I was behind a few other customers and one of the reps went ahead and took care of me because he saw that I dropped off the trailer and parked it adjacent to other, similar trailers. He could tell it was not damaged and I confirmed there were no problems with it. So, he told me he would check me out and email the final receipt, which he did shortly after I left. Great service and would recommend this location.

Mark HYour most heavy duty car hauler does not come with any straps for holding down the vehicle The rental agent did not explain this and I did not figure this out until he hooked up the hauler. He was then impatient with me because I would not take it. By law a load must be secured . When I said I could not take it without any chains our straps he said I had to "speed it up". Implying a customer is wasting a service persons time is not right. He was not happy when I said I would have to take the lighter duty car hauler. This was not my fault! The young man was rude.

David HOverall experience was poor, but not due to Kemper Commons facility. Poor experience because the Marathon station in South Lebanon, which was my original pickup location, didn’t set up mobile pick up as scheduled. So I had to drive a total of 1 hour out of my way to pickup truck.

I was in the facility at 6.35 pm and joined the line. At 6.50pm he told me I cannot be served because he is finished for the day. After gently pleaded with him because I have travelled from Columbus to Cincinnati, he went away and returned to ask I want the police to come and remove me from the off. I couldn’t believe myself that I was treated by a member of staff in your facility.

MOHAMED NI feel ripped off because the truck was too big for what I needed. I was just moving 2 couches that could be stacked. The truck I was told to rent had enough room for me to set the couches side by side and stack even more. I was overcharged!!! Not listening to an 800-uhaul Call rep again.

At dropoff, there was only one person working, he had 2 other customers. And the App did not work for me to complete the return online. I had to wait too long for him to finish with 2 other customers to be able to complete my return.

Jodi CPerson making reservations at customer service had a faltering head set in had a very hard time understanding what she was asking and with me trying to explain it could not understand what she was saying to me .
JAMES CI have rented trucks through uhaul many times without issue, however this last experience after "new management" took over was horrible. The new manager is a zealot that wants to mark her territory and was kind of rude and funky. I was composed and showed them respect despite my frustration, and I was not met with the same energy. I'm now being threatened with additional charges that are non valid per the contract. I feel they took me as their opportunity to show that "we're cracking down on the customers now". Even the customer service rep over the phone was confused and said " that doesn't seem right" when I explained the situation to her. She called the location and spoke to the manager and then she fell in line with them because the rules differ by region, and mistreating customers is the new regional standard at uhaul stores in my area apparently. It is not my fault that uhaul no longer has an adequate number of pickup trucks available to cover customer demand. I don't plan on ever renting another uhaul. I will avoid the stress I've just experienced, and go with a competitor if I ever need a rental again. So disappointing.

Monserrate MIt was my 1st time ever renting & driving a Uhaul truck so I did not know how much gas to put. So I filled it up paying over $50+ dollars. When I dropped off the truck & explained what happened > the lady was rude and said there's nothing we can do about it. The gentleman behind the counter took my receipt and said he would show to manager to see if perhaps I could get a discount on the next service or partial refund. I still have not heard or read back from them. Live & learn! 😟

Michael MThe cab of the truck definitely needed to be vacuumed and wiped down, and it smelled like smoke. I had to pick the keys up during business hours and return to get the track after they were closed since I needed to drop my personal vehicle off. I was not told the link to check the truck out was time sensitive, so it had expired. The check engine light was also on, but it did not seem to impact the performance of the truck. I had this documented when I dropped the truck off.
Matthew MUnusual experience: arrived to find no one working in the store. 3 customers came in after me and we all waited for over 10 minutes. I called and texted the manager per the number on the wall but didn’t get through. Finally, I tried the mobile reservation process for a truck rental. The truck was not in the lane where the app said it was. After walking around looking for it, only then was it clear that the key was in a lock box back at the store. Very clunky process but at least I got my steps in! The truck was fine.
Ryan GJamie is an exceptional general manager. Every time I’ve rented a truck, she has been nothing but a ray of sunshine always positive, friendly, and welcoming. She consistently makes the experience easy and enjoyable. I’m happy to keep coming back to this location for my moving needs.

BRIAN SThe truck was clean and the store was nice, but when returning the truck I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to come to the counter. A line of Six people formed behind me, and still no one showed up for a while. A sign with a phone number { which was taped to a chair in front of the counter} to call or text to let them know you are there was called and messaged several times and not one answer. Eventually someone came and I was able to return the truck, but it should not have happen the way it did.

Ariel YDiscovered the new Springdale location about a year ago after I arrived at a local "Neighborhood dealer" with my movers (that were on the clock💰) to pick up my truck that was NOT even at the location! When I called Springdale, I reached Jamie and told her my situation. She had a truck available for me to pick-up immediately, And kept apologizing for the inconvenience and problem caused by the Other dealer. My last rental here was 3/19. I made my reservation in advance, and the day prior to pick-up I receive a text from Uhaul asking me to "accept" the transfer of my reservation to a "Neighborhood dealer", located in the opposite direction from where I needed to go. I immediately called Jamie and told her I would Not be moving my reservation and please make sure everything is corrected. At this location, I anticipated zero problems with having my truck available when I arrived and was also able to add a last minute dolly rental. ALL Uhaul locations should be required to run as efficiently and professionally as Jamie and her team runs the huge Springdale campus. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sadikh MFrom the start was given the wrong information about access and when I canceled two days later you would have thought that was the end of that, then a month later a payment of $132.87 was deducted from my credit card. It took a month of me calling three-four times to get my money back. I have never seen such terrible customer service/care in a company of this size. Clearly the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing and laziness.
