after 20 driving 15 minutes low tire pressure light came on. After inspection, large nail right in front tire. had to refill tire which was as 50%. after several attempts to contact store, employee was rude and dismissive. Told to deal with drop off location.JERMAINE J.
The gentleman who greeted me and who took me to my rental truck was extremely helpful and courteous. He had great positive energy and his attitude was infectious. I was there to rent a pick up so that I could move some furniture for work. I wasn't happy about having to do that on my day off. I was charged for insurance on my rental, and was never discussed that option. So, upon return.. I had to go in and have the reversal of charge on my card. Other than that.. I'd highly recommend! Quick rental, and was able to return same day.MEGAN P.

It's very confusing after completing the paperwork to go find your rental. The clerk should walk the customer to the rental. This way if there is damage to be reported both parties are present. Also. I wouldn't have had to spend ten minutes trying to figure out which van was my rental.QUENTEN S.

You need more staff at the store opening. I realize it is tough to schedule, but that is when the location is busiest. The person staffing the store was courteous, professional, knew the job and was fast. They were not in a position to provide the service U-Haul advertises. That's not good for the employee, the customer or U-HaulPatrick F.

Why does UHaul talk about recycling and then one of their agents just throws cardboard and moving boxes in the trash instead of recycling? I confirmed they were trash containers and not recycling. The furniture dolly I rented was not available when I arrived. When I asked the gentleman if there was something similar available, or if he could help me find another location that had one, he told me it â€œwasn't his problem.â€ The dolly was extremely important for my move. Also, after I checked out, I had to wait an hour for them to move a van that was blocking in the truck they gave me. It made me late for my move. There's no excuse for having to wait an extra hour because they blocked in your truck.JAMES G.
The gentleman with the glasses that took care of me needs to nicer customers. He was huffing and puffing with an African couple that couldn't speak much English a kind explanation could have helped but he treated them like they were stupid . I return the vehicle with some blankets in the back because a friend was meeting me to picmd and the blankets . Instead of coming to me while I was still waiting on my friend they charged $25. Cleaning fee. My friend picked up the blankets and I waiting an extra 30 minutes for Rasheed to get off the phone yo process the $25.00 fefund for the cleaning fee. Your employees need to learn how to treat people with a friendly attitude. This is not the first time I've dealt with gentleman in the glasses. It's seems that he's alway too bothered to attend to customers in a friendly manner. There's many kind friendly people who wants to work. I suggest hiring them.Patric Chavez C.

One of the poorest levels of service I've ever received. Astounded at the lack of care. I rented a truck with the mobile pick-up option, because of time constraints regarding a time sensitive move. Arrive at facility to see that the truck is double parked. Check in the facility, where a woman barks at me for the key number, as if I should have this memorized? Then I'm ghosted for the next 30 minutes, where I have to speak to an attendant outside as to what's going on -where he tells me they can't find my keys, and they'll probably just give me a new truck in a few minutes. So I wait inside for half an hour, where nobody will talk to me or give me an update. The facility is empty of customers, mind you. To top it all off, I receive the truck with less than a half a tank of gas. I show the attendant this, he says bring it back at the same level. I anticipate this being an issue, so I take a couple pictures of the gauge (which I've already emailed on). I put over $20 in gas back in the tank to match the level, then I receive an additional gas charge? Simply astounded. Never using U-Haul again.Anthony V.

When selecting my unit online the image of the space I purchased showed two Mattresses and an exercise bike and boxes. The space was big enough for these items however the door to access that storage room was too small to fit anything through?? The overall move-in experience has been great. Reserving online was a breeze and the storage unit was ready to go when I arrived at the facility. My storage unit has a few spider webs and a rusty hole in the ceiling but doesn't look like anything is leaking through it so it doesn't bother me that much.
