I originally rented from another location and I was told I could pick it up 24/7. When I arrived at the location it was closed. Spent an hour on hold trying to figure out what I was supposed to do. Thankfully this location on Grove Rd was able to get me a truck.

worst service ever. Only one person working when picking up truck. Slow service (if that's what you call it), credit card machine not working correctly. Took me 30 minutes in line to pickup my vehicle and another 45 minutes to drop it off. It took me less time to use the truck that the time I spent waiting in line.

This location was ok and staff helpful but same cannot be said for Wade Hampton location where I originally booked. I received two different prices at Wade Hampton (289$&$254)and at grove Rd the price was $100 more!! I do t know what's going on but this was a challenging rental

The grove road location was horrible. Some guy called me and asking was something wrong with the truck as if I had done something to it. Things happen which make it hard to return exactly on time. I was a hour late. There was barely enough room to pull the truck in without being out on the main road. When I walked in the two men working were on their phones and neither greeted me. I had to say " do I give the keys to you?" He said yes and then asked where the truck was parked. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

Can't get a customer service rep on the line to save my life and neither location was able to explain why the truck cost over $1000 to move from Michigan to SC.

We always have a great experience with Uhual, Grove Road. Always a good supply of equipment in great condition. The manager whom oversees the staff and equipment has created a great operation of business. The staff has been wonderful until a most recent experience. As a regular customer (years/weekly rentals) I have greatly appreciated the employees who go above and beyond to create a great experience, treating us as a loyal returning customer should be. Our overall experience with an employee by the name is Bradley has been . This employee is very rude, disrespectful and condescending. I have dealt with him in multiple occasions and each time find myself to be very frustrated. I have witnessed other customers at the receiving end of this employees horrible communication and poor customer service. His lack of willingness to be understanding and poor communication skills creates a horrible customer experience. I am truly dissatisfied with my experience with the employee, Bradley each time. An employee is the companies most important asset. When employees do not perform effectively, consumers feel that the company is apathetic to their needs, and will seek business elsewhere.

Trailer we received did not have one of the tires fully inflated. This caused it to rupture after 40 minutes of driving. It took U haul 3 hours to get the tire fixed even though I had purchased insurance. Not a good experience.

#4. Usually the staff is helpful and friendly, but it depends on who is working. Sometimes, certain employees are not as friendly. My only other complaint is that I have a key card for the gate that I was given when I rented my original unit 100 which no longer works since I closed the second unit 123.

I'm not happy that I had a 20 fee tacked on when I returned the equipment early yes after hours but it was put back where it was to start with you had it back in a couple house but yet you take this fee on

The truck was very serviceable; however, the check engine light was on when I got to it. They cleared the light and the truck ran fine, but you would think that whomever parked the truck would have noticed. Also, the seatbelt warning light and chime activated intermittently as I was using the truck. The personnel at the location handled everything well. I was just surprised that the truck was "ready" but still had these issues.

I got a trailier in the afternoon on Saturday and said I would bring it back at 10. It ended up that none of our help came and my husband and I ended up moving everything (we are 59 and 60). So I brought the trailer back at 10:06 and it wouldn't let me check in. So I was charged 104 instead of $40. I should have been told I had to have the truck back at exactly 10 pm no later, I had no idea 6 minutes would make that much difference. We use you all the time, but this is a total ripoff to people you should at least tell or make sure I estimated appropriate time, I could have easily said later if fit would make $60 difference. We had the truck from 3:30 pm to 10:07

I had significant issues with Mobil check in and check out. Because your system wouldn't let me sign in I had to pay a $20 fee even though I was told by customer service it was a computer issue and my account would be appended with remarks that I shouldn't be charged the fee. At the time we were in the middle of a move and talking and hour to dispute the charge was Not feasible.

Morning crew was cool but that night shift needs work. They do not have critical thinking needed to handle issues. I ended up paying for extra gas because they would not listen to the concerns I had when I explained to them how the checkout process went and that the picture I had taken showed I was at the right amount. Then when they started bashing the manager and the other girl in the morning in front of customers is so unprofessional.

The staff was friendly and the carts inside the storage building are great. Our only problem/complaint is that the map of buildings and storage units given to us was NOT correct and therefore, we had a very difficult time finding our unit. Otherwise, all went well.

When they physically moved units around, ours was facing away from the main area, & it took weeks for a fence to be installed. Then a low fence with no top wires and no cameras installed. NOT SECURE.
