The truck drove terribly and it was given to me with below the gas amount I paid for.

The van was completely covered in ice and snow. There was no offer to help clear it or to allow me to take the only van left that wasnâ€™t covered in snow.
The vehicle 20 foot truck I rented made different sound like something as wrong with transmission
We rented storage space. We were shown the size of the storage we rented, but when we moved our things in, the storage we were given was not the same size of what we were shown. We took a picture of what we were shown. We asked to see that storage, but the person could not find that particular storage to show us. We were at UHaul long before the turn in time and the truck was empty before the turn in time. I asked if we had to stand in line to complete the transactions for the truck because we were still moving things in the storage unit. I was told no, that we were good. They knew we were there. We were still charged extra money because the truck was checked in 20 minutes after the turn in time. Itâ€™s really sad how black operated places cheat you when you try to support them. Just sad.
Truck was not cleaned charged additional for wrapping quilts for furniture was not explained this charge.

The truck was not clean and it looked like someone ate inside it and left sticky stuff on the dash and wheel. I also was charged $20 extra for an over night check in fee although I was not told in the store to checkin online when I dropped off the keys. I was only told to put the keys in the drop box. I have rented a uhaul before in the past and never experienced this extra fee. My phone died during the day but I dropped the truck off before the drop off time and I also called the 1800 number before the drop off time and spoke with someone who said that the account would be notated of the time I returned it and that I was not told in the store. I was already home when I charge my phone and saw the text message requesting that I check in online. This is unacceptable I honestly was to busy to call the manager and ask about a refund but I plan to report this incident to the better business bureau. Customers should only be charged additional fees if they damage a vehicle or bring it back late it is not the fault of the customer that you donâ€™t have gps on your vehicles.
Please explain to customers clearly. Because miscommunication can really be life and deaf with driving these trucks
Make sure before your give out a truck make sure the gas is put in from the ole renter

Customer service was nonexistent. The staff had no regard for anyoneâ€™s time and moved at an anemic place. Staff seemed unprepared and borderline unprofessional. I had a tight schedule today and this location worked against it. Normally service is exceptional but I will never go back to this uhaul location.

I made my reservation over the phone with your call center. I gave the agent all my information and credit card information in advance so that I could skip this process at the U-Haul location. I became exasperated with the agent at the 71st Street U-Haul location when he asked me the same identical questions as the call center agent. I was under impression I could present my license and credit card and drive on out. I was subjected to a complete repetition of the same identical questions; why is this?I was under the assumption I could skip these steps by booking over the phone. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time (booking over the phone) And I agent was moving in slow motion, I was concerned about being caught in rush hour traffic. What's the purpose of making a reservation over the phone, if i have to go through the same process at the pick-up location?
The two women that helped me yesterday were phenomenal. They were very patient and helpful. I had been online for over a hour trying to do mobile check in and non of the online people were helpful one called me and I followed her wrong direction and still no success. I will never try mobile check in again it has to many glitches. So I went inside for help these two women had me out of there in 15 min.
Everything was great
The owner was there the day I came to rent. He was very nice and helpful. I appreciated the timeliness of my uhaul pick up as well. Even when I wasnâ€™t able to return it at the original time requested there wasnâ€™t a problem about bringing the uhaul later! Thank you so much.
Walk with customers for inspections
I was very upset with the online service and when I went into the location to pick up the truck , I still had to wait and do all my information all over again , then to top it off when I went to the truck and did my checking of the truck everything was good , until I got ready to leave and looked the gas hand and then looked at my paperwork , paperwork says 1/2 tank but the gas hand said 1/8 almost empty , So I had to go back in to let them know and took pictures to show them and the guy said he would take care of it but when i returned i had to stand there for 45mins for then to figure out how to fix the problem because the computer wouldn't let them fix it and they wanted to charge me for it and I showed them the picture also and no one knew what to do to fix the problem very unhappy and i didnt get any discount for my inconvenience .
