Getting checked out was painful due to the computer system not allowing the transaction to be completed quickly. It took 15-20 minutes to complete a 2 minute process.

Make windshield wiper inspection mandatory prior to renting the truck. The windshield wipers on my truck were so bad they came apart and would actually have damaged the windshield had I needed them. Luckily I had no rain on my trip. But if you have a customer you know is driving 600+ miles a basic inspection would made for a better rental experience.

I came for my scheduled appointment that I made online. They acted like I was ridiculous for saying I had said appointment at that time. When I showed the email and confirmation, they retracted. Then discovered the software had put me somewhere else on their calendar. They didn't apologize and blamed it on the system. It wasn't their error but their poor customer service skills need work. They had me come back later in the day for the install. They were helpful to get me in that day. When I asked if they could do any small small discount for all the back and forth and traveling I had to do, they just said I would have to contact U-haul directly. Which I did. I was routed to several voicemails and received no call back.

Have a back up plan for customers checking out their rentals when the computer systems go down so that they don't have to stand around for an hour

Train your personal correctly,I’ve rented trucks before and I’ve keep them for overnight and yesterday the personal who did the process for me wanted me to return the truck at six when I clearly said I was returning it today.He even. Called me at six to take the truck back and when he did the process he asked if I wanted insurance and I said no and he still add it to my payment.Ive rented trucks from this location before nothing like this had happen till today not very professional.

The gentleman that rented the trailer to me was excellent. Great customer service. There was a plug problem on my truck and the other gentleman working service figured it out and got all the lights working. Thanks for making my daughters move go smoothly.

Haha fix yalls computer they are very slow. The customer service is awesome, but the computers are very slow. Overall I would recommend uhual to family and friends for sure.

I paid for storage on the 2nd for a full month and moved out 3 days later. I thought it would be appropriate for me to get some of my storage fee back, since I have never been late for 2 years.

This is a nice facility and upgraded the surveillance system since my unit was vandalized - which is very good. The staff is nice, but the UHaul res system needs major upgrading. Expect a wait.

Because I was robbed along with 4 other units. I was made to move or pay rental right after even though this traumatic situation was occurring. I did not feel any peace or security or end results?

The staff made our move difficult by creating unnecessary delays in access to our units. They made statements to us ('Freddie' & 'Robert' in particular) in an attempt to assault our state of mind.

Freddie, the branch manager, was fantastic! A truck not being returned on time delayed my own move, but Freddy & the whole staff did their best to fix it, ultimately providing storage & compassion. 👍

Issues with speaking to the corporate call center and the info that was relayed and carried out vs. in the actual store. Seems like a big problem they should fix soon. The store helped us out though

For those that have to climb stairs it would be nice to have a ramp. It's hard to load and off load and load again. Especially if your not s young person.

I traveled between three States sometimes more frequently and would miss or would fail to make my payments on time(s) but when I would come back the staff would be most helpful in more ways than one.
