My experience with this storage facility was extremely frustrating. The unit was infested with mice, and the communication from management was very poor. I notified the front desk on July 25 that I had moved out, and because their system was down, I was told my move-out would be documented manually and entered into the system later. I also called and spoke with someone by phone to make sure they were aware that I had vacated the unit. Despite notifying them more than once, they continued attempting to charge my card after I had already moved out. It is unacceptable to have to repeatedly communicate the same information while still being charged for a unit I no longer occupied. Between the pest issue and the lack of communication, I would not recommend this facility.
