The trailer was not properly attached to our car and became disconnected from our car as we were diving down the street. This caused damage to our car including a blown out tire as the trailer rolled under our moving car. Had to call AAA for tire changing help. Ashley from the accident response group was great. Our ref # 3014796. I filed an insurance claim on Monday - we’ll see how that goes.

My truck's AC compressor malfunctioned during a high-heat operation. It works when you start the truck, but after roughly about 15 min, you lose AC. Alignment us also in question since i had to constantly correct the truck's orientation.

Please fix the reservation process. We reserved a truck at a different location but had to go to two others (including this one) which were a lot further from where we were causing me to spend more money. This location was great, the other 2 not so much. Giving people the run around and making them spend more money isn't cool at all. The location on Dallas Pkwy was great. They were helpful and very professional. They made sure we didn't have to go anywhere else.

Uhaul stole my grandmothers things I was an employee there after my unexplained... accusations of me giving a vehicle away..I was termed giving one week to get my things out I was homeless at the time..when I ask could I get my things after only 7 days my things stayed their for 6 months neither the general mgr Jessica or the detective that was assigned to this could not help me with my grandmother that's passed which was my best friend things..I had no problem paying something to fix this but my efforts was stalled but no answered phone calls and lies when I did get some one..my unit was sold and the uhaul employees still have my things there ..isn't this called theft...if not then i hope and pray god fix this . everything I had of my grandmother was in there and I can't believe no one from uhaul could help me..I loved uhaul and for them to do me like this is sad and unprofessional and unforgivable..call me any time 9033721236.. Repair your trucks and check them out before renting them. I rented the truck for Thursday through Tuesday and was told that there weren’t any trucks in the specific size available for the weekend at any location, so I had to get it on Saturday instead. When I picked up the truck I found out it had no a/c, and it was over 100 heat index for the days I had it. The last day, the service brake light was on the whole day. Terrible experience. Probably will go with Penske next go around

Customer Service although I waited 30 minutes, was helpful. My original pick up location was changed mirror hours before I went to pick it up and that sucked because it made me drive at least 8 miles more than I needed to. Also my truck size wasn't available when I got to the schedule location. In fact my truck reservation although emailed to me was not even set up at the store. No one had put a key in the lock box. They had shut down for the day with the key inside the building. so I had to call Customer Service to figure out what truck I could take as a default and I ended up with a larger truck which of course means more gas so ultimately was very negative but I am thankful for the Customer Service representatives, all of them that helped me.

Very frustrated and rude instore experience. While the store was busy I understand, but I made multiple attempts to be kind and was meet with unprofessional attitudes and frustration. One employee mentioned out loud how they wanted to quit while another was at the counter taking their time getting to the line of guests. Every question I asked was met with irritation. The truck was filthy and was never walked over with me. Thank God I was at fault for what was left for me.

The Customer service office that services zip code 75961 has been awful and gaslit me into believing my contract said something else. Now I’m being charged $52 when I shouldn’t have. I disputed the charges with U-Haul but no resolution or statement ever came back from them, just the charge to my card.

For the equipment clean and well maintained section, should be another choice added to the list. Maybe add 'see comments below' or 'average' or 'could use improvement'? The 5x8 trailer worked fine, but seems the equipment is aging with faded peeling paint and stickers which I know are all aesthetic issues. The unit could use a refresh makeover for a better appearance.

Mejorar el trato hacia el cliente, específicamente hacia la comunidad latina, lamentablemente al momento de regresar el equipo, la tienda había cerrado y no sabía que hacer ni con la llave ni con la zorra de carga, ya que nadie me brindó información sobre que hacer en caso de que l tienda cerrara, cuando llegue a la tienda todavía había personal dentro de la tienda y me atendió una chica morena, cabello corto, color champán, usaba lentes de contacto color café claro, fue muy grosera al momento de dar la información, existió una barrera de comunicación por el idioma, pero yo intenté usar mi traductor del teléfono para poder cominicarle a la señorita que debía hacer con las llaves del auto y el FRANKLIN de carga donde la podía entregar y ella solo me levantaba la voz haciendo malos gestos faciales, cada vez que ella me hablaba y yo no le entendía, le pedí que si por favor me podía escribir en el traductor lo que me estaba diciendo para poder entender lo que me decía y se negó a hacerlo y volvió a levantarme la voz y moviendo sus manos de manera irrespetuosa, simplemente pedía ayuda para entregar todo a tiempo y en perfecto estado ya que rente el vehículo a la 5pm y debía entregarlo a las 7 pm y llegue a las 7:08pm tuve que llevarme, la zorra de carga en mi auto y volver a llevarla a el día siguiente porque esa chica no quiso recibirme el FRANKLIN de carga, me parece una falta de respeto que jueguen con el tiempo de los clientes porque ella pudo recibirme el FRANKLIN de carga ya que a el día siguiente cuando lo entregue no hizo falta llenar más papeleos ni nada para finalizar la entrega el servicio no es malo pero el trato fue pésimo

Front suspension seems loose. Not a problem for short distance move but you should diagnose and repair accordingly. There were no moving blankets in the box, the blanket bag was empty - didn’t need them but don’t want to be charged for them either. Overall good experience.

