Rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer, trailer was lime new condition, wood rub rails on wall and metal tie downs on floor to help secure your stiff in the trailer. Tires were in good shape. Location had trailer ready to go when I arrived, turning it in was super easy and quick also.

I was charged $7 plus tax for using the dolly in the truck. There was no plastic lock on the dolly therefore I thought it was free to use. If this location cannot properly prep a truck for rental and then charge a customer for their mistake, I cannot recommend this location to friends/family. Nor will I use this location again. I only use the dolly to move a dorm refrigerator approximately 50 feet. I could have carried it if I knew that it would cost me to use the dolly.

Very friendly and competent staff at this location. Very good experience. The best part was that everything was exactly as the staff member said it would be. Every aspect was well explained and the cost was exactly as they predicted.

The pick up was very frustrating as we had to go to multiple locations for our truck and tow dolly, even though we set a single pick up location on our reservation. Additionally, this was not even the pickup location we originally set on our reservation and we werent notified of a location change until the day before our pickup. This was not a welcome message to receive. Once we went to the new location for pickup (tontitown, AR), we were then told that the tow dolly would have to be picked up separately. It was a major headache and we ended up having to drive the truck across town multiple times to get everything we reserved. Very frustrating.

It seemed understaffed, especially for a Saturday afternoon. I don’t appreciate not having a direct phone number for the specific store. I did not receive the furniture dolly and pads I ordered (and paid for, although I did call the number provided and alert someone), but since I was assigned a location in the next town from where I was moving and did not have the direct store number, this was more of a hassle than it needed to be.

Stop overbooking. Stop making Customers who reserve it for 2 days strong arm them into rearranging our moving time and our helpers. The guy on the phone (because U-Haul) overbooked said you either bring it back a day early or you don't get it. I had to pay extra rearranging 5 people's lives.

The truck and tires seemed new but someone had hauled cats I think in the cab and pee was in the floorboard it smelled pretty bad

Customer service was OK on the front end.. The call in for my reservation went smooth and the girl behind the counter seemed to be doing her best to get me going and she did a good job of that. On the back end of receiving the Equipment itself during hookup there were some issues. Equipment upkeep was shotty. As a responsible person with everyone's safety in mind when towing I spent a few minutes on the lot myself after being told I was good to go making sure I was actually safe to drive down the road which I was not to begin with. Straps were not properly secure to tow dolly hanging off the side and vehicle in tow safety chains not secure, laying on the ground, and not properly mounted to the dolly. Both of the fenders had damage and I had to run in the building to make sure a note was made on my agreement of the damage before I left. I know when I worked for Uhaul from 2005 - 2011 as an MRU we had check lists for all equipment to ensure safety. I would advise your staff to spend a little more time making sure proper safety certifications are executed before renting out equipment to the general population. - Joe Foster
