How U-Haul Reviews WorkSuper convenient location, for me, anyway. I’m not sure why there are 2 check in stations in order to access the indoor storage units, but at least I knew my belongings were secure. For the most part, the staff is friendly and helpful, but I was misled by 2 people there regarding the move out policies and whether or not they would prorate if I got my stuff moved out some time before the next payment would be due. They don’t, apparently. I was told by 2 people (Angelique, and I don’t know the other’s name because they don’t wear a name tag and don’t introduce themselves) that [for example] if I moved out a week-ish after I paid my bill that the month would be prorated and be refunded the leftover funds that would have covered the rest of that month. I followed all the move out instructions and no, they didn’t prorate. I had asked about this a few times during the 4-5mo I had my stuff there; a couple of the guys there said I should talk to the manager, but she happened to not ever be there or not be available any of the times I asked for her. Misunderstanding on my part I guess since more than one person told me about prorating. Other than that, if the pricing was a little lower I would have/could have kept my stuff there for a looooong time.

Their location is really busy and he really is great at treating each customer with respect and providing them with all the information they need to finish their rental and/or their storage unit. Tony went out of his way to help us access our storage after the store closed on Sunday, May 24th and the doors malfunctioned so we had trouble getting to our newly rented storage unit. He knew we were from out of town and on a time line to leave that same day - he stayed late to help us access our unit - we would have been in quite a jam if he had not - Great Customer Service!!.
