Not get charged $199.50 for a 3 hour 10' van rental. I should have been charged $56.60, but have been charged 3 different times. I would appreciate it if this was resolved ASAP. Not too happy that I was charged for 2 gallons of gas. I only drove the van 9 total miles.Jody S.

Used truckshare 24/7 and couldn't access lockbox for over an hour. Customer support didn't help at all and dropped my call at one point. Got extremely lucky opening the box due to a fluky entering of 000. Code provided online never worked. Being in an area I was unfamiliar with trying to get a U-Haul at midnight with terrible customer support... worst U-Haul experience ever. Won't be recommending any time soon.Matthew D.

The girl behind the counter was new and was not trained. She asked for help from the girl next to her but she was busy and would not assist. They call a person from the back. Then another and finally the manager. It took an hour and a half to reserve a truck, a dolley and the boxes and bubble wrap I needed. Item in stock on the floor were not showing up in the system. The system kept backing everything out. I had to do my whole transaction in two different entries. Returning the truck was easygoing unlike trying to book the truck and buying supplies.Richard W.

My pickup location got changed without any notice, and when I went to the new place they changed me too they did not have my 20ft truck that I had a reservation for, for 10 days, they gave me a 15ft truck which I had to use to take 2 trips which costed me way more money for gas and extra mileage, absolutely unacceptable and was not given any apologies or discounts for my troublesmason W.

The whole Uhaul rental process was pretty easy and basic and was very helpful for my move. Easy online order, easy return, process etc. My only issue was with the customer service rep on Friday, 7/8. She was extremely rude, couldn't find my reservation, even though I offered to give her my reservation #, she had no idea if I had a dolly in the truck as I had set up online to reserve one daily. She was not helpful, she was actually very rude when she asked if I wanted the roadside assistance, and I said ma'am, I've already set all of this up online, yes, I did set it up to make sure and have the insurance for safety reasons, & she snapped at me & she said well you didn't pay for it and it looked like she took a picture of my debit card that she had in her hand w/ her personal device. She even yelled at me and told me to go check the truck myself and see if there's a dolly in there and if there's not to come back in with my receipt cause she doesn't show that I reserved the dolly and that she has to help the next customer. That if I wanted to go check the truck myself and come back in and show her the receipt she might help me. I was floored. My teenage son was with me and he's like, did she just yell at you for just asking to make sure you have what you ordered? We had no help on whether or not we had what we needed, there was no one to show us how to open and close and love the heavy door. Nothing. She was too busy visiting with the other employee that was just sitting there playing on her phone until the clock turned 4pm for her to clock out and leave. Once I got to the truck and was able to open the door, there was a dolly secured in the back of the truck. Overall the rental, truck, and the return was exactly what I needed. The gentlemen that was there during the return was great. The signs outside says to sit and wait for an attendant. No one came out, so I had to go inside. It wasn't a problem, but I was just following the return signs and process per the receipt. The return was quick and simple and the email receipt notification and texts was very helpful.Mistie O.
Was lied to. Took them over a half hour to get our truck ready because one of the other associates gave our truck to another customer. Then made us wait while they checked in another truck, when we were there first. Then when returned the truck the charged me another $77 for gas when our paperwork flat out states to bring it back at 1/4 of a tank. Went through several trailers to find one the lights worked on. This made things a little difficult on the return side as the trailer I left with didn't match the paperwork.brandon C.
This facility had way too many returns for the lot, making it a challenge for staff as well as customers to maneuver. We were doing a simple trailer pickup that took almost 45 minutes because of lanes blocked by other customers dropping off and leaving in the wrong areas, and staff having to move units around to get to the trailer we had reserved. The staff was very nice, especially Cedric, but we felt bad for him having to deal with rude drop-off customers.Patrick F.

