Upon returning the trailer, I went inside and was directed to pull forward, and someone would unhook the trailer and I would receive an email. I received an email the next day charging me for returning the trailer late. In fact I returned it 6 hours early. I emailed customer service as directed on the receipt. 3-4 days later no response. I then called the location and got it straightened out but would be 7-10 days to be refunded.

Trailer was bad. It is not safe to drive. And it leaked. And my printer, 2 mattresses, sofa and other staff got wet. It is the second time i am using this kind of trailer from Uhaul. First one was perfect but this one was terrible.

This Uhaul location is the best!!! Krista was amazing and her customer service skills were impeccable!!! Everyone that I spoke with at this location was super friendly and I was informed on every step of the rental process. Way to go Uhaul employees...great job!!!

I rented a van for 19.95 and I ended up paying 72.00 dollars. That's insane! They claimed I drove 45 miles total when I only drove 20 plus miles. I will never use uhual again. Very poor experience. I took the van around 6 and returned it at 730pm the same day. What a joke!

Truck that I was assigned was full of junk and they had to void contract and assign another truck causing me a delay. This truck had a lock that was broken off chain for rear door and only had a quarter tank of gas causing me more time to gas up. Steering was loose making it hard to maintain lane, very tiring. Control knob for bay light not working. After returning the same day early I was told I would have final receipt in a hour or two. Made an extra call to request it and still took two more days to get it.

Initially the process took a little of bit longer than expected, but the lady, sorry didn't get her name, at the was very thorough. All the uhaul employee greet every customer when they came, friendly, and straight to the point on what the customer need. I just came to rent a trailer for a couple hours and they were able to accommodate, eventhough I was late to my schedule time of pick up. When I return the trailer, Henry was excellent and was able to process my drop off quickly. Eventhough the 6x12 trailer didn't have a stand, he was able to unlatch it quickly so I don't have to wait. Great Job!

Your service sucks! I had a rental set up in Copperfield only to get there 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment to find out they moved my pickup location. I had scheduled with the Copperfield manager to pick it up on Sunday morning and he said U-Haul would let me know by Saturday where to pick it up if the location changed. No notification came so I went to my scheduled Copperfield location only to have the lady tell me "Oh I changed that this morning." Thanks for fucking telling me. Then U-Haul calls me while I am standing in the Copperfield store to tell me of the change. A lot of fucking help that was. Had to drive another 15 miles to pick it up.

The staff on hand at this location (at least on this particular day) seemed poorly trained & aloof. I had a far better experience doing it myself by way to the on-line app. I would recommend customers use the app for checking in & out their reservation & avoid the uncaring staff at this location. I do hate having to give a less than stellar review, especially since I have rented from this U-Haul in the past & the staff was extremely helpful then. My what can change in over a years time.

Henry was very helpful and did above and beyond to fulfill my needs. However, the location definitely is lacking in staffing. The other customers behind me had to wait for a long time, as Henry was the only staff available on the day.

Employee came in 20 minutes late and it was way too obvious that she didn’t want to be there. My boyfriend even told her “good morning” & she completely ignored him. Then when she finally got to the counter, she BARELY mumbled “how can I help you?” When we returned the truck, the guy asked if we want a printed receipt and when I said “yes, please”, he rolled his eyes and mumbled “let me go check it in” as he took off out the door. Horrible service from those 2.

This was by far the worst rental experience I've ever had. I should've listened to the yelp reviews on this place. I NEVER write poor reviews unless absolutely deserved b/c I understand what it is to work in customer service. #1- AT time of drop off no one come outside to meet us which was fine. Hubby walked in and told the guy we were here to drop off. He pointed and gave verbal instruction on where to drop off the vehicle. We did & did the online mobile drop off process. The next day they call us to tell us they don't see we've dropped off the trailer. That's fine I understand it's likely a different shift/different people. We tell them where it is they eventually find it. Then they still charged us! After calling about 30 times I still couldn't get anyone on the phone & had to drive over there. Said they would fix it. Never did. Ended up having to go BACK to the store. When i arrived before closing no one was inside for >10 minutes. Finally got it straight with them but geez that was terrible.

We originally booked our equipment at a different location, but they were not ready on time. We were sent to this other location, and it took an additional hour to get the items we needed. This added over 2 hours total to our pickup experience. We were unable to meet our movers on time for our moving appointment, and we had to load the entire truck up ourselves.

We camp at least once a year and use your 5x8 covered trailer and everytime, it never fails, the customer service at this location is below average. But it really doesn't matter because no one probably reads these comments and nothing will change. After standing in line for 10 mins, another customer comes and stands behind me and asks if I'm waiting in line. After resounding to him in a higher than my normal voice so the rep can hear me, I told him yes and that I was here to just return my trailer. Finally, the rep while still looking at his computer said, well you can just leave it there and he'll check it in. Long story short, they checked it in at 6 on and charged me that full day.
