They were slow and it took forever to get the truck and then the guy smashed it into another one in parking lot bring it out to us and he was rude and disrespectful.

Your phone in reservation system leaves a lot of room for improvement. We tried calling several times and each time we had no clue who we were talking to (a reservation line or the actual store location). It was very confusing and led us to feel more secure just going in to the location to book the rental rather than doing it online. We did not feel your online booking was a confident solution. Too many confusing moments. Overall though, our rental situation was good.

Was lied to about fuel. Was ripped off with fuel and truck had no a/c. Scheduled a 7 am pick up and got email stating a 10:30 pickup. Had to call and change. Luckily I checked my email. I scheduled my uhaul at this location.



There is nothing that I can suggest to make this a better store. Lisa always handles our needs well, she has always gone above and beyond for us. I can only believe that she treats all of her customers as well as she treats us.



My first location I had reserved a Uhaul for did not have it when I got there. I was told my reservation would be transferred to this location. When I got there, it was not transferred and I had to wait going through my information all over again. It wasn't anything tragic, but I've never had this happen with Uhaul before. I'm usually 100% happy with this company.



Dropped the ball about which truck I had reserved but quickly corrected the problem. Wish truck had been full of fuel

While very helpful, there was not enough staff on duty. With the rental process taking as long as it does, more than two people need to be working on a Saturday morning. I waited almost 20 minutes with only one customer in front of me that was already being served. When it was finally my turn, there were five people in line behind me. As a side note, I registered online and the system asked many of the same questions. The man that helped me was very friendly and helpful. This part of the experience was excellent.

I didn't feel like the staff was well trained. They couldn't provide me with accurate information regarding policies and truck rentals in general. The staff overall wasn't helpful. We also waited 30 minutes in line.

I was charged 3 times for 2 days of use and they wouldn't refund my money. Also, the trailer didn't have a working tail, but the representative told me to take the trailer anyway. I want a refund.

At 4.19 miles per gallon driving only 153 miles at or under the speed limit this 137,000 mile gas engine truck is an embarrassment!!! I had to put 37 gallons of gas in this truck.

Memorial Day Weekend - Saturday - U-Haul employee's comments to me after a 45 min. wait to return a trailer. My manager underestimated the help needed for this weekend. We are so busy! No one was outside for returned equipment for 40 minutes. They smelled like they had just got off a smoke break.

I was charged for an extra day (hence the four stars instead of five) but when I called the problem was immediately remedied and the staff was very respectful and courteous.

The truck was clean but had over 100,000 miles and broke down in the middle of the trip. Not the locations fault. Truck should have been removed from service. The roadside assistance process is a nightmare--even though I knew the truck had blown a manifold and told 2 different people with the roadside assistance program--they made me wait 2 hours for an approved vendor to check it out. It was, of course, a blown manifold and the mechanic then had to work though the U-Haul phone system to report it (another 30 minute wait). Then U-Haul sent us to a store 26 miles in the opposite direction of our move when there were 2 stores within a mile of where we broke down. So we had to back-track, putting miles on the truck. I do not think any of this is the locations problem and do not fault them. This is a U-Haul problem--will not use U-Haul again.

This location could use more staff. There was only 1 customer service representative trying to do all the work. This made for long lines and slow check in and outs. The representatives was doing their best and being very patient and professional. I would put the blame on management for not having enough staff for the demand and for someone not stepping in to help when the lines got long. At check the lines were 5-7 customers long with long wait times. Customers were making comments about this issue.

The reason for the "average" rating was not b/c of customer service. In fact the guy who helped me was very nice and helpful at the Elkins location . What I didn't like was that i originally rented the trailer in Springdale much closer to where I live. The day before I was supposed to pick up my the trailer I was informed that I need to pick it up in Elkins. Alittle bit more of a drive than I wanted, but I needed the trailer that day, so to Elkins I went. What really annoyed me was I either had to drop off my trailer back in Elkins or pay an extra like $25 just to drop it at the Springdale loc where i originally rented it from. So guys at Elkins location, awesome, uhaul as a company, crappy customer service.

Just keep up good work. This location was especially caring about people who were involved in Johnson flooding.



Nothing... great staff, fast service, returning the equipment is easy. I rented two trucks.., one last weekend and again this weekend. The tucks were clean and ran good. I won't go anywhere else for my moving rentals.
