Brenda K.All charges and fees need to be upfront and clear, starting with the online reservation. The internet reservation said I was going to be paying a total of $151 for everything - all fees, charges, insurance, etc. But, they charged me $269 at the desk, and they said, "the online doesn't include your mileage." This is bad. However, when you return the truck, they will charge you the real amount after all said and done. I think it's a bad way to do business with people. Just be upfront with everything at the beginning.
Jonathan D.Can start by reading the beginning gas gauge correctly!! Was told there was a half a tank in the truck and barely made it 19 miles before having to fuel. Retuned the truck with way more than was given and was still charged the price of half a tank!! I will not be using uhaul again.

Abigail H.The last 3 of 4 times using uhaul have not been pleasant. This will probably be the last time as the trailer was not ever properly connected to my truck and I had the trailer pop off the ball slam into my truck repeatedly and almost hit others around me. This is not a mistake that can happen and it's very dangerous. This is why I always like to connect my own trailers but apparently an employee has to do it and they know way they are doing. This could have been a lot worse.

Eric W.If the dolly I reserved isn't available, some notice would be nice. They just gave us a different, cheaper dolly and didn't say anything until I called to ask about it. It wasn't a huge problem, more inconvenient than anything.

Lauren G.Wow, where do I start... Well, first, got stranded for 11 hours with no help, in 107° weather and a 5 year old. Luckily it happened while I was trying to get the car dolly and the place we were supposed to pick it up at was a mechanic shop. Uhaul truck couldn't go faster then 50 without shaking violently. Hours on the phone with customer service, multiple different people talked to and I have absolutely no cellphone service at this point. Long story short, the kind people I picked the car dolly up from, one was calling their district manager multiple times throughout the day to which he had no way of getting ahold of road side assistant bosses or higher ups to make the customer service people do their Job, was told they would be there within an hour which they never even arrived. Then they told me there were no trucks available and they would have to set us up in a hotel in a town that didn't have one to which I replied that I had to get to my destination by the next morning and that the uhaul distributor that I got stuck at called their friend who also distributed and got us a replacement uhaul of the same size. That was after multiple hours of being told there was nothing they could do but send a mechanic to see if they could fix it even though we were sitting at a mechanics place who offered to fix it as long as they got reimbursed but was told no to which noone showed. Told the roadside people we found a uhaul 15 miles away, they were to send a tow truck to pick up our full and not drivable Uhaul and take it to the destination where the uhaul was but since that was going to be over an hour and the distributor it was being picked up from couldn't stay that late due to prior engagements the distributor took the uhaul to us and then the distributor that we were stuck at helped us moved everything into the uhaul after the uhaul people told them to leave us knowing there was no cellphone service which was why they had to call the distributors phone to contact me. Either way, uhaul lost two distributors that day and I'm glad I wasn't farther away because it was 107 out, my daughter and I had no water as it was supposed to be a quick grab and go, no food, no bathroom, no AC and we more then likely would have been stuck even longer. I will never use Uhaul again.

William T N.Improve geolocation range for mobile pickups. I was in the correct parking lot, but I could not initiate the pickup because the website thought I wasn't at the location. Fortunately, the office was already open, and I was helped inside. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to pickup my rental vehicle!
Blake H.Better staffing would be great, but I think everyone is short handed right now. That's the only complaint I have. There was 4 people in line when I got there, but the employees seemed to work quickly, and diligently to get the line down as fast as possible.
Katrina H.The truck I rented was absolutely fithy on the inside. I told the attendant Katie. She replied, "Sir, I think you'll be ok". I told her the fuel was low. She replied, "no, I checked it myself". So I showed her. She told me I can fix it in the app. I uploaded a picture of the gas gauge to the app BEFORE I left the store. I returned it a little over 1/2 a tank. I drove 8 miles! Yes 8 miles only. 7 gallons of gas for 8 miles? No way this is fair. I will follow up on this on Monday. Not locally.

Douglas A.I stopped in asking if there were any available trucks for a last minute, one day move. I was told no & that everything was booked in advance. Also, as far as they could tell, the other U-Hauls in town were in the same situation: nothing available. I did call another U-Haul location in town & while he said they had nothing available he offered to check around on his computer. He found a 20 foot truck that would be available at 2:00 pm at the location I just left. He asked if I wanted to reserve it & I said yes. All taken care of because he bothered to get online & look around. I'm going to stop by his location soon & thank him.
John S.This U haul location has what it takes. Within the last six months we have used U-Haul three times and each time I had a smile on my face and had good things to talk about. Other locations can model themselves after the Kell Blvd location.

Super easy to rent the gentleman that helped me do the rental suggested to just keep the trailer over night since it was the same price for the 4 or 6 hour's I was going to use it. I appreciated the offer. When I'm in Wichita Falls Texas this is the only U-Haul store I go to. I have never had any issues and the team there are always willing to help.

There was plenty of space that allowed me to unload without blocking other units and the complentary cart was super helpful as it reduced the number of trips I had to make between my unit and my car.
