Keep doing what you're doing! Pickup went very smoothly and we ended up also renting a 5x8 trailer after we realized we needed more capacity and that rental was just a quick as the truck pickup the day before.

The service was slow. And I don't mean I waited in line for a long time due to covid. I called this location they never picked up the phone. The nice woman that did pick up from your roll over system was trying to help. But the phone has already been on hold for so long that I drove to the location and could of had them speak to each other about why I had to wait so long. Listen to the recording. Go back to the date range of my pick up and only listen to calls for that location and you will find this conversation.

The pick up took 45 minutes +...and not because you were busy. your folks were just living in their own little world.. However the return was much better, I was very impressed with the lady who helped me with my return.

When using my phone to check my truck in after hours, your app could not determine my location. There was no where to enter my location manually. My location was enabled on my phone for your app, safari, privacy, everything. I had been told there would be a fee if I didn't check it in using my phone. I was told it would only take 4-5 minutes. I was up there trying to do it for 25-30 min and was unable to do anything except read over and over “ We're sorry we cannot determine your location. Turn location services on your phone and try again”. It was after hours and the place was closed. Look! I dropped it off at the same location I picked it up from. I think I would know I was returning it to the right location.

What is the point of online check in and paying if when you get to the location they redo everything that was done online. They also changed the drop off location to another destination that was over 20 minutes away. I had ordered and paid for a queen size bed bag online. They didn't have it ready to be picked up and none were on display. They had to go to the back to find them. The trailer wasn't moved to the front and had to be located. Blankets weren't ready and in the trailer either. What a mess.

Ignition key would sometimes work and sometimes not. The gas tank spewed (gushed) gas all over me when I unscrewed the cap to refill it. I should have received a discount or some type of refund. The man at the counter just blew me off when I was soaked in gasoline and telling him what happen. He said that sometimes happen. The lady in the morning was nice and the man in the afternoon was a jerk.

The web sites indicate different hours of operation than what the locations are working. Take down locations that are no longer servicing locations. Had trouble locating a location that was open later than 5 pm.

When I arrived to pick-up cargo-van only one person working counter with four (4) customers WAITING. Nice clean van but ended up being way too expensive. Original estimated quote about $425.00 ended up being over $650.00. I can not afford to do that again. I WILL BEING DOING THE SAME TRIP within the 2-3 weeks and will NOT be using U-Haul at that rate of charges.

This rental was an extremely difficult and frustrating experience, but that does not appear to be the fault of this facility or their staff. The phones and systems were undergoing serious malfunction and inconveniencing many customers. The staff stated confidently that this was a national Uhaul issue. If so, this system must be repaired as it has left an extremely poor impression of Uhaul. The local staff was very friendly and worked hard to accommodate everyone the best they could.