Uhaul took $2200 out of my bank account then "claimed" it was just a hold. Why do you need the security code of the debit/credit card on the back before reserving the truck? Then uhaul 2 days before I needed the truck, they moved my reservation to a different location! The windshield blades did not work from Dallas, TX to Washington State. Over 1900 miles and we get a refund of $50???? GO EFF YOURSELF! The parking gear would not come out of gear so we can drive, this was THE worst experience with uhaul ever and we will NEVER use you again! Your website does not allow you to reserve a vehical UNLESS you have the money in your account. I tried, twice! Once I had the $2400 transfered into my bank account I was able to reserve a truck. So you took my money then claimed you didn't! EFF YOU!! Your computer system in the store is a nightmare and a joke! Your employees couldn't even answer our questions. The rep on the phone also said we had an older vehical. Well, thanks for letting us know LATER that we were not in a safe vehicle!!

Jessica is amazing at what she does and the work that she does speaks for itself. She ensures that her customers are heard and taken care of before moving to the next customer which is very much appreciated. However; she works along side a caucasian woman who is not only rude but thinks it’s appropriate to discuss her issues regarding her employees with her customers. This made me feel obligated to stand up for Jessica as I felt she was being belittled.

I was sent to this location only after the Lewisville location didn’t preserve my reservation. They said that my 20 ft truck was not here even though I reserved it. I pointed out there’s one in the parking lot. And they said that’s for someone else’s reservation. That employee at the Lewisville location is an idiot. It took a manager to step in and find us a truck while he just kept arguing and didn’t even try to help us at all. Train the employees at the Lewisville location. It is pathetic dealing with someone incompetent especially when you have all of your stuff packed in boxes and hired movers waiting for a resolution.

My first visit was a really good experience, I was having hard day. One African gentleman gave me words of encouragement as we processed my storage rent Al as well truck rental. Sometimes all a person needs, someone to say you can and will get through it. I truly wish would have kept up with his name. He was just so helpful I treated him and another person for lunch. Corporate made an error with my reservation when updating it, giving me a smaller storage unit at a higher price and didnt realize it until i went to the unit. Combined with the various issues with the app, corporate gets 1 star. However the specific site at Willow was top shelf with respect to service. THEY get the 5 stars.

The only thing I didn't like was that my monthly bill was due on the 25th of each month and I move out a week later after I paid the bill, on the 2nd. I couldn't get a prorated discount. I had to pay for the whole month just for one week. Other than that, the experience was great, thank you.

The only thing I can say about this location is, they need to hire more staff. There was only one man up at the register. Even though he knew people were frustrated, he kept his cool, very professional. I appreciate him for that, but hire some more people so the lines can go faster. Thank you.

This location has to be the cleanest facility I have ever seen. The Manger that helped me was amazing. He was friendly, courteous and extremely respectful. I watch him de-escalate two different situations with two different customers. He should be a trainer. I was blown away by his professionalism!!!!!!! If I ever need a unit in the future, I will definitely return to this location! Thank you! James Bigley

Need to update descriptions of unit capacity. The 8x10x5 is not sufficient for a 1200 square foot apartment and the doorway is way too narrow.

Hi! I said no to secure because when I first rented my unit a few months ago, I had problems with the door. I could not open or close it myself. It was jammed. When I returned to the facility yesterday, I was presently surprised to all the changes that had been made. My review is based on yesterday and not in October. I would fill out a much different score.

The weekend I was in town to move out of the facility the elevator was broken. I was forced to keep facility for almost a year long because elevator was broken for 3 months. Each month I returned was unable to move out. I’m permanently back in the city. $1200 wasted due to poor property management

The personnel there will see various people in line but refuse to acknowledge or even greet. 3-4 employees talking but only one employee taking care of customers. Lack of flat carts in storage area.

Very hard time speaking to staff at Willowbend location. Calls, more often than not, got forwarded to call center. VERY inconvenient. Had difficulties paying by check for unit and was constantly told we were in arrears, even though we had a check automatically mailed each month. Most of our problems were with processes and NOT the staff.
