Equipment condition link did not work. There was a cracked tow dolly fender and star crack on the truck windshield that were not pointed out that we could not indication in the condition link. We took pictures but we could not use the 24 hr drop off because of that.George S.

When I was there they had only one employee working and between various customers wanting propane and other services it took forever. I had to,restrain myself from walking out and going elsewhere. It is bad service when the only car dolly in the state practically is local only. Means an unhappy customer must make the 161 mile trip 3 times. Firstly to move the vehicle than secondly to return the car dolly back to the original location and thirdly... well you get it! Damn! these days every business is full of non-helpful service and non caring people. Feels like communism already. only answer is No!William A.

When customer service tells a customer there won't be any extra fees for a 2 hour delay, it would be nice if they would tell the location not to charge me a full extra days rental!! I will take this up with the location on Monday August 1 and will expect a refund of the extra days rental.Brian T.

The guy that helped us had absolutely no personality. He didn't even talk to us, just hooked up the car trailer behind the uhaul van & said your all set. The 6 blankets & 4 boxes I had also ordered were not in the truck when I got it home. He told me I should have mentioned it before I left. Make sure mileage is confirmed each time vehicle is sent out. I drove only 24 miles at the most and was charged for 50. I tried to explain and was told nothing could be done. My theory is whoever checked the vehicle in prior to my usage transposed the number.Peter S.

The only complaint I have is that I asked about renting a larger unit and the guy responded with". I can't do that, only the manager can and I don't know where he is right now." Then I passed at least 4 (I didn't go down every row) larger units that I would rather have rented. I was in a hurry and need to unload the truck. Spent nearly 15 minutes waiting for someone to come into the store and greet us and get our reservation started. Then he couldn't find the keys to the truck we rented because staff didn't' put them asway properly. Very disorganized. We returned our truck right at 7pm and as I was walking up to the double doors, a staff member inside locked the doors. I proceeded to the front door and he was there getting ready to lock the door and told me I have to use the after hours return, shut the door and locked it. He could have at least told me where to park the 26' truck. After a very long day of moving, his rudeness and poor customer service was the last thing I needed. I will not be returning to this location, nor will I recommend it.todd D.

We rented 3 items from this place. 2 trailers and a 26ft truck. We booked the truck 2 months in advance and even had it confirmed 2 days prior to picking it up. The day before we did pick it up uhaul called saying they no longer had the truck ready. And down graded me to a smaller truck with no difference in price compared to the truck I originally booked. Trailers had to be picked up at another location 30mins away because again, they didn't have the equipment available that was available a day prior. As stated these were not random show up and ask for a truck/trailer. These were reserved months in Advance. Never using them again until they reach out and make things right. Got car trailer and broke twice had people come fix and still not work right had to leave my jeep in Idaho and figure how to go back and get it. The truck was extremely gutless. I have used uhaul many times and there truck and something not right. When talked to the office about it when dropped off early. They acted like not there problem. Also was told I pay for 5 days and if brought back early got money back. The. Take back and told that they not refunding me nothing. Also was told that take trailer off of the bill and refund the other trailer that never happened and acted like was crazy. Then told me to figure it out they can't help me!!!!!!! The Refrigerator Dolly was horribly in disrepair in that using it felt like the Wheel bearings were completely shot. Using it felt like it had brakes on all the time and the wheels were grinding. I asked to get a credit because of the extra work it was using it, but was only told they would look at it. I hope they actually did. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to try using that Dolly.John W.

Although it is not necessarily their responsibility to notify renters of stains inside the cargo bay, it is the renter's responsibility to open and inspect all areas of the vehicle before leaving a lot. With that being said, this location was more than willing to accept the explanation of oil stains and grease left from previous use and not to charge me for cleaning. Twin falls Kimberly road location. After 3 reservations being messed up we were able to finally get a truck but it was a local truck that needed serviced. The guy at the counter sitting down was short with us matter of fact our directive to pick it up came from a lady from corporate. We signed papers and they handed us a key we had to retrieve truck from back parking lot. There was no inspection of the truck before going out checking to make sure gas was where it needed to be by an employee. Just told us in the parking lot where it was. We've rented from uhaul over the years and familiar with the procedures. We were just relieved to get a truck. We had 3 reservations ans 3 trucks that were not available.marsha S.

Only issue is that person checking me in was also trying to help someone on the computer who kept asking questions. My feeling is that he could have said " I`ll help you with your computer problem as soon as I'm finished with my customer ". Other than that, it was ok but I didn't need additional ID. The gentleman in Twin that helped me on the front-end was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation (we rented the trailer to move items out of my father in-law's house after he unexpectedly passed away). I had a unit at the Twin Falls location for 11 years, always paid on time if not early. When I moved out of the facility I was 4 days into a new month which I had prepaid for and was denied a refund of the Month. Not only did they not give me the refund but the clerk was not at all competent and just stood there shrugging when I asked why she wasn't giving me a refund. Guys there were great, however when I showed up with my reservation number they didn’t have the unit available. I asked joe that could happen and they explained it didn’t matter if I reserved it, there was nothing available. They gave me what was available which were two 5x8 units instead of the 10x16 which I had reserved, unforgivably the cost for that will be $108 a month at $55 a unit per month instead of $64 for the 10x16. I asked if they would honor the price quoted and they said no, I had to pay for both units. I found that frustrating since I reserved the unit I needed at the price I could afford. Fortunately the first month is free so I have found another cheaper company to move to. Although I now have to reload all of my stuff and move it...again. This should not have played out this way. When you do business with a company you expect them to deliver on what they agreed to. I am currently dealing with an almost double overcharge cost on my truck rental as well.
