I strongly recommend you send all customers to this location. I reserved a rental truck at Midway Beverage 19019 Midway Road and got there only to find no truck. This created problems as I was on a schedule; blow my schedule all to hell. Cost me time and money. I am looking for U-Haul to uphold their $50 guaranty!!!

Guy that helped me out was lazy and made me feel like he did not want to do his job. On top of that I asked him to upgrade me to 15 foot truck. Completely ignored me and walked me over to a 10 ft truck handed the keys.

The interior of the truck was still dirty from the previous renter to include a large amount of pet hair. The vehicle had damage on it that I HAD to note, it should have been noted or repaired. The unit it self would bounce at 55-60 mph. This created a hazardous situation.

I am always frustrated by the misleading $19.95 a day banners on the sides of your vans and trucks. I had the van for less than two hours and put less than 50 miles on it and the charge was over $60.00. That's fine, but $19.95 plastered on the side of the van is a lie.

I want it known that the guy who was working inbound truck returns was SO RUDE! He actually yelled at me and told me to wait on him then proceeded to leave and forget about me. I didn't even need him, because I was dropping off a trailer and there was another representative available to help with trailers but the truck intake fella couldn't bother to tell me that. He just screamed and yelled and really was quite rude to me.

This location has the friendliest team, I use U-hauls on a weekly business due to the nature of my business and they're the best, especially Cody , he is a awesome, not going to another U-haul ever, this is the best location.

Staff not able to care for volume of customers. Took excessive time to pick and drop off equipment. Poor communication with customers and return process was extremely painful. Line of 6 people when dropping off and no one in the office as they were all outside. Seems to be no management direction or either potentially no vision of how an operation should be run. Worst experience ever renting from Uhaul.

I had a bit of an issue with my rental and unfortunately the location could not get me a proper answer. They were very professional and very nice as they were relaying the message but I only needed to rent a 6x12 enclosed trailer for one day, it would have been $30 plus tax and insurance. I asked to return it at a location to where I was moving too and the price gouging without any valid reason was absurd. The price jumped from $30 to $272 to drop it off at another location. I could've been more calm about this price had it been much more reasonable than that but that is what threw me over the top. I asked the two gentlemen why it jumped that high but they couldn't give me a reason because they said and I quote, "thats just how the system works, it can change from day to day and unfortunately it doesn't give us a reason." So I was forced to rent it for two days and we had to risk driving the trailer back in snow and ice to have it back at this exact location. I did call to let them know about us running about a couple of hours past the drop off time due to inclement weather and they did say they would work with me but I will see when the final charge is set of my statement of my bank. So this wasn't my best experience with Uhaul and I seriously hope it isn't that bad the next time I use your company. The gentlemen at this store though were very professional and I do applaud that but this really put a damper on my knowledge of your company.

Be more attentive to lobby customers. I stood by myself. One agent looked directly at me several times after helping an older white gentleman before me and did not acknowledge my presence or refer me to the female whom was very helpful after another male (whom walked through two times) directed me to the female. After driving around to the trailers, I had to call the office number to have someone to complete the rental. This is not the first time I have driven around and had to call or walk back up to the office to get further assistance. The last time I was in the office and heard the counter rep call the person AND they confirmed they were on the way. (*Again, that was last time)

1. App had a number of issues - entering info, employee txt me new link etc. 2. I could not locate what level the fuel was when taken 3. When I called uhaul to find out the fuel level from the gas station, message stated it would be a 10-15 minute wait. 4. I believed I filled out all info before to just pickup the truck the next morning but when I arrived, I had to fill out additional info and also had to provide a contact ph no. The contract did not recognize the number calling. It would be helpful to know that that was going to happen ahead of time.

I did the online check-in for the first time and apparently I didn't complete the process. an employee came outside and I showed an employee the code I had from the App that had the truck number on it, he barely glanced at it , but he pulled the truck up for me and let me know it was ready! I drove to my location and got a phone call from an extremely rude guy who was maybe the manager? Accused me of taking a truck and trying to interrogate my like I just jumped in a random truck and stole it, he eventually calmed down after explained that HIS EMPLOYEE GAVE ME THE TRUCK. Needless to say I will never rent from another U Haul again, especially this location

My dissatisfaction relates to the final month of the contract not being prorated. i moved out on the 13th of September, and had paid full rent until October 8th. I know of no other rental service where the move out date has no proration.

While the facility didn't have trash or bugs that I could see...other than the front corner where people pile their discarded furniture and belongings...my only complaint is that the entire storage facility reeked of moth balls. Like REEKED! The odor hits you as soon as the sliding doors open and is so terribly strong that my belongings now reek. I'm now forced to dry clean the majority of my clothing hoping the odor will dissipate.

Some water apparently leaked/dripped into my space. Water marks were apparent on the side of some boxes. Damage was slight. There was no standing water when I visited, which was infrequently.

The African American girl can be more friendly and a little bit more helpful but the other two staff was EXCELLENT KEN I believe was his name he was the general manager and the young girl who helped with our trailer was EXCELLENT but the other girl she need a little more training to go on her attitude and how to properly assist customers, we walked in she was dull and boring with a slight attitude barely helped us, gave us our answer on our RSVP and that was didn’t try to help us find a different location she didn’t do anything she was horrible! People with attitudes like hers will make someone not want to come back but luckily the other two was there and they did a great job at it! I’m (black as well btw) I can’t remember her name so that’s why I said African American girl
