WALTER BThere are not enough staff working for a Saturday morning. When we arrived, we waited for about 5 minutes before seeing an employee. By the time we left there were about 12 people in line behind us waiting for their rental. The guys were very nice and apologetic but they definitely needed another staff member on a peak day as some people are needing these vehicles are on a tight timeline.

The young man parking and cleaning the trucks was bright and motivated. My truck could have been cleaner when I picked it up. There was a good feeling here. Young employees, happy to work hard and proud of the job they do. I can not recall the managers name but He is an impressive young man with a bright future ahead. Really wonderful experience. Truly!!

VEDANTH RAnnoying that I had to return to the location to show time-stamped photos of how disgusting the interior of the truck was when I picked it up (at a different location) so I wasn’t charged an additional cleaning fee.
CHRISTINE RThe staff members were excellent. Easy to deal with and very courteous. The only issue I have was paying a $19 insurance fee for the pickup truck. I pay a little bit extra on my auto insurance to cover rentals. I believe it is just another “fee” to get extra money.

JENNIFER HEasy, peasy. Small truck rental Windsor to London one way. I made the reservation on-line and felt supported through the process. Finished in London, left the keys on the vehicle and left. All good. I bought the insurance, but didn't need it. You never know.
Thomas FTruck was given at a touch over quarter tank. I used about 20 kms. Returned the truck telling them you can charge for the gas used, as I didnt have time to fill in gas. They told its goimg to be $30 'service charge' as the gauge is now a touch below quarter tank. Hell no. Q1. Why are you giving me truck ar or about a quarter tank and then forcing me to go to gas station or pay $30 even though A. I drove a minimal kms B. When u have a policy of an over market price gas price which I was OK with. Q2. The tank was still at a quarter tank, and the genius interpreted as over tank capacity.

TERRY DMaybe having a customer service at Howard Ave location had to wait for customer service to come from different location. And update the customer when lock is changed spent two hours just waiting had to pay full amount for truck rental even thought the manger said don't worry about it. He ended up leaving without leaving any information to his worker about the situation
TREVOR LHassem was very professional (sorry if I misspelled his name) - pleasant, efficient and a good ambassador for UHaul - upon my return the gentleman he works with was also positive and focused on customer service - so the return was as pleasant and the pick up. This location is great.

Then when requesting refund for said extra charges they hold it for 7 business days....unprofessional and very unhappy...been a loyal customer for years always renting trucks for garbage dumps or just to help others out....will be looking elsewhere from now on this company is a joke

AUDREY FThe van we rented had floor panels loose in the box section of the van - not safe for moving articles in or out of. The rivets had come loose and were no longer attached. We did not realize this until we started moving our furniture. We covered it with plywood so that we would not hurt ourselves as we could not return the truck immediately. Upon return of the truck, Zoe and the staff on duty that day, acknowledged the issue. We were happy with how the issue was resolved.

STEPHEN T | Overall ExperienceI used 2 unit storages from end of March to end of November. Booking was easy. Driving to the storage for loading and unloading also was easy. There were no mold or bad stuff on my things even after 9 months. I was using unit 1005 and 2005 outside. I am not sure what were the access hours to the unit, i just know that my boys were able to put the moving boxes there in the middle of the night as we had to empty the house which was being sold by a morning. Self checkout option is a very good option for busy people. Because usually if we need to do that through the réceptionniste, that is going to take a long time as it is always a long queue of people there RECOMMENDATION to customers. Do ur reservation online or through the app, and just go for the key pickup there to save urself ur time Thanks to the store staff. I think U-Haul company should make some changes to the app to make it work faster Thanks again for the storages

I was at the location for more than an hour and had to go back without moving my things to the storage room. I have followed the process mentioned and when I try to open the entrance door it doesn't open. I contacted customer care multiple times and I was told by the agent that they contacted the store manager "the door might have been stuck". I requested the customer agent if there is any drive up storage available but there was none ready to use. I no longer need the space as I made another plan to store my things. I request to cancel my storage pace and request a full refund

Jaclyn was very helpful with offering an immediate solution, by offering a trap to cover the rest of my stuff and moving me to a new locker to avoid further issues. Jaclyn has done everything in her power to take care of not only my property but uhaul property as well., by moving me to a new locker she could have the leak taken care right away and maintain an income with that unit. I never had this feeling of appreciation before. You see I had a locker for almost 2 years after walker rd location. I never enjoyed going there cause it was out of the way from home and my neighboring locker was broken into. It is very convenient for me to stop and pick stuff up at my leisure here. Thank you to Jaclyn and the staff at this location ! Very professional and compassionate team.
