My reservation was changed to another location and I was never notified, called customer service and was told nothing could be done to help me. Was also told that someone by the name of Dolores had spoken to me which was completely false. I spent 30 mins at the location I made my reservation trying to understand why the system kept telling me that I was at the wrong location when all of my email confirmations show the location to the location I made the reservation. This cost me time and more moneyHenry C.
This was the first time renting a vehicle from Uhaul. Customer service was bar none excellent. They were all very professional, polite and accommodating. The update was easy to accept as a bundled advantage. The policies easy to understand. They were quick to prepare and provide excellent service. The vehicles were in top condition in appearance and operating condition. The store was clean and organized. I did a reservation at 5900 Dewey st Hollywood I get there by 11:00 am appointment time, call at the number provided in the place,, the person in charge never answered my phone call and 2 more persons that was there waiting.. We all give up waiting and decided to find another location, which finally get our rental equipment, the credit is for the people who works in 2033 S. State rd 7 west park , FLLuis C.

The customer service representative was extremely rude. I was sent by the NMb office to get a cargo van for 24 hours. They refused to rent me the van at first. Finally they allowed me to use the van for 20 hours but required it returned before the opening of business the next day, severely inconveniencing me.YONATON S.

After having settled my balance they've been continuously charging my card for various amount (over ten attempted fraudulent charges, some charges more than the amount on my contract ). Thankfully I keep that card turned off but beware of them stealing your money disguised as unpaid balances. In fact after calling them I found out my balance with them is negative $7, so now I'm patiently waiting for that refund. And for them to stop attempting to fraudulently charge my card.Whitney B.

The lady at the counter ignored me for over 10 minutes, while she complained and acted unseemingly letting all who has ears know that she was going on break. After she checked her cell phone, she finally acknowledged my presence, as I displayed a high level of calmness. She then charged me over, not even asking if I had my insurance card which was in my hand after I verbally confirmed. Thankfully Sunday when the car was turned in the matter was resolved. The van smelled like dog feces and there were little roaches in the cargo area. I rushed to remove my items so that the pest did not enter into my personal space. One thing I noticed in the many times using this location, (as other locations in my area never seems to have inventory) that there always a long line and wait becaus there never enough customer service agents and the one who are there tends to talk with each other and seems to care less about the customers time. If you made reservations , you still have to wait in line like every one. Is it possible to have a line dedicated to reservation so we don't need to waist the time and particular in that west park FL location. As a contractor, this location is my last resort as many other locations in our Hollywood/Pembroke Pines/Hallandale area don't have much of an aninventory. Please fix this place as I am always waiting time there mostly for lack of staff who are slow walking their job.AVRAHAM M.

Overall, the staff were amazing and very responsive and helpful. However, it was frustrating not being able to perform anything in the app prior to their opening time DESPITE electing for the 24/7 process. We ended up having to wait in line until it opened and then wait for them to do all the work that should have been done prior to their opening. Furthermore, my location was changed -- adding at least 20 miles to my originally planned trip and there was no way to adjust the milage to account for the fact that my original location was right next to my storage unit, and the newly selected location was much further away. Finally, having a truck with a fuel level where the warning light came on prior to me even making to to my initial load was frustrating.Robert B.

Staff at West Park location and on the phone were nice and really helped. There was one issue I had which I noticed one day when accessing the U-Box. The staff did not put a tarp on the outside of the U-Box the first day it was on-site. This caused some rain water to penetrate the container. Luckily, only one box was effected and the contents were not damaged. Also, the entire process online was messy. Constantly, the wrong status of the order from drop-off by the movers to shipping of the U-Box were inaccurate. I had to call several times to make sure the process was moving smoothly and to find out the location of the U-Box. The customer facing side of the website needs to be addressed to fix issues with lack of accurate status.Random L.

When picking up my rental at scheduled time my confirmed rental of a 20' truck was not at location. They left me standing there waiting for manager to come inside with no care to go get the manager as I was on a schedule with movers arriving. When manager came in nobody apologized for the problem basically acting as though it wasn't there problem. I understand they couldn't control that I was sent there but an apology for the inconvenience would have been nice. Then when they gave me a larger truck which I absolutely opposed but had no choice. They didn't walk me to truck just told me to turn down the block and it was down one of the alley ways. I was appalled at this customer service. I also was not told a link would be sent to me to upload pictures of damage to truck and gas guage so by the time I saw it it was expiredKelly H.

The employees were very rude when i dropped off the truck. I picked up the truck at 6a empty. The app said to take a photo of the level of gas, noted it was empty. The app said bring it back at the same level, so I did. The rude employee said whe was chatging me to fill the gas tank to 1/3, pointing out the contract says I'll be charged gas if it's not one third when I drop it off. I told her it was empty and the app said to bring it back empty. She said Sir, you are talking to a human now, not a computer. You have fill it to one third or we will charge you to fill it for you." I would like executive management to look into this and get back to me.Chris B.
