I arrived after hours and there was a lock on my unit. After I called the after hour number I came back to the unit and it was ready for me and I moved some stuff in that night. Noah was helpful on the phone and I am happy with the service.

Additionally, every U-Haul facility I’ve been in is always bright, clean and well stocked with absolutely everything needed to move. Finally, the trucks and how they must be used very hard but are always in way better condition than you could ever ask for. Mechanically sound, clean and well explained for those that don’t know their way around larger vehicles. Great job!

Turn in process took forever also almost 20 minutes to complete all the steps on my own without help from a U-Haul employee. When I had to call I had to wait 30 minutes on hold just to get told try again.

Luckily I saved them and when I had an issue Rogelio Damian called and I was able to submit my pictures that I took and resolved an issue about the vehicle being damaged. Alfredo GandarillaI kept receiving several calls about the pick up time. I was scheduled to pick it up at 9. I was not able to do so, I told the first agent. Then a few minutes later I got another call from uhaul asking me about the pick up time. This happened on about 4 different occasions. I don't think the store and the call center communicate with each other well. I was in another country and those calls were both expensive and unnecessary. I picked the truck that afternoon. The pick up was smooth.

I was charged $15 because they didn't debit my card on file. They didn't inform me I had to setup automatic withdrawal either. Only specific locks are allowed on storage units. Also another inconvenience/start up cost.

I paid $500 for a uhaul and specifically chose a uhaul location, which is much farther from where I am living, because I was told I would get a free month. I am frustrated that I spent all this money on a uhaul, chose a further location to get this deal, and ended up not getting the deal. I will be searching for a different storage place much closer to my home to move my stuff into.

And I was told that the company will not refund my money back because it had been two days I believe after and my credit card has been charged but I know that there can be some kind of compensation given back to me and I just feel like this is a sad situation because people have busy lives and I did not realize that my card had been charged so this is very disappointing to me.! And that is why I would not recommend to anyone to get a storage unit from you unless I am compensated for being two days late I feel like this is unfair situation so thank you so much you have a very nice facility but I cannot recommend it if somebody has some type of an emergency or situation going on and can’t be there after the card has been charged after a day or two I think this is unacceptable !! I stopped by on my way home and was unable to access my unit because there was still a red tag and lock on it as though I hadn't paid. The office not only closed early that day, but was closed for both the next day holiday and the Sunday. I had a an important gift I was storing there among a few other important things. She neglected to remove the red tag before leaving early for the holiday weekend. It was very frustrating, disappointing and I was very angry. I get that my payment was late, but I even confirmed my access was restored by catching up and she said of course.
