Just hope that next time the fuel wouldn't be empty, because I was told it had 1/4 tank of gas but it was empty, and yes, I took a picture, but didn't submit because it was returned after hours and i didn't know how to present it, but i did tell one of the representatives when I first got the truck, I just had a time frame.ZOE M.

The Truck Return App Dose not work Correctly I always have to call the 1800 number to complete my truck Return. And I have Been Over Charged twice in the last 2 months. I was refunded the Money but it's very Irritating to have to keep call the 1800 or the 1877 number to have someone Make Correction. Make it easier to return the trucks I did my drop off and left my phone at home when I brought the truck back , glad the same person was there that I got the truck with when I brought it back I told him my situation and he said just put the key in the box he remembered me, but still needs an easier way to return trucks not doing it by phone I think.RALPH R.

The storage units are small and I had to switch my items from one uhaul to the next just to put them in storage because the truck I had does not fit which was a huge inconvenience also the elevators were out and after placing my things in storage they were Mice and roaches crawling a couple units down this was the worse experience I have ever had. They were also trying to charge me $120 for reasons unknown which took an extra 20 min For the amount of money charged for these incredibly small units these issues need to be addressedShanika L.

You can start by having more than 1 employee working. One man was busting his butt to service 15 people at 9 am. No one showed up to help for the hour I stood in line(9 people ahead of me). Absolutely appalling.MARGARET Z.

It took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to pick up my U-Haul truck. All customers waited in line over an hour. The associates did a horrible job of managing the line and communicating. We did not know what was going on. The staff seemed lazy and inefficient at their jobs. This location had two employees taking on customer, while a third employee watched and did absolutely nothing. No urgency amongst the employees. They didn't care that we waited in line for over an hour. I believe that the entire team needs to be retrained on customer service and how to make this location run more efficiently. Lastly, I came to this location a week prior to pick up moving boxing. The line was long then (40 minute wait). Please retrain the store associates ASAP.Bryant R.

Apon checking out. I was there at least 3 minutes after the truck I rented had been cleared. It took 3 U-Haul workers to verify if I had paid a cash deposit or not. One worker went head to head with me saying I didn't pay cash when I know I clearly did. The receipt I was given doesn't state whether I paid cash or not. That's what you can do differently.
