It seemed the corporate office and the stores need more communication. I arrived and my unit that I reserved on the phone was not available or unknown from the store staff. It was a short turn around from reserving the space but it felt like I was sold something that didn’t exist. As often happens, we experienced an emergency in the middle of a move (needed a vehicle for larger items). I arrived at this location late in the day, concerned about the availability of any equipment, and the staff (Storm) could not have been more helpful. Her service was quick and professional. Storm and U-Haul saved the day. I host a morning radio show, & I will admit to singing U-Haul's praises to the listeners!TOBY B.

There needs to be an easier way to contact the local rental office. The Google/online number provided sends you to the 800 service, which is problematic when you want to quickly update the local to an ETA, etc. but you spend time cycling thru the national automated service line. Otherwise, 2 rentals in the last 2 weeks and the service, assistance, and vehicles were excellent. Thank you!Eric S.

The moving pads are being retuned by customers dirty and with trash clinging to them. This is not just at this facility but others that I have used. The plastic bag instructions asks for renters to remove debris and fold the pads then place them back in the bags. If these are not checked by UHaul, then it's an honor system. This honor system not only doesn't work but it also provides an opportunity for someone to put anything hazardous into the bags. This is not the fault of the local staff. I rent from this location several times a year and the interior of the vehicle are old and worn out. This is the second time that the entire cab smelt of cigarettes. It doesn't seems as if the cabs are being properly cleaned.Justin B.

I was charged a bill after 3 days which included late fees. After repeatedly calling asking for assistance, I was denied access to building because of a bill on which I didn’t owe. First they didn't check the mileage,I took pictures of it before I left truck was dirty and had bad tire pressure sensor and when I got back I took pictures of the mileage I drove told the guy he said he knew about the tire ask for a refund because he charged me with more miles than I drove said that they would put it back on my card, still have not recieve it got charged 60 bucks for two hours they use to be better than this if you can get a truck somewhere else do soLINDA W.

For one, it cost too much for the small unit I had. Two, I cancelled my unit in January 2020. Gave the key and lock to the worker. And they were my keys and lock! I didnt need them anymore. I have not even been on that side of town since then....and yet they continued to charge me, sued me and auctioned something off for $1. Not that i cared.....since i CLOSED IT! Plus they always had a truck parked right in front of the units. Its inconvenient to never be able to access ur unit because the parking lot is so small and awkward and junked up. They never had adequate help...so the long wait for them to be able to move the trucks to access the unit was unnecessary and inconvenient. Id never recommend Uhaul in tupelo ms to anyone ever. My storage unit had green slime in front of it and my stepfather and I almost fell because of it. The unit also had water standing in it and it molded all my furniture. I called three times to tell the manager about it and he never returned my calls. I went to uhaul office three times and left my complaint and phone number each time. He still never called me back.
