Dangerous) yo grite y corri..nadie se inmuto...:( Pero en general aunque no fue perfecto,cumplio su funcion , y edtsmos muy agradecidos por ayudarnos en esta dificil situacion durante epoca de Pandemia y perdida de un ser querido.!! This is the first time I’ve ever had a negative experience with UHaul. For starters, this location which is normally well staffed only had one rep at the counter. While the rep was very helpful it was obvious he was overwhelmed. To make matters worst I was later told the facility closed at 7:30 pm and customers could not access the location. Something I had never experienced at any other UHaul storage facilities and very unacceptable. When i expressed my concerns I was told people were caught sleeping on site. If true, you hire security not limit access. I was very disappointed in my experience and would not recommend this location to anyone.Ayesha B. | First Impressions
