When I drop it the truck off they charge me for $10 for fuel without telling me it just like this is your receipt you get to go when I drove away I found a $10 in the receipts and went back and tell him what's going on he said yes your fuel is not on the right amounts and I show them the pictures when I pick it up how much fuel was in it and when I fill it up how much fuel on our return it was the same thing and he keeps saying no I have to charge you for $10 to fill it up but finally we called Customer serviceand we got to figure out the drop off location I wasn't really professional people at allFIRAS A.

Customer service and more understanding and willingness to work with the customer about fixing problems. The manager was amazing but the employees were not so much . I gave several days I could come and fix the problem, I asked them what days they had available to fix the problem and apparently none was the answer. I didn't have a problem with that because if you are busy then you are busy , but I couldn't make a appointment or anything to fix it and was told our best option was to go to a self service center and pay more money to have them fix something that they could have easily done . Then wanting to charge me for the trailer for a day use because I already paid and had it for not even 20 minutes. Honestly glad I got the manager and he squared everything away . Please improve the customer service and understanding the customer because I had felt so helpless and they didn't try to even do anything but to add on more stress .KALIE T.

It wasn't the facility it was the check in after hours. We were told the Kell Blvd. address on our paperwork. We went there and and uhaul.com/share kept wanting us to take it to another drop off place. It took forever and several tries to finally get through to someone on the phone to ask what to do. Finally two nice ladies did help us and got it changed in the system to that location that our paperwork showed.WILLIAM S.

My only issue was I was needing the biggest truck and none of them was in stock so therefore it made my move a little bit harder where I had to make three trips instead of one but everything else was okay. The guy that helped me and run me up was very friendly and started to get busy as he was helping me but great customer service. Upon my return there is a female that helped me that day and she was just the friendly and they were very quick and efficient to get us in and out.MENESHA B.

I returned the truck an hour an half after renting it and checked it back in. I drove it a total of 7 miles (I have the photos of the mileage and fuel from check in). I parked it three feet in front of the door and placed the keys in the hands of the employee. I've been called twice now asking when I would return it. I don't know how you lose a twenty foot truck that's literally at your front door, but this feels very inept to me and it makes me nervous that they are going to try to charge me extra for keeping a truck that I had for less than 90 minutes.JEAN H.

I received a uhaul truck with an error code on the Stability of the truck but was told that it wouldn't effect the truck abilities and my travels... but nevertheless the entire travels from witcha falls to Lawton the truck stability was not Capable. The truck bounced and Jared the entire trip I informed the employee of these matters upon my return of the uhaul ... but following the next day and the uncomfortable condition of this trip Triggered my vertigo as a business owner i was not able to open my business the following day due to the medical issues with the uhaul trip as the result of a failed service issue the uhal truck NO ONE should have to endure with this treatment expectationly when you pay for services that are not to the standards that are advertised I HAVE RENTED NUMEROUS UHAULs after this and to take a lost on my business I WILL NOT REFER NOR ADVISE ANYONE to use these services I am beyond disappointed!!!!!!DEDRICK D.

I highly recommend this Uhaul Kell Blvd location! GM Mario Hernandez & the staff members provided excellent customer service. They sell many supplies that I noticed were less expensive than the general stores. The rental on the plastic moving boxes was an affordable & efficient choice. We were sent to the wrong place by the Fort Worth U-Haul when we asked where to deliver our one-way rental. We were told we could deliver it to any U-Haul Rental place in Wichita Falls. The place we went was closed down. When I called Customer Service (waited another 20 minutes to reach someone), I was told we were NOT supposed to be at that U-Haul location, but at the Kell Street location. We had to drive back across town to find it. Thankfully, it was still open. U-Haul, you stink.JOHNNY W.

I had a 868 pound motorcycle to load on the trailer . I am 71. I knew even with the ramp i couldnt do it.my supposed to be helper was nowhere to be found. I called the office. I asked is there anyone there that could help me load this trailer.i would gladly pay for the help. A young man was orienting so he drove his truck to my house and he was so strong we got it in the trailer. He didnt want any money. This is over and beyond customer service. I dont expect it again, i will make sure my help isnt awol next time. But uhaul helped me how i needed when i needed. I have rented many things from them and will continue to do so. My Honda Ridgeline apparently has chain attachment points that are too thick for Uhauls standard hooks. This required your tech to use tools to reconfigure the chain's and he cheerfully completed it without a single grumble. Outstanding.... Thanks.ROBERT JAMES L.

No one came out to the truck to make sure I knew how to turn on lights or anything else. The truck was dusty and the battery light stayed on. Very bad truck. I had to take my boxes out to the truck myself even though I have a crushed right wrist. Obviously, when they saw me struggling to get the boxes from the store to the truck, no assistance was offered. I had very BAD experiences with all three moving companies that UHAUL reserved for me. I will be submitting bad reviews about UHAUL on every media site. Every single time I have used UHAUL, it has been a disaster. When I called UHAUL to complain about the movers, I was told they had nothing to do with it because the movers were a third party. However, UHAUL is the one who reserved the movers. Bad service all the way around except at the Uhaul dealer in AUSTIN on 969.becky S.
I began my experience with UHaul in 2013. There have been several staff changes in that time and while some have been more helpful and friendly than others, all performed their jobs effectively.
