Paul D.The person “attending†to us was rude. He was on his personal cell phone while giving us our information. I have never rented a uhaul so it would have been beneficial to receive more information. He did not tell us how to identify which truck was ours, only stating which lane it was in. There was three trucks in our lane. Another customer outside who was also upset with his service was the one to tell us the identification number was inside the truck not on the license plate #. We also ordered furniture pads, the employee did not tell us to take them from inside it was another customer that told us how to get our purchased products. Our drop off time was after hours and it wasn't until I asked him how we return the truck that he explained how after hours drop off went.

In addition, they make promises they don't follow through with and you are forced to call customer service to get your refund. This is poor service standards for this location.

Carmel C. | Overall Experience24/7 check in did not work and had to wait two hours for store to open to finally pick up the truck. Not on the specific location but a U-Haul problem. Also online I reserved a 20' truck and no 20' trucks were available. I had to then leave items behind because the truck was not large enough for all my items. Why have the ability to reserve a specific truck if it's not going to be there. I don't foresee using U-Haul ever again. At this point I am willing to pay more to not use your equipment.

Christopher M.U-Haul in Weymouth is the best U-Haul location we have been to. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have all of our moving needs. U-Haul needs to improve or simplify its online truck return web sight. It is very frustrating to use and we end up returning the truck and keys without signing out. We have seen other people getting frustrated by it as well.

James D.The uhaul was at 1/4 for gas which is very low considering we didn't know how fast it uses gas per distance so we had to fill up right away. We put more than expected and when we returned it, the gas was more than the 1/4 and we were told we will receive gas credit but we never did. They charged us for the full price without the gas credit!

Richard B.You charged me $130.95 as an estimate for my reservation (plus the $300 for the movers, who were excellent). You then charged me $253.21 without crediting me for the estimate, and the $253.21 included an overcharge for gas of $34.65 and it did not include a promised $50 credit because you changed my reservation and made me travel 25 extra minutes to pick up my truck. The servicewas good, but the billing processes have left me feeling ripped off, and that will be what I warn people about in doing business with you. I will be disputing the credit card charge unless you make the proper adjustments.

Salvatore L.Very quick and easy to rent and even easier to return! Just wish there was some sort of two or three day deals and or specials as the milage just racks up very quickly at .99¢ per mile. It doesn't sound bad at first until you realize your move was further than expected or even worse an extra trip or two more than expected. I would definitely recommend no matter what though as the service was very quick and friendly!!

It DID. Everything worked out really well. The only issue that I had was with the pass. It sometimes, many times took two or three swipes to work. It hardly ever worked with one swipe. The card is an excellent way for us to access the stuff we have in storage, and you had equipment to help me move the volume of stuff much more easily. My only issue is the swipe card. It almost always took 2 or 3 swipes to open the door. Everything else went very well. All of my stuff in storage was well kept. I already had a UHaul lock for the space that I got from last time using you folks. That worked out really well. Thank you for what you do and how you work with the people who use your service. I came at 2 different times when you had a high volume of customers, but you folks handled each and everyone of us with respect and gave us time so we felt like we mattered. Great job to all the staff people.

Does not explain well how to get in to building, even with checkin online it wouldnt allow me in so i had to find a staff member. He was very busy with trucks/phone/ other customers since he was only employee there. When i went to put more items in storage it said access denied since i didnt check out, but not explained anywhere that i saw how to do it.

The Weymouth facility was understaffed and one staff member wasted one whole hour of my time by not giving me my storage unit keys when I went to pick up the truck. I had to pay my movers extra for the wait time. When I asked questions about my storage unit he seemed clueless also reluctant to show me my unit. He also would waste time flirting and joking with customers . Ridiculous
