The person who helped me was very helpful. But my reservation was not kept. I had to wait for someone to return a truck before I was given a truck. What is the point of a reservation of there isn't enough stock to rent out? Absolutely terrible experience

Make sure trucks are clean before giving them out to the next customer. The 1st truck that was given to me was very dirty in the inside and smelled, they changed it and the 2nd was a lil dirty as well. I was in a hurry so I took it and cleaned it myself. Clearly they don't disinfect these trucks.

I made my reservation online and everything was ready when I got there.I also bought mattress covers,which were cheaper than the store.The truck was clean in the cab and inside the back of the truck.Returning after hours was easy but I wasn't sure if I went through the right steps on my phone to download the pictures.I went back to the store the next day and everything was calculated right.The employees were very helpful and kind at pickup and when I returned.Inside the store also followed protocol for safety because of the pandemic. I will definitely come back to this location if I need to rent a uhaul again.

The vans were parked very close together, the driver door was blocked by the next van. I had to squeeze into the passenger door. A little spacing between the vans would help especially if customers are pulling in and out of those tight spaces.

I had to wait 30 min to even be let into the premise, along with a few other customers, even though it was 830am and they had been “open” since 7am. The employee was rude when they finally did let me in. The truck was not loaded with the supplies I paid for. The truck was not fueled.

The truck I drove needed an alignment, I was shaking driving over 50 ml/hr in the highway scary. I asked to return or es have the the nearest uhaul location and they would charge me $400. Totally not acceptable.

The truck was new so it wasn't any fuel inside, I had to put 20$ of gas inside and I only made it to the corner of the place I rented it. And one mile away from where I put the first gas in now I had to put 20$ more gas. And20$ more before I took the truck back. I I paid more for gas then the rental

Walk in to have an inspection and hand off keys. Before we could say anything, the "customer service" agent said drop off the keys in the box outside.. Then walked away....

Quick and painless. The purchase of the storage unit and the return of the unit was very fast. Answered all my questions. Good filled displays of product. I was in a bit of a jam so i appreciate these guys for coming to wrk and doing the job they do.

This is what I wrote for the checkout comment portion: i will be sending an email to corporate about our truck fiasco when we received the truck on empty and was told we had to fill with gas for use to receive a credit when all we needed was a clean truck ready to use, how our room wasn't even cleaned out when we moved in, the lack of light not only in the room but in the hallway, the thermostats that read 90° constantly, the lack of toilet paper and paper towels for 2 weeks at a time, and the piles of spilled rice that was left in the hallway outside my room for 2 weeks. There is no way any sanitation practices were maintained and it is a health and safety issue due to covid. I couldn't even complete this form with a light on as all lights except for one have gone out. Horrible, I will never be back.

I spent 10 days trying to close my account. I was on auto pay and didn’t owe anything but was told by corporate I needed the facility to close the account. There is almost always only one person on duty making it very inconvenient for you to see a rep without standing in line with a mask for an hour. The general manager/owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Corporate also gave me the run around, transferring me from one department to another with no results. Lack of customer service and communication
