I loved there customer service and very convenient for me and my husband, but there was one thing that I really didn’t know and one thing that was not mentioned what that if I pay a month and leave before my month ends I don’t get a reimbursement of what I don’t use, but other than that everything is as good.. Not recommending to anyone. Charges way more. For 4 miles I was charged $23.85 fuel and they don't listen to us. I used uhaul previously but was never charged this way. Worst place for uhaul. I went there because it was just next door but no more in future.SUMIT K.

I had some trouble at check in and ended up with 2 trucks assigned to me. I'm still not sure that it's been fixed as the lady at the return location thought i was returning 2 trucks. But, the most unappealing parts of the location were the individuals waiting outside the gate to harass you for work and the lack of parking.Chelsey B.

Was given the wrong truck. I ordered and paid for a 20 foot truck and was given a 15 foot truck and lied to about it being the right truck when I asked, was not refunded the different either which is fraud and no one here seems to care but they will when I tell everyone the way they treat customers.CHARLES B.

Checking out the Truck was Great! But the return one gentleman met me at van and checked me in he was very nice. The Gentleman behind counter was crazy kept telling me the van was was in a different nam, even stated I must have rented it at another location. I said come on it's not that hard to print a receipt he then started yelling at me. I said I can get my original I just put it in my car. He continued yelling at me as I walked out. I came back in a brought receipt he didn't even look at it. I asked for a manager he said she outside. The whole time I was standing there I could here young children screaming in the Room next door. That is not professional at all bringing kids to a work environment like yours. Carmen came in and walked him through the process to recall receipts. All he had to do was say I'm new and in training my Manager will be here in a few minutes. So he's not off to a good start with your company and will cause a toxic work place.DAN L.

The location was NOT the one is Westpark. It was the one in Westheimer and Highway 6. I was lucky enough to talk to a girl (I think her name was Aileen or Eileen) who was super helpful. However, I have to say that I went to 6 locations in Houston close to my house in the Galleria area, and nobody could give me reliable information about the product Uhaul Box Storage, except in the Westheimer and Highway 6 location. The rest was GREAT. However, I want to say something else: talking to you over the phone is an ordeal. It is extremely painful to wait for sooooooo long and on top of that, having to listen to that person endlessly. You need more people in your customer service department.Ixida Q.

This was my first ever U-Haul rental and the experience was horrible. The representative at the store was extremely unpleasant and rude to me for no apearant reason except that I was wearing my traditional clothes and this i think was the only reason he discriminated against me. He is a disaster kind of guy for being in customer service and I am saying this coz I myself work in customer service and I know how to treat customers and not at least be rude to them. He was treating other customers much better and you can see this on the camera. The horrible experience does not stop there. The next day I got a bill of 163$ instead of 49 + some 5 more and the bill said I have not filled gas and he had to fill 13 more gallons and charged me 85 for it. I have the before and after pictures of the fuel gauge and mileage. I only drove it exactly 20 miles and filled 7 gallons and the fuel gauge was showing more gas then when I got it. He marked the fuel about a quarter filled on paper. If you think he made a mistake, 13 more gallons would almost fill the tank which can also be verified by when he gave the truck to the next person which clearly means this guy racially discriminated against me. I can prove him being discriminated to me with all proofs and want someone to contact me so I can report the issue or I can just go about and post the whole experience on social media.Imran S.

Always check the odometer before you leave. I knew that, but this time I forgot. Then I got charged many more miles than I went. (If you know how much gas you used, you can guestimate how many miles) I came back and explained the situation, and I got my money back. It was good that that manager believed me enough to reimburse me. It seems that the man before me in that van had submitted a picture of his ending miles. But it also seems like he lied. This location is short staffed. Truck was not ready upon arrival for contactless pickup. Also, utility dolly was not put in the truck and I did not realize until I was already gone and at my destination. I also wanted to add equipment and I was informed of a lack of supplies on furniture dollys. The guy working the counter was very friendly. The woman at the counter was quick and efficient. The van had a slight odor but nothing that opening the windows couldn't solve. I ordered the pack of a dozen moving blankets and they were wonderful for covering the floor and walls of the van and protecting my furniture! The drop off of the van was quick and easy and overall the experience went really well. (FYI There is a charge per mile on top of the rental fee so choose your location wisely)LORI G.

My travel trailer was stolen there Saturday, May 8th. I received zero help from the staff. I was told that a supervisor was "on the way". I waited an hour, she never showed up. The only negative, and this is really not the facility, but the yard crew using the unit across from me blocked the entire driveway with several vehicles and they refused to move their truck from in front of my unit until I begged sufficiently.
