All the employees were excellent. I can't think of anything you need to improve on.


The mileage should be visible and the clock should be set to the proper time in the vehicles after each return inspection. The clock in my vehicle was 2 hours ahead and the mileage screen was set to the gas consumption average display.


Rental process at counter was quick and easy and well done. As well as drop off. Both employees made the process efficient and fast. Helpful on a stressful movibg day for me. I appreciated that

I was very dissatisfied with the mobile 24/7 service. Specifically, the procedure at pickup regarding contacting personal references, passport, or lease options that were NOT explained to me, even though not 8 hours prior I asked the agent on the phone if there was anything else I needed to provide for the rental. Had I known before, I would have had my passport and my lease available, but instead I was delayed in leaving causing me immeasurable traffic delays, not to mention disturbing my family at such an early hour. It's a very simple thing to add the ability for your customers to provide this online, prior to the rental. I just don't understand why you would choose not to do that, and inconvenience your customers.


Prior to pickup time you told me that I will have the truck at the specified time. I reserved the truck 1 month ahead and you repeatetly assured me that I will have the truck the morning of Oct the 3rd. You also assured me that you will confirm it with me by 6:00 pm the day before. However when the time came not only you failled to confirm it but you also told me that most likely I will get the truck by the end of the day assuming that another client drops it in on time but you provided no guarantees contrary to what you told me at reservation time. That left me in a real bind because I had to change all my other plans. I booked a one-way trip to Toronto Canada and I had movers lined up to help me loading the truck at both ends. I also had to be there at a specified time. In the end you came trough and provided the truck in the morning of Oct 3rd but that was already too little too late. In the end it worked out but the whole experience was surreal and caused me a lot of griff. It also cost me 400 hundreds dollars more because I had to cancel and rebook the movers from both ends. Instead of getting there in one day I was forced to spend the night in a hotel along the way causing me an additional $160. None of this would've happen if you were to stick to your word. If I knew all that upfront I would've done it differently. I have to think twice before I reuse your services again or recommend you to someone else in the future.

No gas nor equipment inside truck. Horrible service! Extremely disappointed! Reservation was changed with our consent. And we have not been contacted for our complaint!


All equipment was there,and the pick up process was quick and easy.There is not much more that could be done,the location was great.

The kids at the desk didn't know what they were doing and had no one around to help them. They gave me a key to a van that wasn't even in the parking lot, and when I went back, it took about 10 minutes to get me a different one. And of course, the furniture pads I paid for ahead of time weren't in that van because nothing had been prepared properly as I was told it would. The kid was trying to be helpful but had no idea what he was doing. Better training and organization would make for a better experience for everyone.

The van needed a wash, but the inside was very clean. The worst part is that the break and directional signal were faulty. I didn't realize it until I was on the highway.

Key drop box should be labeled better and match the photo of the key drop box that is provided in the after drop off instructions. There also were already 3-4 trucks parked and we took up what looks like the last spot. Instructions on where to park if the 24hr drop off is full would have been helpful.

Al the checkin information i had provided online before hand needed to be filled in again making the pick up much longer than it should have


I don't see any need to improvement. The staff has everything under control. They are efficient and well organized. Great Job couldn't be happier with the end res of the day.

They gave us the wrong truck, same size, but different number. They also messed up how much gas we should fill it up to and this whole process took 1.5 hrs instead of 15 mins.
