MICHAEL H.The general manager, I think his name is Ken is great. I'm in the process of moving and have rented 4 times getting the smaller lighter stuff before my movers come and he's (Ken) has gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He went out and as the manager cleaned the trailer himself and didn't delegate it to someone else to do. That man is a hard worker and would love to steal him to work for my business. Not to mention his team, very responsive and respectful to the customer. I actually rented and requested his location every time. I drive approximately 35 minutes to this store to rent from because of him and his team there. Best Uhaul location I've ever experienced. Keep up the exceptional work.

In the news everyday, business owners and workers are assaulted for asking them wear the mask. How about not Renting the Equipment to those folks.

When asked for an alternate form of identification, I opted to provide my wife as another contact and the system wouldn't accept her phone number, saying it was the one associated with the reservation. It was not -- my number was on the reservation. The office representative had to re-create the transaction. Online return worked fine, however.
SCOTT R.The equipment (auto transport) performed flawlessly and was very reasonable. The customer service setting up the rental was great. The staff at the location, however, was slow, the process was clunky, and when I called to ask about return I was on hold for over 16 minutes before giving up.

PAUL S.I am always frustrated by the misleading $19.95 a day banners on the sides of your vans and trucks. I had the van for less than two hours and put less than 50 miles on it and the charge was over $60.00. That's fine, but $19.95 plastered on the side of the van is a lie.

I didn't even need him, because I was dropping off a trailer and there was another representative available to help with trailers but the truck intake fella couldn't bother to tell me that. He just screamed and yelled and really was quite rude to me.

I'm now forced to dry clean the majority of my clothing hoping the odor will dissipate.

People with attitudes like hers will make someone not want to come back but luckily the other two was there and they did a great job at it!
