The only issue I had was long lines and wait times to get service as there was very limited staffing on site especially on weekends which are typically the busiest times for the facility. Otherwise I was very happy with the cleanliness, friendly staff and access to the facility.

I had to rent a truck a few times for my move out of town, and each time they were very accommodating. They even offered me a free month of storage, which helped me a lot during the transition. I really appreciate the support from the manager who arranged a 20 ft truck for me during a very busy time. They had run out of my original booking, but they adjusted things and gave me a discount to make sure my emergency was taken care of. Thank you to everyone at U-Haul Oakville. You are a great team. I highly recommend this location.
