The self-return process was a little cumbersome, especially when it was raining and 11pm. It would've been nice to know in-advance that we would need to go through the whole process so I could've been prepared to spend extra time. Other than that, it was fantastic and the service was great and the puppy was adorable! Would definitely recommend.

Stuff was very rude, no body wanted to help. When one of them was Asked to help his reply was not really but I guess. Then he proceeded to burp while I was talking. I called before I came to this location asking for a 17 truck and was told they had them available, once there I was told they did not have any that I could they what ever they have or I could leave. I explained that I called but was told “ that’s not gonna make a truck available for you pu of the blue. When I called I also asked when I did I have to return the truck since I was renting it at 3 pm on a Sunday and they told me the following day. Now I’m being charged double because it turns out I had to return the truck at 5:45 the same day, how was I supposed to move in two hours? This is the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. This people disrespectful disgusting and liars. Ps: when I rented the truck the guy did not ask anything just ask me to sing, when one of his coworkers asked me if I needed a hand truck or pads this guy wouldn’t even let me reply and said he doesn’t need anything he is all set. And to top it all they had a dog that was eating or drinking and proceeded to lick my leg and they did nothing about it. There is nothing professional about this place!!!

We was supposed to pickup from Bridgeport. We spent more than 1.5 hours and then sent to New Haven to pick up. After spending all that time in Bridgeport and already late, we went to New Haven and saw the difference in customer service. New Haven staff were excellent. From now on I will always pick up from New Haven

Chris and crew were outstanding. They took me in early as I told them I had to pickup a boat in Wilmington,DE and needed to be there before 6 PM. Hitch was very secure, electrical worked back lights including turn signals. Very professional is my judgement.

The rails of the door was missing rivets. And the truck's gears were a bit harsh. Other than that, the SYSTEM forced a gas price while the tank left exactly as it should be. UHaul associate had to hard-overwrite it to fix the issue, wasting time for me and the associate both (SYSTEM should be updated)

Improve the ability to talk to humans. the person i delt with was great, but after i got the van i was unable to ever speak to another human. The Van smelled and was sticky,. the lock box to return the key was unlocked and wide open, I tried to contact customer service on 3 separate occasions and waited on hold for over 30 minutes each time before I hung up never speaking to anyone. all three times my wait time was quoted at 10 minutes

19.95 is a deceiving offer next time I’ll just rent a zip car or rental and make more trips than this scam offer , 123.50 is not a good deal if you’re moving. I am not happy with the way I gave my money away and how I rushed to get my van back early . I am never going to use this service ever again. The staff is great at offering insurance and fees and a kick on the ass when you return the vehicle . Never again.
