Their location is really busy and he really is great at treating each customer with respect and providing them with all the information they need to finish their rental and/or their storage unit. Tony went out of his way to help us access our storage after the store closed on Sunday, May 24th and the doors malfunctioned so we had trouble getting to our newly rented storage unit. He knew we were from out of town and on a time line to leave that same day - he stayed late to help us access our unit - we would have been in quite a jam if he had not - Great Customer Service!!.

I was charged a late fee even though I started the move out process 2 weeks prior to the renewal date. I told Amber at this location that I would not be using Uhaul again. Amber was nice. Good thing I did not have a card saved on file, or I would have been charged over $100 for something I took care of 2 weeks in advance.

I asked an employee if there was a chance I could get a downstairs unit. I am unsure of his name but he was SUPER helpful. He got another employee to help (John I believe) and they got me a better unit downstairs. I know this was a lot of work and on christmas eve. They have no idea how thankful I am for them for making a part of my move so easy! Thank you so much!
