Excellent customer service from the folks at this location. I am sorry I did not get their names....but very apparent that customer service is emphasized. The lady at the counter was helpful, and when she could not solve an issue immediately, she got the manager who dealt with things quickly. At drop-off, the young gentleman assisted me in returning the vehicle...even tho it was a few minutes after "closing time". Thank you for the customer service emphasis. I can not say the same about either my online experience nor trying to reach a live person to assist. Online, I was directed to a different pick up location, without any warning, and when I tried to change locations, I was not successful. I waited on hold several times well over 5 minutes without speaking to a live person. Not customer friendly.RICHARD W.

Initial process was confusing when i signed up for a different location - it wasn't very clear that the equipment wasn't there, but that i would get a call from a central person who would direct me to a different facility. The process was fine - however, you should be clearer up front. I almost backed out since it didn't make sense that i was agreeing to rent, but acknowledging that the equipment wasn't there? clearer communication would help a first time renter.TODD B.

Friendly service, the guy came out to the truck while out was raining. Said not to worry about the muddy floor. I would suggest that you allow a few more miles on the contract - I went 4 miles over but that was mainly because I had to drive it from my home to the return facility. There should be some flex on the miles allowed - I was charged or 4 miles over. There are always extra miles from the pu location to the loading location and also from the unloading location to the drop off location - that could be as much as 10 miles.Samuel C.

The people were great in the store. Very helpful and quick. On return, our contract didn't get closed out in the system like it was supposed to so we had to drive back because we couldn't get through on the phone. At the time of rental, the representative did not disclose that there is an administrative fee for tolls. This is a huge mistake that you do not disclose this fee. It should be an acknowledgement and a request for signature disclosing that the customer will agree to pay an administrative fee of $1.00 for each toll charge.KELLY C.

The mobile checkin process did not work as my truck was not ready when requested. Had to go inside and get an employee to get truck and complete paperwork which is counter to the mobile process. The entire mobile process didn't work with the uhaul web site as wouldn't pick up my location despite standing in the lot ans connecting to the uhaul sites wifi. Same issue when I returned the truck, no ability to recognize my location so was unable to complete the return via mobile. My phone was set to allow location both instances, pick-up and return so unsure why it didn't work. Suggest you make it easier to connect to site for location purposes to complete mobile transaction.Scott G.

I was unable to pick up the truck through my online account without calling customer service, siting on hold for over 40 minutes, being transferred twice and then when I did finally get a very kind woman to take care of me, I was given a reference number to receive a VIP discount and was told I could use it on the current rental I had just picked up. When turning in the truck there was nowhere to enter any reference number therefore I was not able to use the discount. The location was fine. The people were fine. The process sucks. I rent from Uhaul often please work on the reliability of the mobile pick up service. It's super convenient since I work late but the last thing I want to do after a long day at work is sit in a Uhaul parking lot for nearly and hour on the day I am scheduled to move trying to pick up a truck.Maranda C.

Our only concern is fortunately my husband is a former mechanic and decided to check the oil on the truck. Although we only drove the truck for a total of 75 miles or so, it was low on oil and required at least two quarts to make it safe to drive. Although we told the check in person about it, he didn't seem concerned at all and said that they burn oil after many miles. It should not have been two quarts of oil after about 60 miles. Otherwise very friendly and helpful staff at this location from booking the reservation, purchasing supplies, and picking up the vehicle. Would recommend, just beware of potential mechanical issues.Larry R.

While the facility didn't have trash or bugs that I could see...other than the front corner where people pile their discarded furniture and belongings...my only complaint is that the entire storage facility reeked of moth balls. Like REEKED! The odor hits you as soon as the sliding doors open and is so terribly strong that my belongings now reek. The African American girl can be more friendly and a little bit more helpful but the other two staff was EXCELLENT KEN I believe was his name he was the general manager and the young girl who helped with our trailer was EXCELLENT but the other girl she need a little more training to go on her attitude and how to properly assist customers, we walked in she was dull and boring with a slight attitude barely helped us, gave us our answer on our RSVP and that was didn’t try to help us find a different location she didn’t do anything she was horrible! People with attitudes like hers will make someone not want to come back but luckily the other two was there and they did a great job at it!
