Don't give the car that has the cardboard advert in the windshield. Inside the cab had a few belongings from previous drivers. Outside of car was not clean. The UHaul App did not work at all and could not pickup car or drop off rental after hours, which caused me to be late for my other appointments. App is completely useless and stressfulRoxolana R.

The customer service person was â€œexcellentâ€ considering his co-workers were arguing/rude when I first came in. My rep told them to leave the area (and not fight in front of customers). Knowledgeable, courteous and confident staff who make you feel like your part of a family and they care. I have obtained equipment for many years from UHaul and out of all the different cities and people I encountered the group working at this location are far above the rest I have encountered. I believe a few locations in GTA could learn allot from how this group of employees respect and treat UHaul customers. 1. This is not the location I scheduled and as a result had to pick up the truck earlier 2. I didn't receive the truck I reserved 3. I had to return the truck to the location I didn't choose when this was supposed to be a one-way trip. 4. Due to #1, #2 & #3 I had to make a third trip and as a result was charged for an extra day and mileage. Excellent service! I have another scheduled truck this month and I'm looking for alternativesRick P.

The phone customer service is a joke. I called 3 times to get someone and had to wait 75 minutes to speak to someone. I tried calling the store directly, I tried pressing 0 I called 3 times and had to hang up after more then 30 minutes ?!?! That is not customer serviceFRANCE J.
I rented several times from other locations but yesterday was not a good experience, the cargo van was with a disgusting smell, the dashboard full of dust and the cup holders completely sticky. I also noticed the oil change was due for around 8000kms Very disappointing, I don't think they are following any COVID/health protocolLINA M.

We had a reservation. 1. They on their end changed the size of the truck from a 20' to 10' then did not have anything avail. You had one customer rep that let us have a truck for 12 hours, but what really pisses me off is we booked a month prior. Terrible organization. Also your customer rep. I was confirmed pickup and drop off at two separate locations only to be told I had to drop the vehicle off at the same pick up location. Returning the truck was an exercise in frustration. There's got to be an easier way. Your app would not allow me to upload the photos. I had to call a friend to come and help. Why not just allow people to email you the pictures and drop the keys in a box. That would be soooo much easier. ***Also, you did not give me a receipt and I have been overcharged. I booked my truck about 6 weeks in advance, the night before I was supposed to pick it up (at 7:30pm) I received a $50 credit and notice that a tru k would not be available in my booked location and also in the size I required. After waiting on the phone 15min I decided to drive to my closest location before they closed (8pm), I had to downsize to a smaller truck and change my pickup location by about 20km. They offered me reduction in price per km but it still didn't make up for the difference in distance or inconvenience specially after having planned 6 weeks ahead and having a very last minute issue.JULIEPAOLA H.

I rent trucks 2-3 times per year. Decided to go back to UHaul even though I had a terrible experience with them over ten years ago as they told me I could pick up and drop off in different locations - What a mistake! My rental was not what I ordered and I couldn't drop off at a different location as was promised. UHaul definitely lived up to their reputation of being the biggest crooks and criminals in this business. They commit to something at a reasonable price only to call you the day before and completely change everything. They consistently tried to sneak in extra charges on both pick up and my drop off (read your contract and ask what the charges are for folks! They pray on the meek!). I am convinced they train their employees how to sneak in any charge they can which is deplorable business. Don't know why I went back and gave them a second try - Shame on me! I will be sticking with their competitors going forward as they are honest, courteous and helpful unlike UHaul. Saving grace is the rep I had was a wonderful - She needs to find a better and healthier environment to work in.mike N.

This is more about the movers' time recommendation. While booking the truck and the movers, the website recommended 2 movers for 4 hours for a 3+ bedroom house move. The 4 hours time frame was only enough to load the truck. In order to complete the move and unload the truck, we needed an extra 3 hours. Please specify loading and unloading time. I have rented vehicles and trailers from this location several times and will continue to do so. The staff is great and they have lots of inventory. They get us on our way quickly, making sure everything works and is hooked up properly. Drop-off is also fast and efficient. A much better experience than other locations in the area.Attila C.

Service was much better at this location than the Woody st location in Oakville (the manager at that location is atrocious)...but the truck wasn't very clean. That being said it's a moving truck so I wasn't expecting shining and new, but a little cleaner inside the cab wound be been nice. In April I wanted a 26 foot truck 2days b4 my move date I was told it wasn't available was told I cld have a 20foot and a 5x8 trailer. When I went to pu truck and trailer was told they didn't have 5x8 only 4x8. 2 bikes a exsersize bike and 2sets of tires wld not fit. I had to borrow a pu truck and go back for them. My car and pu cost me 120 extra dollars in gas. If I ever need a rental or anybody I know needs 1 I will use someone elseKEVINN K M.

The people were polite. The girl who showed me my room realized it wasn’t clean already so immediately mopped it. But the service experience as a whole was absolutely horrible. We reserved the space and truck. Called to confirm everything was good the day before. Was thanked for confirming. Then. Arrived to be good our space was rented out. Apparently the reservation means absolutely nothing!! It as very upsetting. I had to move my mother in that one day and had done all the work to prepare only to be told that reserved means nothing to anyone at uhaul. The girl apologized that this is the policy. Offered to call another location. But we picked that location for a reason. It was very stressful for my senior mom. We ended up in a much more expensive space just to spent through everything. Rented me 2 Trucks low on fuel. Had to fuel up midway through a move with a truck full of belongings, no truck availability, also rented me another cargo van with a flat tire, had I not noticed I could have been in serious danger on the highway driving.
