Amazing customer service
Eloisa RI rented the truck on the app, because I previously called the location and was told I could do self check out if Il needed to pick up off hours, when I got there at 6 am, we located the truck it was unlocked but no keys, we looked everywhere, compartment, under seats and nothing, we walked around the building trying to find a key box or something and again nothing, and as I mentioned earlier, it was off hours so no one was around to help us. We had to call customer service that took forever to answer, after they did, we explained the problem and the lady on the phone told us that for that size truck we needed to come inside and ask for the keys, which was not possible because they won’t open till 9 am. So I don’t see why we were able and told over the phone to rent and pick up the truck anytime. Customer service lady had to locate another truck with a lock that we were able to take but all that took us about an hour, we had people waiting for us to help load the truck and of course we were an hour late with the people who were handing the keys from the other place. And to top it off, someone left food in the compartment and the truck had a funky smell.. Overall not a pleasant experience

PAUL FOnly thing is Parking spaces which shud b increased. Also a complete assistance should be provided for optional Manpower services . Not just call this or go to their website etc. You guyz shud be able to get that taken care of yourself when someone walks in. Afterall you are claiming that the service is POWERED by UHaul!
Shirjeel MMore trailers with the wide tyedown bars on the inside like the trailer I rented this time!. With the other ones the salt is so small that I have to thread a bit of rope thru so I can hook the racket strap

KATRINA WThe location was easy and convenient to get to, and the customer service was excellent. The truck was ready and clean for use. My only issue was the app would not open the day I needed to rent a truck, so I was unable to do the self checkout. The crew inside was able to quickly get me set up and get keys in hand so I could be on my way.

Gary CI did an after hours drop off, but the location was well lit and clean. Only complaint is that the location could use a sign directing towards the key drop slot, as there is very little indication unless you look directly at the wall its on, which is a white wall with a slot.

GARO HI cannot recommend u-haul to anyone else. I was originally asked to go to Anaheim for a pick-up for a discounted truck. However, nobody showed up and I cancelled to opt for a truck in Tustin. The customer service rep told me that I could keep the discount and that the Tustin center would provide me with further compensation. When I got to the Tustin facility, I was told that I could not receive any discount, as offers were by location basis and the customer service rep should not have told me that. Extremely disappointed, I felt super misled and that my time was wasted. Horrible.
DENNY MI picked the truck up after 9:00 p.m. and it was in a bad neighborhood. I could not find the location that they said was north of the place. I finally found it, but it was scary

That made it more challenging. But they do have units on the ground level you can use. It's a smaller location so they only had 1 large one available on the first floor.

Staff is always willing to work with me and ask questions to ensure that the truck, trailer, storage unit, or materials that I am seeking, will do the job. Kaylee / Kayleigh (I apologize for not getting your name in its correct spelling) helped me with my storage unit a few days ago. She made sure my items fit in the unit, after realizing that the unit I reserved, was too small. Excellent customer service. The owner Edgar is always willing to help. He closed out my unit yesterday since I didn't need it anymore. He valued my feedback. Again, always positive here. I'm sure I will be back soon.

RONDA D | First ImpressionsStaff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility had some issues. First, the parking situation was poor, making it difficult to access the storage facility. The parking lot was small, and there were many trucks and inadequate spaces to park near the storage facility. The sliding latch on the storage unit didn’t work properly for the duration of the month. I waited in a long line at least twice to alert someone. There was no way to call for help from the back. No one answers a phone locally. Lastly, the double doors were never accessible, forcing customers to use a single door, unless they waited in the long line in the front to notify a U-Haul rep, or the customer happened to catch a rep in the parking lot.

I already vacated the unit. My Unit was Closed out a week late spoke to Kaylee at Tustin 714-804-3023 . I should have no balance or nothing showing owed. Left unit wide open and cleaned out on 03/09/2022

Also, there is others storage rental properties that would make your life easier having elevators with a lower cost per rental. In regards the Homeless guy I think he lives in the unit.

So we ask the guy (an employee?) inside and he said storage hours is closed despite the website saying it closes at 10PM; we were there at 9PM. I managed to figure out which keypad and gained access to the storage facility; we started moving my stuff into my storage unit. Soon after, he called the cops for burglary. We had to explain to the cops everything. Bottom-line is, the person inside the facility did not even know when the storage hours of operation are and was rude/extremely unprofessional. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else moving in late at night.

My only concern was that there was no room to unload storage items because the parking lot was full of the Uhaul trucks and trailers. It’s seemed as if the company doesn’t care much about the storage part but more of the trucks and trailer rentals. If there can be a better way to load and unload storage I believe you’ll get better Buisness. Thanks!
TONY O | Overall ExperienceEven thought we had reserved a unit three months in advanced, when we arrived, not only was there not a unit of our size available, there was no unit available for us to rent at all. We had to find a location with an available unit and then come back to return the truck. The staff member who worked with us was very apologetic, and she was very helpful in directing us to an alternative location, but it was still inconvenient for our reservation to have been over-looked.

It’s very difficult to get your car back to the loading dock to load stuff out of your storage and Been more difficult to return U-Haul trucks. staff Ordered me to move a very large U-Haul truck in that incredibly tight crowded parking lot I asked them to do it because it was so tight but Christian refused to help and navigating that area is incredibly difficult

It wasn’t until my daughter noticed a line on the wall and lined it up with the mark that I was able to apply the lock. I don’t think anyone should have to go through that. Had she not noticed I would have gave up and reported in broken. There’s no way everyone will recognize that marking.

When we called to confirm Sarah was able to fix the issue and went above and beyond to get us moved in! We thought we were going to have to park our truck full of belongings somewhere once we arrived and hope they weren’t stolen but Sarah got us all set up with a unit and even after leaving the office she sent us information to get us all set up for after hours move in. She deserves a huge kudos and a raise!
