Not a thing. Just have them continue with the great customer service that was shown to me.

There is no urgency to help customers get in and out. It seems like they don’t care if people are waiting.

Computer issues made for a long check out.

David was very helpful in assisting us with turning in of our rental truck.

The two young men were very helpful and polite. Service was prompt. They were busy when I picked up and busy when I returned trailor. But acted like I was only customer. Very professional.

Make sure the staff knows what they are doing and make sure the rental trucks are clean inside and out.

Please see previous comments on 12063 BEAMER RD, HOUSTON,TX location that was originally booked but changed after I called.Location was closed and locked up and no one there. Had to call 800 number and they were unwilling to discount me for a larger trailer at a different location in Pearland. Do not ever use the Beamer Road location!

Last minute change to drop off here, and they were swamped with drop offs...still got greeted with outstanding customer service from Hailey and was immediately helped out. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Speed up the service/verify accounts. Shouldn't take an hour to pick up a truck (waiting time to be served and actual transaction) . Somehow, this order, including my storage rental, ended up on my ex fiancee's account. I'm having all sorts of problems accessing online now, for the simple reason that ALL account information was NOT verified during my transaction. It also kept me from checking out online as well! Very frustrating and LOTS of time-wasting!

The advertisements stated 19.95 for intown moves, I had the truck for one hr and was charged 40 dollars. 19.95 for the rental and 19.95 for the fee. Smh never again and I still had to put 20 in gas I could have went to enterprise for forty dollars for the weekend.

Did have a little trouble with the light hook up.

The truck we rented was in bad shape as it shook so bad in the cab that it was hard to see out of the mirrors.

Can't really think of anything. Great experience!

I got texted saying my truck was to be turned in at 9 am and the lady was rude and said it should have been at 8 am. When I picked up the truck, no one came out and inspected the truck with me. I got a scratched up, dinged up truck. I put in for the truck months in advance but got a truck with less than half a tank. The trip was Wichita Falls to Lubbock.

cheaper options would be nice for long-distance travel

We were told by 2 different people, 5/8 of a tank. Our first time to rent a truck. When we got ready to return, we filled to 5/8 of a tank. We were charged an additional fuel charge of 14.00 because it was actually a little more than that. We went off what we were told so I felt I was misinformed!
