Fire everyone there. I showed up to my appointment And was met with many customers unhappy that the system was down and no vehicles available. The lady behind counter was grumbling she was going to quit because she does not get paid to deal with this. As more customers came in, she tried to by pass me to bother customer of her same race. The lady said no this gentleman has been here before me. As I started to complete the paperwork she told me just a minute And I watched her walk out side and went a Ross the street to smoke. When she came back in to finish my paper she told me system was down and I need to pay by cash and it would be 102 dollars and then said nope since I was paying by cash it was four dollars more. When I said that was rediculous because I wanted to pay by card, the manager said try the card and it worked. Then she just mumbled through and told me to go find the guy in the lot to hook up trailer.

Been a customer for a very long time at this location.. service has always been great.until this new process now it's slower n it takes a bit too longer that usual..I don't like that we have to pay now ,if they reps have to inspect the truck.tjats a push away to another tuck service.for many ive spoke to that usually rents from your establishment.perhaps pictures shud be taken before n after for the insurance purposes.a quick mark off doesn't really show n cover the truth if there are any malfunctions n dents and broken objects on the vehicle the is being rented.apologies,this long feedback but only being truthful of the system I'm progress.thank you very much..for yur time( blessith be)..

I was given an unsafe tow dolly. The wheel covers were connected via zip tie and cracked. While driving one of the wheel covers completely cracked and came off during high speeds. I had to use duct tape to connect it till I got to a safe place.

they did'nt give me a received and did'nt told me how many miles i used and how much was for the miles i drove i think they over charge me for a 10 foot truck the email i got didn't say how many miles i drove and when i got the truck the tank was 1/2 and i returned it like it was and they charge me 17 .50 more dollars because i did'nt returned it a full tank itdoes'nt compare the uhaul on fullerton ave

I had no issues at first especially with the location. I have rented from there in the past. My only problem is some how I was miss charged for gas. Close to $100 extra. I contacted customer service who confirmed my returning gas & stated maybe a glitch occurred & they are in the process of correcting the matter! I was shocked by this because I never had this issue before; but I understand mistakes happen!
