I'm not sure if your guys are doing it but maybe you should think about spraying the inside of the trucks for bugs I never had any problems but I did hear of stories just something to think about in the near future overall the service was very good keep up the good work thanks

I had ordered a dozen moving pads and they were on the invoice that i paid. When i drove home and looked inside the trailer there were no pads. This was a significant inconvenience. I called and they said come back and get them because they don't place them in the trailer. I said that that would have been good to know when i was there, since they were on the invoice. I asked to have them delivered . They said they don't deliver, so i asked to have my invoice reduced and they said they would not. This greatly impacted my schedule, planned work and other planned activities for the dam. Basically they took no responsibility for not doing their job. I should not be responsible to check to make sure that the items that i ordered and paid for are provided. My time has value and they did nothing to account for there mistake. I am very dissatisfied with how this was treated. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but quality companies do some to account for those mistakes. I will do my best to tell others about this bad experience.

The guy who originally took my order and rang me out knew his stuff, but he was kind of an asshole. It was as though I was inconveniencing him just by virtue of being a customer. Also, the rolli thing on the window kept falling off and making it impossible to roll the window down.

Paid cash at pickup, upon return, no one could find any proof I payed w cash, tried to charge me again, plus charged my credit card after me asking 7 times if they charge it and U-Haul saying no. Now I'm 125 negative in my account and you guys aren't paying my negative fees. Pickup I rented was new and clean, but your people inside need to get their sh*t together.

Was highly irritated that I had to drive from Salem, Ohio to pick the truck up and then got charged the additional mileage to pick up and drop off from this location. You should not charge customers that portion of the mileage if that's not where they requested to pick it up from.

I got a hitch installed on my Ford Focus. The cooling system in this vehicle is not adequate to pull a trailer long distances. I wish someone had alerted me beforehand.

Have the uhaul where you say it's going to be. I reserved a 20ft from lube stop and when I got there, they didn't have it. So I had to go to a different place to get it, so after an hour and a half after my reserved time I finally got the truck, which I also had to drive it all the way back to the store where I got it, which means I used more gas and had to spend more money. I also asked for an appliance cell dolly and they never got it for me. Overall it was a pretty shitty experience.
