Been a customer for a very long time at this location.. service has always been great.until this new process now it's slower n it takes a bit too longer that usual..I don't like that we have to pay now ,if they reps have to inspect the truck.tjats a push away to another tuck service.for many ive spoke to that usually rents from your establishment.perhaps pictures shud be taken before n after for the insurance purposes.a quick mark off doesn't really show n cover the truth if there are any malfunctions n dents and broken objects on the vehicle the is being rented.apologies,this long feedback but only being truthful of the system I'm progress.thank you very much..for yur time( blessith be)..

I was given an unsafe tow dolly. The wheel covers were connected via zip tie and cracked. While driving one of the wheel covers completely cracked and came off during high speeds. I had to use duct tape to connect it till I got to a safe place.

they did'nt give me a received and did'nt told me how many miles i used and how much was for the miles i drove i think they over charge me for a 10 foot truck the email i got didn't say how many miles i drove and when i got the truck the tank was 1/2 and i returned it like it was and they charge me 17 .50 more dollars because i did'nt returned it a full tank itdoes'nt compare the uhaul on fullerton ave

I had no issues at first especially with the location. I have rented from there in the past. My only problem is some how I was miss charged for gas. Close to $100 extra. I contacted customer service who confirmed my returning gas & stated maybe a glitch occurred & they are in the process of correcting the matter! I was shocked by this because I never had this issue before; but I understand mistakes happen!

Please have your crew always make sure to the clients understand if a credit is suppose to be giving to them let them know how much. It made me feel like you were taking my money from me and not telling me that I was going to be giving a credit back.

I made reservations over the phone. When we arrived at the pick-up location, it was closed. The pickup location was already a 45 min drive from where I was staying, all closer locations supposedly did not have a 4x8 trailer. We then had to drive another hour to get to a location downtown Chicago, which was not in a desirable location. The person at the counter was friendly but was multi-tasking which made the whole process even longer. The trailer had trash in it and the connector for the lights was not in working condition. Super disappointed.

Well, I just assumed that there was a bolly in the truck to help roll heavy items. I think that they should ask if you need other assistance for example etc. Overall everything and the providers were great and caring to their customers while I was there. Great Job everone!!!!

This is my second experience with this U-Haul place on Cicero & Grand My first experience the truck ran out of fuel and it stopped in the middle of the road underneath some train tracks we had to push the U-Haul to the side of the Road go back up to the U-Haul place to get another Truck ??????? Then we had to remove everything out of the truck and reload the other truck Oh I was beyond pissed ?? it was 90 something degrees out that day. My movers damn near die out there.. Now the 2nd Pay for the truck from you for something to 11 PM drop the truck back off at the station and my Wi-Fi wasn’t working so I could Properly check it the Truck In so I took pictures and left So I checked my receipt and they’re trying to charge me for an extra day plus some extra stuff and I am so done with them Period.. they try to get over on people every time this Shit is ridiculous They could look on Camera and you see that I brought the truck back at the time I was supposed to it’s not my fault my Wi-Fi was acting crazy at the time..And I’am not about to paid for an extra day when I brought it back the same day I will never in my life go back to this U-Haul place actually I would never use U-Haul Services ever again they sucks and they are a RIP OFF company

I felt like I was scammed. Complete taken advantage of. The terms of the contract were not explained properly. I was given an estimated total of $52.73 and when I returned the truck I was charged $117.52. When I inquired about the cost I was told that because I returned the truck 10 minutes late that I would be charged for another full additional day. Then I was told I was charged for going over my agreed upon 10 miles in which it hat wasn’t explained to me in the beginning either. My family and I have been a customer of this location for years but after my experience today I probably will never set foot in that place again nor would I suggest that anyone I know goes there either! I’m so disappointed

I have no complaints about this U-Haul location. The employees at this location are great! They were very friendly, courteous, kind and pleasant to work with. If there was a delay, they communicated that very well with the customers. Absolutely no complaints at all.

When rented my truck, I was told the gas was marked at 7/8. I discussed with the attendant when I turned the truck on and gas level was 5/8. When I returned the truck, noone had updated the account to reflect the accurate fuel level.

My problem was my second run the truck wouldn't start we call them they have us call aa.people to fix the problem my son came gave it a jump because we were in thee alley with my furniture made me late by the time we made storage wad close had to keep truck tlk with supervisor she made it like the truck never stop on people but it did on me say she call bck never heard anything i think i should been compensated for something not good at all

This location needs help with more employees. The only person at the counter was the manager. She was amazing! A few customers came in mad cause of the line but she handled it very well. As a manager myself she did a great job on how busy she was and how understaffed it was.

We showed up at 10:30 AM to pick up our truck at the specified and booked location. No one was there, no one answered the phone and there was no room to leave a voicemail. I called U-Haul and was on hold and transferred to several different people for 35 minutes. Ended up going to a different location where there was one person working in a line of 15 people and they were not concerned with any of the troubles we had had prior to getting there. The company associated with our initial booking should be removed from your database. It was a terrible experience with no one being there and four people staring at me with nothing to do because we had no truck. Then, we accidentally put too much gas in and was told sorry no refunds. When we got the truck it had a quarter tank of gas which meant we had to put in gas before we could even start our day. Wow! One of the worst experiences ever!

I spoke to someone 3hours before my 2:00 turn in time to ask for more time. She said yes its ok cuz I have 24hrs to return truck. When I go return the truck @5:45 pm they said I was being charhed a whole other day. Ridiculous and I will be notifying folks of this behavior if I am not reimburse for you all mistake??

All was well until i came to drop of the truck.. I literally stood outside for a hour because no body was in the store.. business hours say 7-7.. i arruved around 3pm.. n because know one was there i sat around n waited a hour.. myself n about 6 more other customers.. There was even 3 customers that came n left because of that.. unbelievable

I had to wait 3 hours in the store with only 2 people in line. The store only had 1 person working on a very busy day. I reserved a trailer that the store did not even have and ended up being charged twice as much for what I was originally quoted. I would like to be refunded for the extra day as I didn’t go over and would also like to be refunded on being charged double for a trailer I didn’t even reserve. Please look into this for me.

Hello, Can someone look into my extra charges on the truck? I was told I would not be charged for any extra days. The truck had oil all over the floor and gasoline on the floor of the storage area. I also had to wait 3 hours at this store location to get service with only 2 people in line. I request that I be refunded for the extra days at the least. Thank you.
