Your systems are terrible and broken, and your employees don't care. When I added a UBox online, I wasn't quoted the updated shipping price. When I called the Tustin manager, he said the system showed I agreed to the updated price and hung up on me. Every time I get an email from you, the 'click here to respond link' takes me to a server error. I had to manually correct the url just to visit this survey link. Your website told me my shipment was at the wrong uhaul facility. I had to wait a week in order to pick up my containers after they arrived at my destination. When I showed up for my appointment, my containers weren't ready to be picked up, and I had to wait for an hour while a uhaul employee wandered around the warehouse looking for them, then for a trailer and forklift operator to load them. I'm amazed your company functions with so much disfunction. I will not be doing business with you again.Tom R.

I was lied to by the gal who made the reservation for me in person for the trailer. Her name is Jasmine. When when I arrived, she denied ever talking to me! Then I was abruptly told that my rental will be 2 days minimum! I am disputing the charges with my credit card company and will use another trailer/equipment rental company going forward. FYI, this U-Haul location has a long history of bad reviews and low employee morale and basic rudeness and flexibility to customers. Not that any cares about this apparently.anthony R.

I waited about 10 minutes on the phone for a pick-up. No one answered. I finally just went in and got the job done. I was expecting the lobby to be full but no customers were there. However, the staff support was great - good people and very accommodating.JON E.

Location had virtually no car parking (like 6 spaces total) and no street parking. The Uhaul parking was very tight and difficult to pull into. There were a lot of day workers hanging out front and talking to everyone walking into the store.Gary S.

The equipment we rented was infested with ants and had three dangerous issues: 1) the steering or alignment is in dire need of repair or replacement; 2) the brakes are very weak, which resulted in multiple close calls; and 3) the tape on the windshield interfered with road visibility. Rectifying these issues will increase the likelihood that the next customer wouldn't be in a possibly inevitable accident from just using your equipment.Anthony O.

The location was convenient but I reserved a trailer and a furniture Dolly because I was moving a piano. I told them we would pick up between 11:30 and 12:00. When I got there, they had no furniture Dollies available. They were all out. They told me those are on a first come, first served basis. I was not told that when I made my reservation. Thank goodness I had some strong young men that were able to lift the piano. If this is standard Uhaul procedure it should be stated when the reservation is made. Not a negative for this location, but for U-Haul. I reserved a trailer 3 weeks in advance from a local location 5 miles away. The very night before pick up date I was notified to pick up from a different location 15 miles away. This was very inconvenient for me and forced me to return trailer during peak traffic hours. When the client returns the truck during normal business hours and the personal that checks in the trucks should communicate to the client they are going to be charged for fuel. I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel as when I left. I didn't know I didn't know I was being charged untill I looked at my recite on the email. I hope took a picture.Guillermo A.

The parking lot is too crowded the office staff specifically Francisco are incredibly friendly but some yard staff are just jerks. It’s very difficult to get your car back to the loading dock to load stuff out of your storage and Been more difficult to return U-Haul trucks. staff Ordered me to move a very large U-Haul truck in that incredibly tight crowded parking lot I asked them to do it because it was so tight but Christian refused to help and navigating that area is incredibly difficultChristine L. | Overall Experience
I would have loved to have had a larger storage space. The ones available were kind of small. I had a very tough time with my unit latch. It wasn’t until my daughter noticed a line on the wall and lined it up with the mark that I was able to apply the lock. I don’t think anyone should have to go through that. Zero help, the lock they provided me with boke on the 3rd use was told too busy to help me come back in 3-4 hours. I want to give Sarah at this location a mention because she saved the day for us! We received incorrect information from another rep and based our reservation on it. When we called to confirm Sarah was able to fix the issue and went above and beyond to get us moved in! We thought we were going to have to park our truck full of belongings somewhere once we arrived and hope they weren’t stolen but Sarah got us all set up with a unit and even after leaving the office she sent us information to get us all set up for after hours move in.
