Extremely well run! From the manager to all the staff. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. I loved this facility and its entire staff. They were always there for me and helped me so many times. My needs changed and I no longer needed the storage space but, if I do again I’ll be back ! Great facility and the people made it the best ever!

richard c. | Overall ExperienceThe male manager was rude upon arrival and initiation by telling me I was "rude" for walking past him and not saying thank you as he blocked the entrance to talk to a staff member. When moving things into storage, there was a guy in a trench coat that parked behind my movers and I. He got out of his car and decided to badly walk toward us and our storage to view our belongings. We asked him if there was a problem but he ignored us and decided to walk back to his car after taking a photo of us. The first and couple times after we arrived, there was always alot(20 males) of Hispanics waving us down in the parking lot asking for work. It made unpacking uncomfortable as they starred us down and continously asked. Recently we had no problems and finally closed out our storage. Thank you

Kevin H. | Overall ExperienceI never trusted the storage room like I trusted this one I left my things there without checking on them for months and I didn't feel any way the people in the office are so nice they help with your every need and if I ever need another storage room it would be this one on West Park I want to thank the manager she is so nice and polite from the time I moved in until the time I moved out that attitude hasn't changed thank you for being you and thank you for having a good crew
