include a dolly and trough in a bubble wrap that can be charged to use of the truck. I ran out and I really could have used it. I would have been happy to pay.

I stopped in to rent an appliance dolly. At first, the kid didn't know what an appliance dolly was, and had to ask his manager. Then he didn't know how to operate the computer system to rent it out. It took him a full 20 minutes just to rent me a $10 appliance dolly!! What a complicated process you guys have! Half of that time was spent building your consumer habits database by supplying your computer system with phone numbers, emails addresses, mailing address, physical address, etc. etc. Now I'm receiving spam emails. Please don't add my cell phone number to a bunch of spam databases. All this for 3 hours of use of a $10 appliance dolly....... I'll go somewhere else where the process is a little simpler next time.

The trailer they had was not the right size requested, they had to give me a larger one....which was supposed to be a 5x8....turned out to be a 5x9. I ordered a 4x7 for 29.90. I ended up paying closer to 33.00....after being told that the upgrade on trailer size was of no extra cost. To make matters worse, my driver owed $14 to u-haul from 4 years ago, but your staff failed to mention that, and hooked him up with an "ealert" present anyways...even gave him the paper with the ealert on it. I received a call the next day telling me that things went wrong on their end and the technician wasn't supposed to do that....oh, but it gets better I hope someone's listening, cause i won't be using U-haul again. I had them call the driver...they wanted my driver's licence....even though i specifically put down David Willingham as my driver because I WOULD NOT BE DRIVING. I told them they would have to call the driver to get things straitened out. They did...and later on, i heard from my good buddy David, that if he would have been pulled over with that trailer it would have been reported stolen. lets recap, i have no problems that I should have been there to sign the contract. I have no problems that I was offered an upgrade at no additional charge, that was nice! What I am mad about, is the potential of the situation your employees cause. My driver, also my step-father. He could have been pulled over for any number of small moving violations, and thrown in jail for $14, under the pretenses of "stealing a trailer". I was also charged an additional amount even though I was told I wouldn't be. This is a really bad customer relation failure. However, what would you do to make me a customer again?

The two gentlemen that helped us were Mitchell and Cameron. We rented a van from the lawton location a few months ago, the staff in Wichita Falls seemed much more knowledgeable and provided much friendlier service than our last UHaul encounter. Thank you for being wonderful, keep up the great work.

Do something about the cost of the gas. The truck used alot of gas and we filled it to the line its suppose to be returned at and had to stop and put more in before we return cause it was not on the line. Which was coming from midwestern prkwy to kell to drop off should never need to stop twice to put on line it needs to be looked into something definitely is wrong with gauge or something. I cannot believe how i can rent a bigger uhaul and drive from pk lake to wf and its the same price i paid then and i rent one for a in town move and it cost more no use to commit or complain nothing ever changes
