Yes BUT. The call Center copied my number down wrong. The store then failed to contact me prior to my first appointment when the hitch didn't come in. They made it right by honouring the initial quote plus giving me a discount. The employees at the Guelph store were apologetic about the error. The central booking however was non responsive to my emails. I recommend the location but booking services needs improvementChris C.

Return of the vehicle takes longer than necessary. I sat in the return lane for 15 minutes waiting for someone to release me. I think it could be done faster. When trying to pick up truck the online app would not allow me to progress past â€˜ supply a second contact name/number we can call if u are late dropping off truck'. It would not accept the alternate phone #, stated it was primary already which it was not. Went into storefront and was helped immediately and with great curteousy. The process was easy renting the vehicle and the vehicle worked well. No complaints there. I think it should have been cleaner in the cab though. The dash was dusty. Also when I returned it there was no paperwork done and when I got my receipt it said it was returned the next day instead of a few minutes late. I got charged a late fee because of this I think. I had a bit of trouble finding a truck, I was looking in one group of trucks until I realized there was another group of trucks parked at the front of the lot. I really liked jumping the line becuase I picked up my truck through my phone.Lloyd B.
Drop off location,199 Victoria Rd S. Guelph was changed last minute by U-Haul. I drove to the original drop off location(Victoria Rd) and they told me I can't drop the truck there, they did not have enough space for a truck and that the computer said my drop off was Speedvale location. The website allowed me to pick Victoria location. Very annoying to drive there then have to drive across the city to another location. I would reconsider using U-haul again because this exact thing happened last time I rented a truck.Bryan C.

I was supposed to pick it up at 11 and I reserved 20' truck but had to pick it up at 4 and got 15' truck. Had to do two trips and wasted unnecessary money also messed up everyone's schedule. Terrible customer service. We declined the safe move coverage upon rental and were charged for it anyways. I requested a few fund and they clerk told me I should have asked for it before. I did. He eventually refunded it. It felt very bait and switch and I wonder how many times a day people are charged this fee and don't notice it. Didn't have my proper unit when I went to move in so had to split my stuff in two units which staff tried to charge extra for. Then, when I was going to move out, a representative said I didn't have to pay the past few days as I'd be paying full month price for 3 days. As a result, I not only got charged full price but actually got charged a late fee on top of that. Then, when I went to confront this issue, the staff proceeded to tell me that uhaul doesn't do prorated payment. My only issue is with the set-up of payments. When I got my first invoice in my email, the total to pay said $0.00; there was no other indication of date or amount. I had the first month of storage free so I just assumed that this was for the first month free. Then maybe 2 weeks later, I got an invoice saying that my payment was late and I had a late fee attached now. Why would I receive an invoice with the total of $0.00 on it? Why would it not state the amount owed. From a customer's point of view, this is inaccurate and confusing.
