Ramp size was didn't fit for atv I was putting in it. Even when I mentioned to the person I was using it for that purpose. Unit was full of rocks and employee say it and even made comment it had lots of gravel on the bottom. Agent was very force full for a 2nd phone number and said won't rent it to me without one. Then when I gave him 1 didn't ask who person was or relationship. Honestly could been a random number from my phone and he would have never known. So overall service here was horrible. Had to loss 4 hours of my trip and cost me about $100 due to mistake plus cost to rental I didn't use and fee to have someone return it for me since I am out of stateWALTER L.

When we received truck it was filled with dog hair all over the seats and the back looked beyond disgusting. It had a wet dog smell throughout the truck. When returning truck employees were rude. I later then called the store to speak with the manager and that is when the manager proceeded to not listen and yelled at me for letting him know that he was being unprofessional and rude. Dropped off the truck at exactly 9:50 AM, was told to turn in the keys and they would mark the time. Got a bill now showing it was not marked in until after noon. Please remove this charge. You cannot remove the anger I feel at being lied to, cheated and treated so badly by the two men at the front desk. Very poor for business to have such mean people at your desk.ROSEMARYC J.

The staff you have are good and friendly! The system you have where you can't contact the store and you talking to somebody for across the country. Where they don't know some of the rules from the state you actually will be at. It would be helpful you can talk to somebody that actually is from the state you need help from. I had a horrible experience trying to call and get transferred 20 times. The costumer service program is a joke. The people who work there are fantastic. When ordering containers, tell customer they do not need to be present for drop off so they can have them when needed. Contact customer when dropped off to verify right location, not at house where homeowners are wondering why I have these at my house. And to be honest with customers. When you tell customers you will call and don't ,leaving customers in the dark is not good customer relations.Thomas W.

First upon arriving 3 guys watched me walk in and up to the counter. Not one of them said one minute someone will be with you. While going over my rental contract, a woman next to me was shushed by a ride employee(called himself the GM) guy was on a total tool power trip. Then made the woman leave the store because his words were "I am not doing this with you, because you are stupid."Then the truck I got was old and rusted out on the doors and rockers. It would rev to a super high rpm before shifting gears. Smelt like a pack a day smoker lived in it for a year. They said it was the only 20 footer they had. I understand that so I left with the because it's what I needed. After seeing what i witnessed with the "GM" i said screw it I'll take what i can get. Used the truck for 4 hrs and went the 25 miles I estimated. Return was super simple. Guy walks in a circle and says You're all set,you'll receive a emailed receipt.David R.

The storage was not free for one month as stated. They called and asked me to pay for the storage after I already paid for it. We rented a truck, it was pouring out break fluid - we had to BUY and Put break fluid for the truck. Did not get a discount or even reimbursement for the fluid we bought.maria V.
We traveled throughout the States the whole summer using UHAUL and spent quit a bit of money from installing the hitch to scheduling traliers in 3 different States and also paid a month for rental storage..When dropping off at the West Springfield location, we left some very small beads in the truck one swipe of a broom and they were out we in fact wanted to get them because they belonged to our Rain Stick..Caitlin actually charged a c;lean up fee for something so minimum considering we just made a 25 hour trip across the country and the spent money all summer with UHAUL this certainly wasn't worth a clean up fee..She should have been better..Lisa J.

Getting a in touch of Uhaul is painful. And once you make a reservation to pick up rental. Most of the time one has to drive to other locations to pick up trailer or truck. Very inconvenient. Next time I will consider renting from a competitorCARLOS Q.

The location and employees were great. The truck was clean and service was above average. The only complaint I have was the vehicle was extremely noisy and uncomfortable. For short trip this may work, but on long trips like the one we did it was bothersome. We could hardly hear the radio, the GPS, or the phone conversations.DESMOND F.

My mileage used was incorrect I was charged 57 miles I was local I used the vehicle 5 times each trip was 2 or less miles that would equal 20 miles with round trip but I was late n stupidly did not look at odometer when I rented truck . So no way I could prove mileage so instead of paying 41 bucks I got stuck paying 90 maybe just a record keeping area but don't feel good that I got stuck paying an extra 50 bucks .JOSEPH L.

The unit was great and all staff were nice. However not being reimbursed for unused time that was already paid for, is a bad practice. I already paid for a month that I am not using, and you can rent out the unit and get a month’s rent from someone else, double dipping.
