GARY B | Overall ExperienceI rented a control climate storage. It was not controlled. My unit was destroyed. All y antiques covered in rat feces. Rat droppings. I have asthma abd been in and out od hospital. On the day I was moving out. And I was cleaning. A rat skeleton on the floor. One in my air mattress. I was sick to my stomach. I had ti leace it due to health reasons. I feel I paid for Uhaul to destroy my entire unit. Loosing a Queen size bed, queen size air mattress, dresser, family chest was saturated. Dues to how much deceased mice. Rats. To me its nit a good place to rent. I barely have anything left. Staff did their best to accommodate, but what was destroyed such as my photograpy chair was lost. Have to redo. All in conclusion I paid to have my things destroyed and saturated in feces and urine. The company has pictures.