Upon returning rental I stopped to get gas and it wouldn't sart back I called, I was referred the customer service #. Who did call back well after an hour. during rental had to have tire replaced on trailer and it took tire repairman 3 hours to arrive after being on hold for over an hour. we took trailer to U-Haul store, and they would not do anything. said to call roadside service who we had been trying to get someone for over a hour on phone and internet. it caused our return trip to run over into late night trip. stores need to be able to replace bad tires at least on trailers!!!! this happened in Mt. My reservation was not ready. I was 30 minutes late finally getting a moving vehicle that I did not reserve in the first place. The worker said the gas was filled to 3/8; upon entering the moving truck, it was filled to 1/4. I filled it back to 1/4 and was charged $65. I paid $10 for a dolly that was not in the truck when I got to my house to begin moving, so I had to go back and get it, wasting gas. I also made the reservation to return in Bentonville so as to not be charged for driving the vehicle 30 miles back for absolutely no reason. The GM told me I was wrong and that my reservation was a round trip, even though I stated I made the reservation to drop off Bentonville upon initially walking into the store 30 minutes prior. I was told too bad. So not only did I get charged for 30 extra miles for no reason, I also had to pay for the gas in the UHaul and in my personal vehicle in order to get home. Then I was charged on top of that for the company putting in the wrong gas level. This place should be out of business. This is my second time having major issues with this rip off of a place with employees who could care less about one the most stressful times in someone's life- moving.Taylor L.

The sliding doors to enter were broken we were told to go to the back doors the ramp was blocked there was not easy access since the front doors were broken. Then we had to wait for the manager for 20 minutes to come and take a lock off the unit so we could put our stuff in there. The manager was not onsite because it was 6 pm looks like the employees should have had the proper keys to assist with lock removal. The employees that were there was nice and did apologize. I did not find the app to be user-friendly at all, and I had to enlist the assistance of on-site representatives in an effort to complete the initial process. I don’t appreciate the hidden fees at all. Paid two months of rent in June for July and August. In September went to the facility and paid for September. Then on September 3rd corporate took two months rent out of my checking account saying we were two months behind. But according to the general manager we were current and had never been behind otherwise we would have been charged $60 for two months late fees and $50 to reinstate our storage rental. The check in process was a joke, I was in line for over 20 minutes, then it took the person a long time to find my reservation, which I did online. I also purchased a lock, that was not there, the General Manage said he was going to go to another location across town and would have it in 30 minutes. When I returned after 4 hours, a new staff was there and i had to explain the situation two more times and no one still had the lock. Move my things in and still no lock. My husband had to run to Walmart for a lock and still made it back before the General Manager. Austin the final person that helped me was very nice and seemed genuinely sorry about all the issues and refunded my money for the lock. Nice facility, but the management was a joke. I appreciate how helpful everyone was The manager went above and beyond to get our u-boxes delivered and picked up in a timely manner. The manager was always helpful when we came in. The staff were also attentive. They even helped me open my storage door that was too heavy for me. 'The u-boxes were a handy way to move from Oregon to Arkansas. I came to rent another unit same size/temp control. New guy was trying to be helpful but: rented me non climate ,moved me out of my several year unit (he asked if I wanted to take care of nearing rental fee) but rented me another unit.Noticed charges were wrong and called.. spoke to manager, he said would take care of.. got notification but money difference has not hit account.. I had to have a storage unit for abt 3 yrs. Once, someone moved things into a unit next to mine, and his stuff had roaches, and they got into my unit. I told the mgr, Freddie, and he went and got 2 bombs and set them off in my unit, then gave me another unit the same size to move my belongings to. Overall we had a good experience but this comment is directed to management and not the employees. The only downside was on our move in day. It was the 1st day of the month and there were only 2 people on staff to handle the crowd. It was a 30 45 minute wait in line, (at least) to get to the customer service rep and this was after a tiring cross county move. The staff did seem to answer everyone's questions and didn't rush to get to the next customer. I truly felt sorry for them as everyone (young, old and those with children) just needed to be waited on so they could get done and out of there. We were there 3+ hours past closing and the crew still had customers waiting and trucks to check in. Everyone seemed nice, but they very obviously didn't know what they were doing. One lady didn't know which application to use to start a reservation for a storage unit and tried to rent me a truck before being corrected by a coworker. Another lady called her district manager three separate times while we were there for things that should have been able to be handled on site. She also didn't know where my storage unit was. By the time she found a map, I had already found my unit myself. The third employee who set up my unit seemed confused as well during the reservation process and had open wounds on his dirty hands, which is concerning during the COVID-19 pandemic. All the people here need to be better trained and more competent in their duties. I understand there were two people in front of me, but it should not have been a 30 minute wait time to be served. The employees seemed perpetually confused, and struggled to do basic tasks like unlocking trucks and printing copies of contracts. I spent two hours at Uhaul, when I should have spent 45 minutes, max. I'm a college student, so my parents drove five hours to help me pack. My experience here put us so far behind schedule that we had to spend an extra night traveling back home. The facility was nice, but the customer service was terrible.
