First of all if you advertise that the Reynolds 2995 when the whole deal is done and said the representative that works there should be telling the person that the bill actually came to $92 that was never mentioned anywhere in our conversation I think this is kind of what you would call false advertising and I know for a fact I would never use U-Haul again and this is probably the fifth time that I've utilize them and I've never been ripped off so much

I made a reservation for a 17’, and didn’t get one. The whole point is to reserve it. I said the 15’ definitely wouldn’t fit everything. I asked for a bigger truck & he informed me that they were reserved! Then, after taking the smaller truck I open the door & to my surprise? A dolly & huge bag of blankets are right in my way in the precious space I had!!! Best of all, I return the truck and there are still at least 2 larger trucks that I couldn’t have & hadn’t moved! Shame on U-haul!!! Poor customer service all around. Can’t wait to share my experience on social media!

I reserved and got a confirmation for pick up at a location near me. the day before I was told the pick up location was changed. It was 8 miles away, instead of the 1/2 mile from where I reserved the pick up. I feel I should of received a credit for the mileage since I had to pay use 16 miles to pick up and return the vehicle. Also there was a large line to return and no workers to help and we had a long wait.

I reserved a truck for Saturday 6/29 but was informed via phone that no trucks were available. I was give a smaller truck on 6/30 which required multiple trips. Not to mention the delay made it difficult to get ready for work the next day.

I had a reservation to a location 2 miles from my home. When I called in the morning they told me that they have experienced computer problems and that they did not have my reservtion that I had made with the attendent a day earlier.. They only had 3 vans and they rented them all out for the day. I had to drive 10 miles further for a rental. I felt that they should have given me at least 20 miles free, but the attendent said that she could not do anything. This was a slight inconvenience which I was anticipating.

Almost no gas in vehicle when picked up and the return process was lengthy (waited a while). But overall it went well, people were all very friendly, and I will be back. Plus I would say the price was very reasonable. Thank you.

There was dog hair all over the seats in the pickup I rented. Me and my boyfriends allergies were awful after riding in it. Couldn't turn on the air conditioner because it blew hair and dander everywhere.

Y’all need to start cleaning and spraying out the truck after each use. Like bug spray because there was a roach in the truck I had right in the front where we sat.

I order at least one trailer per month. The original location did not have my trailer, tried to upgrade me to a trailer that is to big to pull with my van. They didn't notify me ahead of time like they usually do so I have time to make other plans. They sent me to another location 20 minutes away and said they talked to someone and was bumping someone else up to the 6 x 12 and giving me the 5x8 I ordered and I was told I would get a discount for the trouble. When i got there they tried to make me leave, said no, they didn't have one and couldnt give me theirs, that they were reserved for other people. Acted like I was lying about the Warren location calling Ytown. Apparently they called traffic. After refusing to leave until I found out who the people in Warren called, they finally got the message from traffic to give me the trailer. I ended up 2 hours late because of the trouble and never got my discount. Very very upset.

My fastening straps have hooks, and it was a bit difficult to strap my move to the wooden holds on the side of the truck - some O-rings ought to be in the truck. Move went fine, though, and everything was otherwise excellent.

Online system was a hassle. Did online checkin and was verified for pickup at another location. Spent over an hour trying to figure out why it wouldn’t let me pickup equipment the system had verified for me. Then was rerouted to other location which had different equipment for pickup. Wasted over a total of two hours to finally get equipment. What is the point of online check in if given the same information as in person it ok’s the checkin and then doesn’t in person. Was a waste of my time online and in person.

Positive: All contents arrived OK. Had a $1,000 glass table packed on the side and a fork lift punctured the opposite side. Lucky. Negative: Planned weeks in advance for 8AM delivery. NEVER got a single phone call or message on delivery. I had to chase this down. Day of delivery, I called at 9am. "Ohh, should be there between 12-1pm" I already had movers to help me at 12:30. Paid them for nothing. 1PM, I called UHaul..."Ohh, should be there at 3pm". THAT time they did arrive, but with only 4 of the 8 boxes. Scheduling here gets a D-. HORRIBLE and ridiculous. 2 hours later 4 more boxes. I SAVED Uhaul a pickup fee since we were able to unload all 4 and have them picked up the same day. I SHOULD get some major CREDIT for this as the delivery fee is pushing $500. SERIOUS work needs to be done to fix this problem. UHaul, please credit me 1 hour labor ($100) and 1/2 of the delivery fee ($250) to fix this. Social media should be aware of UHaul's short-commings. Perhaps PODs was the better choice, after you figure in the excessive Pickup and Delivery fees, which cannot really be quoted when you sign up for this. PODs WOULD have been cheaper in the end in my opinion.

Muffler blew up shortly after taking vehicle. Unable to reach location directly. Roadside assistance SUCKED! Transferred 6-8 times with no one able to help immediately. Over an hour before roadside assistance contacted me. I had already driven 9 miles to nearest Uhaul office and was able to swap the vehicle. I hope I never have to deal without uhaul Roadside assistance again. They were RUDE and not at all helpful.

I called a location close to my home and made the reservation, I was then told that I had to pick the truck up at a different location. This alternative location added 12-15 extra miles that cost me more money, I tried to say something to the guy checking me in at pick up, but he did not seem concerned.

The cargo trailer neded more. Break fluid so it was added. However the reason it was low was because it leaked. I now have break fluid all over the back end of my truck where it splashed up

The customer service was really good. The staff members were a little overwhelmed with customers and they seemed short handed however they handled the business as quick as they could. The trailer I rented was clean, but was missing a floor hook that was supposed to be on the trailer. I really could have used that hook to tie down.

I went with Uhaul because the web site stated there was a rental site close to me in Canfield then the morning of the rental you changed the location to Youngstown. Had I known that I would have rented from somewhere close like Home Depot or tractor supply. Next time definitely going with somewhere who wont change locations on me. Wasted over an hour just picking up and dropping off
