I waited 40 minutes in line to pick up a truck. I was quoted aprox $50 for the rental over the phone and now I have two 50+ dollar charges on my bank statement. The whole ordeal was confusing and unpleasant. you need to have either better training for your employees or more help on Sunday’s. At one point there was only 1 employee in there who was trying to help a line of people inside and also run outside to fill propane.. I would try my very best to avoid using uhaul the next time I need to rent a truck.

The wait times are crazy. When we returned the truck we pulled up to where it says “if returning stop and wait someone will be out” we waited a few mins no one came out. My husband when I’m and I waiting in the car with our kids for 45 mins.. it took them so long to get to him it was now after 12. And I was charged for a another day.. absolutely unexceptable it’s not the employees fault there is clearly not enough coverage

They should have an express pickup line for those who reserved online. The wait to pickup was long and the transaction was long as well. i had all my information in prior to arriving and we felt as if we were buying the truck not renting it.

The truck I rented worked great, but the gas mileage was suspect. I drove 64 miles,mostly city and always within the speed limit. I had to refill with 7 gallons of gas. The GMC Sierra is supposed to get 18mpg city; I got under 10.

Your customer service representatives, quoted me different quote as to when I booked the reservation on 2/22. My husband and my brother went there to pick up the truck, were told "that you have to bring it back within 6 hours, and it was going to cost around 72.00 total". I was told on $40.00 for the 24 hour period, not 6 hours! When we returned the vehicle on 7:45 p.m., we were told that "they were not going to charge us the gas fee" from Travis as it was close enough to when we took it out. We received it with only an 1/8 and we returned it with 1/4 and if my mathematics are correct, a 1/4 is more 1/8. I was charged to my bank $116. and some change, which was not what I was quoted on the 22nd. I will never use this company again, and I will let everyone know, how my experience with this company was. I am putting a stop payment on my account. Never again!!!

I scheduled to rent a trunk and the day before, I went to get the mattress cover and couch cover I bought while placing my order online. This was actually inconvienant because these items could have been placed in the truck prior to when I was picking the truck up with the 24/7 lockbox and saved me driving to the uhaul pace the day before I moved

Drop off was simple. Great truck! But for the second straight time, the attendant is not putting the info down into the system. I was called about 4 ½ hours after I dropped it off, wondering when the will drop it off. I told person to check is lot.

This location is understaffed and poorly managed. I waited in line for 35min to pick-up a truck; only to be told they would not take my temporary MA license. So I had to go back with someone who had a valid license and wait in-line again for another 20min. The person at the desk was doing his best but seemed to need more training. The manager their did NOT help any of the customers waiting in line. I also ordered a van with a dolly, their was no dolly in the van when I got home and the gas tank was NOT full. Very poorly managed location.



If you paid more I would apply for a job. The staff of Tom,Daniel an Erica on Saturday where great. Great experience clean an gased up trucks combined with professionalism is a perfect mix. I’m the Rentanator an “I’ll be back”



I have rented from another location and was somewhat worried I wouldn’t get the same great service. Well Tom Hamilton made sure that didn’t happen. I showed up two hours early due to my client I was moving. No problem Tom was as smooth as silk am smiling at 659am. When I returned the truck Mathew handled the return an they worked some majic to make sure I got my gas credit because I secured it on card an my client ended up paying with hers. Some financial gymnastics an the staff kept on smiling. I tried I guess to knock them of there game but I was happily denied. Great experience so good in fact I’m going to rent again from the same location tomorrow even though I could go elsewhere. Thanks Uhaul. ??

We were waited on by Matthew Lee. The man was genuinely aggravated when I told him we needed a truck. He sighed and spoke under his breath. I asked if everything was okay and he exclaimed “ he did not have time for this!” If we didn’t need the truck, I would have left right then and there. We do not rent very often, but this gentleman was VERY unprofessional. I will never rent from this location again and I will deter anyone else from renting here. We all have bad days. But a professional leaves a poor atitude at home.

I downloaded the app hoping to avoid customer service, unfortunately the picture functionality in the app was not working when I was trying to take my license pictures. I went into customer service for help and the process with the teller took 30 minutes. He was inept and his coworker was hostile to him for asking questions. Neither work mentioned that before the truck had to be returned the gas had to be replaced or where the truck goes. Overall terrible customer service and it is clear the management at this location has poor training that leads to long wait times and missing information for customers. Would not recommend.



I have no problem with the location itself but person who was working at this location at the time that I rented the truck, past 6PM on a Saturday, made my experience a lot worse than what I had expected. I had rented with U-Haul at a different location before and dropped the truck off at this location with no issue. However, the person that helped me out today was clearly not happy with his job. He made condescending comments and was annoyed when I requested that he plug in my destination on his computer, as had been done at a different location before, in order to figure out how many miles I would need the truck for. I will definitely use the Quincy location from now on as I was treated rudely when I was nothing but polite to this person. I work in customer service myself and I would have never treated anyone the way he treated me.

the exterior damage to the truck at time of pickup was not noted or discussed prior to my vehicle inspection , nor noted anywhere on the rental agreement. When I went back inside to notify and have the uhaul rep come out and note the damage , which he refused to do so. I then took time and date stamped pictures of all the damage as I was not going to charged for damage I am not responsible for.

There were no problems with the truck. It ran very well. The service representative were courteous and helpful. The one critical observation would be the service dolly in the cab was not attached properly coming undone as I drove out of the U-Haul parking lot. I did point this out problem out to the rep. at the time of return. Thank you
