The app has a lot of issues that needs to be fixed. For instant, when my wife tried to pay the rental fee it wouldnt go through via app. Therefore, causing her to go inside to may the payment. With that being said, that's the only issues that we had with you guys.Tyrone S.

The online check-in didn't work. The website is clunky. I was charged for two rental periods because the app did not allow me to extend my time and there were at least six vans available at my location. This is all corporate UHaul and I'm not the first person to leave these comments. Very frustrating.GABRIELLE C.

Consistent communication across associates or placed on contract so a dispute is not necessary to resolve issue. Also have contract in a easily readable size instead of very small print. Otherwise, I liked the location and availability of trucks, trailers etc. and for the most part staff was friendly and helpful (until check in).Mary P.

after booking a unit online for the stated price, i was shocked to find that U-Haul is unable to keep their word on the units and pricing, as the location said the unit would actually be double the price, and uhaul did not take responsibility for this discrepancy. I do not understand how my reservation online wasn’t upheld, as if uhaul doesn’t guarantee reservation pricing, why have a reservation system at all?Jordan S. | First Impressions

Make sure that they have the equipment that you need. I got a call from a customer service rep telling me that everything we reserved was available and when going to the location they did not. When receiving the truck it was beyond filthy. We passed a Lysol wipe and everything come out black, so much for maintaining sanitary equipment, especially during COVID....ROSANA P.

No furniture or appliance dolly available even though we preordered and prepaid. Very unapologetic and we had to go to another location to get one. What is the purpose of reserving the equipment if no one ensures that it's going to be there? The truck was in excellent shape and we did get enough moving blankets. The trucks should be updated and a better ride for the prices and charges. It was like driving an antique from the 1970's. There's plenty of room in the cab to make it a 3 seater. Would be great to be able to sit another person. Trucks should have GPS navigation in them. This location is in a low income part of town and not convenient to get to. If you are going to be in a very low income part of town then you should be contributing to the community. As of now, I would never go back and certainly would never recommend it. The computer system kept going down while I was waiting in line to be checked in so you apparently need to update your systems as well. The whole experience made you look like an outdated company.bryun H.

We were told we could pick up early on the phone but we're not allowed when we got there, even though the same truck was there one hot later 4. This was the most frustrating and annoying experience of my life. You made us drive to Toms River to get a car trailer a two hour drive out of our way. Then your employee made storage arrangement at a storage place that does t do business with U Haul! So I had No storage reservations! Your company over charges and does nothing to help the customer. This wasn't my original location for pickup of the van. It was at the Lalor Self Storage place in Trenton. Once I got there I was told they didn't have any U-hauls. They or YOU owe me 15 dollars for the Lyft I had to take to the other location. Please deduct it from my total. Thank you!Andrew C.

Re.: Order # 90473031. I was told and placed my order in Bordentown N.J. I was advised I may need to travel to Florence N.J. pending availability of truck. 4 days before picking up the truck I had to travel out of my way to Trenton N.J. Then only to find out the truck had 1/4 tank of gas! I was under the impression it came with a full tank? Also I cannot understand $1,900.00 from N.J. to Tn.?? Seems a bit HIGH!!! Yes, I realize there is a pandemic etc. ....... My friends as well could not understand the cost of this truck.DANIEL T.

I am not saying anything bad really but don't keep your things here there is a major issue with rodents and bedbugs I would not recommend this place needs to only be for the vehicles and moving trucks no more than that the storage unit had ruined almost everything I owned but I had to pay for insurance.... I had mice in my unit and there were poop droppings everywhere in my clothes on my furniture on dishes. Just disgusting. I reported this issues twice. I have pictures or all my stuff. I wasn’t pleased with at all. Even though the unit was outside they should’ve done something about this to ensure my stuff was protected. The Uhaul crew was very accommodating. Until...my belongings were in the storage unit a year and my belongs were EXTREMELY destroyed/damaged by rodents. They nested,eaten paperwork, boxes mice droppings and pee stains EVERYWHERE in my unit. All I was asked by the crew "do I have insurance"?
