GARY RI am happy with the front desk service and the condition of my uhaul. I have no complaints about this specific location, but I am very frustrated by the Uhaul phone app and the mobile checkin and checkout process. This is the 4th or 5th time I've used mobile checkout for rentals and every time it is so frustrating. The app will crash halfway through, I'll upload picture multiple times and they won't go. This time I spent 10 minutes trying to get the app to work and eventually went inside and the man at the desk was helpful and got me checked out. But when I dropped it off at 9:30 I had to use the app to check out and it would not let me take a picture of the odometer. Every time I did the app would crash. I eventually had to check out without any pictures but I spent a frustrating 20 minutes in the dark trying to get it to work. It shouldn't be this complicated to create an app that works decently well. Please fix the app. I have no complaints about this location though, they were great.

JULIE BOverall, this was an excellent experience and I would definitely rely on Uhaul and this location specifically for my future needs. My suggestion for improvement would be to improve the way that reservations are communicated to the individual locations. They didn't seem prepared for my rental when I arrived and had some trouble finding my reservation. It was not a problem this time, but would have been on a busier day.

Steve hAWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! The location was having trouble with the system. I rented a trailer and return within three (3) hours and the young man told me I was good and it would be checked in. I have been charged for a two (2) day rental. This is theft and needs to be corrected. I called the location when I saw the additional charge pending on my card and was told I would not be charged again. This was a misrepresentation because I was overcharged/charged twice. This must be corrected. I should not have to pay for an error in your system. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!

Ray JThis was my first time at this location. System was down, or going slow. I reserved on the app, but they had to still manually submit my information. When I arrived to pickup my rental, there were 6 customers ahead of me and it took about 1 hour standing in line to pickup my rental, Other customers in line were saying this happens often and they only come to this location because they typically have vehicles available because people know not to come here due to the slow system. Management was very nice and patient despite customer complaints and was very accommodating.

RONALD PThe location is excellent. The two ladies that assisted me were wonderful!! My problem is I did a self check out. I uploaded my drivers license & cc info when I made my reservation. My pickup time was 6:30am. I was there on time and had problems with your system to the point that I had to wait until the store to rent the truck all over again because your systems were glitching or down. She had to re-enter everything manually which took more time. It was a very unexpected inconvenience. People that were moving my items wanted to start moving early before the rain started.

The management was extraordinary in facilitating moving stuff out of our 2 flooded units, storing it in 2 U-Boxes and then finding space in the building after the clean-up for re-storing much of our stuff going forward. Everyone was very diligent and responsive - and retained calm and good humor throughout despite the mess. I tried to call the University City Uhaul but kept being redirected to another location. I have lost almost everything as a college student and I’m really helpless right now there’s no way to solve this. Will definitely tell everyone to stay away from Uhaul!

Insurance paid monthly doesn't cover water damage of any kind. Unable to access my unit after office hours due to broken door latch. Even though approx. a foot of water leaked into my unit and I had to dispose of most items that was on the floor, staff were extremely helpful with boxing things that could be saved, preventing more water from entering the unit, and providing movers to relocate my items to another location.
