I chose mobile check in, but it didn't work so I had to go inside for assistance and had to restart the process. They were unprepared for my arrival even though I had scheduled it for a week in advance. The furniture pads I ordered weren't in the truck and I had to carry them myself. The truck was parked in the middle of multiple trucks and I had to wait for them to move trucks out of the way and then had to back out without assistance.

Michalina L.I got my trailer the guys were nice and polite we hooked up the trailer checked the turn signal and brakes they worked was missing one clearance light on the rear but I left the next morning after getting the trailer and the only lights that worked were the brake and turn signal lights no clearance lights or running lights on the rear It was dark when I left do I had to wait till day light and my local fuel station for a couple hours made me late for my trip and they had to charge me an extra day because I didn't get it back in time

daryl S.I asked for a dolly and they didn't have one but offered a appliance dolly instead which I agreed to but when I got to the loading place there was no dolly on the truck. I had to buy 2 straps from the movers to tie my things in the truck because the wood on the side was broke and couldn't use it. I really believe I should get some kind of refund for the extra trouble, maybe small to you but just another stress for me.

Anthony F.I arrived to store items at 6:15 pm after being told this would be fine. The gentleman told me to come back tomorrow, after speaking to his manager. I explained that was not acceptable as I lived 1.5 hours away. It took me 30 minutes to finally get a box to unload my items. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Hopefully, I won't need to use this uhaul location again. Lack of help, lack of support, and lack of willingness to help.

I called and spoke with the customer service at the store. He said would refund us 15 dollars back but still hasn't done this yet I'm not happy how they treated us. We even spent 15 dollars cleaning the truck out and spraying it off. I would like someone to call me about this 681-3618363

Kylee R.The roof of the box on the rental leaked allowing rain inside, getting our mattresses and other possessions wet. The staff wasn't helpful when I told them about this issue and still charged me full price for the rental even though I had purchased insurance for the rental. Also, the store does not have a barcode outside to scan for mobile pick up so every transaction has to be done at the counter.

Eric R.My rental agreement stated that I had to return the truck before 7:00 PM on the 28th. The truck was returned prior to 7:00 PM, but they failed to check it in until a half hour after I turned it in, therefore charging me for another day. I am quite upset with this tactic and may contact my bank to dispute the charge. This was one of the lowest forms of taking someone's money that I have ever experienced. Thank god I have finished my move, but I can assure you that after spending well over $2,500.00 renting equipment and moving supplies from U-Haul, I will look elsewhere for any future moving/rental/packing needs.

HENRY L.On line check in failed and two attempts to contact by phone resulted in being placed on hold for more than 10 minutes each time. Other than the massive failure to communicate, the rental was satisfactory and our mission was ultimately accomplished.

Wendy C. | First ImpressionsI called to secure 3 storage units days before our travel date of Saturday, November 6, 2021. Spoke on Monday, November 1,2021. to Jacqui to secure 3 units. She was pleasant; however, little knowledge of how to rent units with someone in the back ground giving her direction. Received an e mail confirmation for only one unit, called again spoke to Kyle with my concern of only on confirmation on 3 units. Kyle assured me that I was “all set” for our arrival on Nov 7th. Arrived Saturday, presented my reservation number and the worker saidthat we did not have a reservation. The attendant seemed very distracted, no concentration and “out to lunch”. The second attendant wasn’t much better. Very disconnected and not helpful. Inside restroom just nasty. Asked if they wanted to inspect our return truck and mileage. The response was “no we don’t worry about that”. Storage units poor, trouble closing and getting lock on door. Uhaul truck blocking access to unit 145 .. attendants no idea how to more the company owned truck. This is very disappointing, not a good impression of folks moving into the state. Not a good representation of Uhaul very sad and management should step up and make some major changes.

Staff seemed uninterested in helping other than to tell us to make an insurance claim. Customer service was disappointing. Even if we are able to recoup and rebuy, there are things in the unit that are irreplaceable (pictures, baby book, etc.). Even a tiny bit of empathy would have gone a long way.

Everything could be done from my phone, and it was really convenient that I could access my unit and return my truck event though it was past store hours. I called an employee a couple minutes past close to ask some questions and he picked up and stayed on the line with me for probably 20 minutes just trying to help me out. Great overall. Would absolutely recommend to friends.
