The staff here need a kido. The lady was out as soon as we pulled in. was very friendly and helpful really above and beyond service. (we were there on Wednesday Aug 9)

The start mileage on the truck I rented was incorrect on the contract. I notified the attendant before leaving the lot. She came out to the truck and wrote down the correct mileage and said she would change it but she did not and I was overcharged when I returned it.

I dropped the trailer off after having it for 3 hours, and called the next day to make sure it gets checked in. The lady (Elizabeth) who answered the phone said, yes we have it and I will make a note. 2 days later I got a bill for 2 days of use, I called to see what the problem was and the person who answered the phone (Leslie) said she can not refound the amount and it has to go through the General manager even though they are the ones who have made the mistake and she sees that I have called the next day and there is a note about me having dropped off the trailer. I live in Fayetteville and the only reason I would drive all the way up to Springdale to pick up a trailer was the customer service, which has changed for the worst.

Try giving the correct equipment wjen they come to pick it up also if you do screw up compensate your customer for their time and trouble thats good business also your the gm there was some what rude and no one seemed to know what they where doing

The manager treated my father and me like we were stupid even though we were asking questions about what was available for rent. They didn't even bother to search around other U-Haul stores around town to see if anyone had what we needed. I actually had to search myself and found someone at the new Rogers, AR U-Haul location that had what I needed. She lied to my father and me about "No one would have anything opened this weekend" and didn't even try or take the time to search. I did not feel this place met the U-Haul customer service standard. I definitely will NOT be doing business with the Springdale location ever again... I will go to the nice folks at Rogers if i need assistance.

A little expensive but worth it. I goofed though because When I backed the truck up to load I realized there was no ramp. Rather hard getting the 7 foot buffet and china cabinet up and in. Solid Cherry Mahogany wood quite heavy. Thanks again for being there when I needed your service.

The truck needs a aligment or supension check. I couldnt run more the 40 mph due to tires or suspension problems. Its ti danger drive that truck and 2 times I almost flipover with that truck. Tooooooo bad.

They waited 2 days before reservation, which I made weeks in adcance, to tell me they didn't have my truck. They said they only had a 20' for the time so when I called to schedule a pickup the guy said they didn't have it and said he would transfer me to a scheduling manger. Proceeds to just hang up the phone instead. Fuck that guy. Called back some lady then answers and as i was explaining the situation to her she just transfers me to customer service. Fuck her too. The lady at customer service checks to see if they had a 20' truck for my pick up time, which they did. And she got it fixed for me. 0 out of 10 would never rent from u-haul again and you better expect I'm feeling everyone not to rent from there again.

This is the only time in my history of U-Haul renting that I've had a problem. I called the U-Haul place in Springdale ahead of time to see if they had a 10 foot truck for one way. They said yes. I can in to get the truck and the lady said they only had a 27 footer for one way. The thing was when I walked outside there were what it looked to be about 40 to 50 trucks outside and there were multiple 10 foot trucks. I had expected for her to maybe just charge me the same fee as the 10 footer since they said it was there although I didn't pay a holders fee. Then when I got the truck it was horrible. It didn't drive well it sounded horrible and the air didn't even work. So I sweated the whole way there. I want a refun or some type of retribution.

I was told by people at this store to call their phone number if I had a problem-I had a blown-out tire on I 40-my call to them did not result in help, subsequent calls to their number routed to various call centers across the USA. roadside assistance obtained online helped some, but it was still over 2 and 1/2 hours in over 90 degree heat before we were on the road again.

I returned the unit on a Sunday morning and there wee a number of customers and not much counter help. Waited over 30 minutes before being able to just return the unit.
